You
can’t
talk
about
this
place
without
talking
about
the
gem
of
an
owner,
Bry,
who
somehow
manages
to
fit
into
that
tiny
red
food
trailer
and
not
be
grumpy
about
it,
but
rather,
make
you
smile.
As
a
self-proclaimed
foodie,
I
sought
to
find
the
best
places
to
eat
in
Alamogordo
when
I
found
myself
here
for
a
week
visiting
a
friend.
Anyone
who
does
a
Google
search
will
quickly
realize
there
are
not
many
great
places
to
eat
in
this
town.
Enter
Bry’s
Lunchbox
to
change
all
that.
This
place
really
fills
a
need
in
the
community.
Everything
Bry
makes
is
delicious,
hearty,
and
made
with
care.
I
had
the
opportunity
to
eat
here
twice.
First
time
I
got
the
Gyro
with
loaded
potato
soup
side
and
my
friend
got
the
Greek
salad.
We
got
to
talk
to
Bry
on
that
first
visit
and
he
said
later
in
the
week
he’d
be
making
some
recipes
with
green
chile
that
I
should
try
as
a
tourist,
since
chile
is
a
very
New
Mexico
thing.
So
fast
forward-
the
second
time
I
called
ahead
and
asked
if
I
could
have
the
chile
soup
that
he
mentioned
he’d
be
making.
I
said
that’s
all
I
wanted
and
I’d
be
there
to
pick
up
in
a
few
min.
Seconds
after
I
got
out
of
my
car
he
was
handing
me
a
packed
box.
It
felt
heavier
than
just
soup.
He
didn’t
charge
for
it,
but
there
was
a
delicious
pesto
grilled
cheese
and
turkey
sandwich
inside.
I
insisted
and
left
some
money
for
him.
The
combination
of
the
flavors
of
the
sandwich
dipped
in
the
hearty
homemade
soup
was
phenomenal.
Not
to
mention
the
above
and
beyond
customer
service.
I
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
in
Alamogordo
and
also
folks
visiting
White
Sands
National
Park
looking
to
grab
lunch
either
to
eat
after
or
before
visiting
the
park
or
to
take
to
the
park
for
a
picnic.
It
is
conveniently
located
next
to
Walmart
if
you
need
to
combine
it
with
running
an
errand
too.
All
of
the
food
is
nicely
packed
in
a
brown
cardboard
box
with
utensils.
What
he
doesn’t
tell
you
is
that
he
likes
to
try
to
include
a
sweet
treat
for
you
in
your
box…
a
small
package
of
cookies.
Well,
Bry
says
he
doesn’t
advertise
this
since
sometimes
they
run
out
of
cookies
so
if
someone
gets
it
then
it
is
like
a
nice
surprise.
…Maybe
I
shouldn’t
have
spoiled
it
for
you!
Anyway
the
portions
and
value
are
great
for
the
price!
All
in
all…Bry
is
a
super
nice
guy,
seems
truly
passionate
about
what
he
does
and
has
been
able
to
connect
with
the
community
here.
I
know
he
needs
to
pay
the
bills
but
he
truly
does
not
seem
in
it
for
the
money.
He
also
has
a
professional
culinary
background
so
he’s
the
real
deal.
You
should
definitely
support
this
business!
While
I
think
the
food
truck
aspect
of
it
is
special
and
allows
Bry
to
connect
with
each
customer,
I’d
love
to
see
this
business
grow
in
Alamogordo
to
a
larger
brick
and
mortar
location,
if
Bry
decides
he
wants
to
expand
in
the
future.
