They are definitely my go to place to buy food for my snakes, or anything else I need for my reptiles, I highly recommend them to everyone

Great pet store. I always go to pick up my feeder insects/mice from them. I have gotten a gorgeous white diamond Russo ball python from them. Also, a bearded dragon and I go to pick up my blue iguana this weekend. They also carry a large selection of reptiles and salt water fish and equipment. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!

I like pet central. The employees actually know what they’re doing. All the animals seem healthy and well cared for with the exception of a few feeder insects. Toss those dubias a baby carrot and they’ll live longer guys! But the fish look good! The reptiles look good! The spiders and such look good! My pet store of choice in town for sure.

Excellent store; they are very knowledgeable about the tropical fish we have. Nice variety of fresh, and saltwater fish, plus plants.They also offer service calls to check out an aquarium problem you are having that you can't seem to fix yourself. 🙂👍

This is by far the cleanest pet store I’ve ever been to, anyone making remarks on smell clearly never been to a zoo or aquarium with large stocks of animals before. I came the day after they restock and the tanks were filled nicely. Although they didn’t have any bettas in stock right now, I love their betta rack! The girl was super helpful and honest when she didn’t know the answer, and I really appreciate that. Even though I’m out of town I can definitely see myself shopping here again.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The healthiest bunch of reptiles I have seen in this town. So happy to have bought our little bearded dragon from them. I will recommend them to any and everyone.

Very friendly and helpful. They check your aquarium water anytime to make sure your fish stays healthy and stand behind everything you purchase.

Got 10 fish on Saturday 2/18. 2 of them died before we even got them in our tank. No biggie. It happens. They said just return the bodies, a sample of water and we will replace them. I get there on 2/20 and the very new guy says my water is jacked. I tested it as perfect before I left the house , and again when I got home. Then I threw them a curve ball, and gave them basic tap water and they told me THAT was jacked up. I've been a customer since the day they opened, spent THOUSANDS with them, and they basically said bye over $8 worth of fish. I would much rather support a small business than a corporate company but no....never again.

Lady is very rude and also iguanas are not tame at all and cost way too much and yelled at my grandpa and almost animal you'll get there is probably not tame

They are extremely nice and they will help with any questions you may have. The store is easy to find and they are very clean inside. Overall I would definitely recommend and come back!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even let us and the kids pet and play with some of their store pets. Prices are a bit high but not a ton of local options. We left with what we came for, a Sulcata Tortoise.

Visited Pet Central because my son enjoys going in and looking at the snakes. An employee (didn’t see her name tag) was so sweet to show us some snakes and a couple other reptiles. I love the variety of options they have and always quick to provide any knowledge they have. Crocodile skink is definitely on my want list after today.

I purchased a very healthy and happy ball python. I did a lot of research on where to purchase and I definitely would recommend Pet Central!

Hands down the best place in town, where I will forever go to seek professional advice and care for my beardies. 2 different employees both took the time to tell me everything they could about my dragons, because I had just rescued them and was sort of clueless. Thanks again to a helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind staff!!!!!

We were buying fish and the young lady noticed one had ICH and did not sell. Most people would. Thank you for not infecting my aquarium!

Cool store. It was clean, staff was nice, and their selection is really cool. But they keep really big snakes in incredibly small enclosures where they are folded over themselves and have no enrichment or room to move. That was pretty disappointing to see.

This is my favorite place for me and my pets. Everyone is always willing to help and give advice for newbies . It's not like chain pet stores where the kids that work there aren't trained to care for reptiles or other pets, these ppl actually know what they are talking about , every employee that I've spoke to are pet owners themselves so they aren't guessing at answers when customers are needing advice.

Horrible customer service, I have had a fish that I paid a deposit for almost a year ago with no delivery. No refund of money and to top it off they had plenty in stocks 2 months ago but failed to notify (first arrived DOA). After several visits to this store it seems they only seem to value a certain demographic of customers. Will not be spending another dime with them and will be needing my deposit back.

This pet store is amazing and all the staff are vary friendly and knowledgeable in my experience and when the staff doesn't know the answer to a question they admit it which is a trait thats hard to find in any store but is vary much appreciated. Every fish i have bought from them have survided and thrived this is my number 1 store to go when needing supplies for my tank. Also they have big bird that sometimes gets to walk around and its always a joy to see that bird even if hes in a nad mood lol

Very nice staff. Never had a problem. I go in every week.lots of choices on things. Grandson thinks it’s a zoo and loves to go. Would stay all day if I let him.❤️

Got fish there and every time they die. Took water in and they said my water wasn't right. I have a bigger fish that's been in the water for years not got sick still alive. They wouldn't replace the fish or credit. Their fish are sick. A big Oscar has hiked in the head but don't look like they treated. Tanks are low in water. Wouldn't recommend

The place was nice and they had a lot of cool merchandise and they have Axolotl’s. And they are super helpful!!! Will definitely be making a trip back there to get my new critter!!

Other than not answering their phone, lol (I'm old and call ahead) the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were fair, tanks and store was clean. Overall it was a great little "fishing trip" lol

Love this store, they're the only ones in BG with an actual aquatics selection. Every plant and fish I've purchased from here has been healthy minus some shrimp which can be super sensitive anyways, so almost definitely NOT the fault of Pet Central.

Great store! We are getting a axolotl and if you live in that area and your looking for axolotls, come here! The have Pink, Copper, purple, and many more reptiles! Snakes, tarantula and lizards. And the employees are super nice. While we were getting one, I asked them a question they didn’t know. But they were polite and said “ sorry, don’t know the answer to that. Have any other questions? “ If it was 100/100 I’d rate it 100. Thank you for being so polite , sweet and helpful!
