Oh
man,
what
can
I
say
about
Rise
Gym
and
Rise
Barbell
that
hasn’t
been
said
already.
First
and
foremost,
I
am
their
biggest
fan.
Sean,
Amy,
and
Ricky
are
doing
wonders
for
our
community.
I
started
attending
about
8
months
postpartum
and
really
found
myself
again
in
the
year
and
a
half
that
followed.
I
regularly
train
with
Ozzy
and
Monique
(I
am
biased
but
they
are
among
the
best
trainers—truthfully
you
can’t
go
wrong
with
anyone
at
Rise),
with
Ozzy
coaching
me
to
three
powerlifting
meets
with
a
fourth
in
the
near
future.
They
both
pour
so
much
time
and
effort
into
the
gym
and
giving
back
to
our
little
community
of
lifters
that
I
truly
just
love
telling
everyone
about
them,
the
owners,
the
members,
the
gym,
and
the
deadlift
party.
Recently,
Rise
added
coach
Zach
into
the
mix
to
teach
a
9
am
Strongman
class
for
barbell
members
and
it
has
been
among
my
favorite
additions/expansions
as
the
gym
has
grown.
Zach
really
creates
an
environment
that
meets
you
where
your
experience
level
needs,
and
we’ve
all
progressed
in
a
short
amount
of
time.
We
all
loved
it
so
much
that
Zach
agreed
to
take
on
the
additional
challenge
of
directing
a
novice
strongman
meet!
I
have
truly
made
some
of
the
best
friends,
acquaintances,
connections,
and
gains
at
this
gym
and
look
forward
to
many
more.
Here’s
the
important
stuff
you’re
probably
looking
for:
the
main
gym
has
a
full
mens
and
womens
locker
room,
plate
and
pin
loaded
machines,
barbells,
squat
racks,
free
weights,
many
cable
machines,
all
of
the
cardio
equipment
you
could
want,
many
many
classes
(with
equally
great
instructors!!)
a
small
turf
area
and
even
a
kids
club.
Barbell
has
many
TSS
combo
racks
for
powerlifters,
the
best
lighting,
many
more
plate
loaded
machines
(Atlantis
and
Hammer
Strength
off
the
top
of
my
head),
TRX
equipment,
three
deadlift
platforms,
calibrated
kilo
plates,
bumper
plates
for
the
weightlifters
and
crossfitters,
and
so
much
strongman
equipment.
The
best
part
is
the
Barbell
portion
is
expanding
(if
you
can
believe
it—to
give
their
members
*even
more*
value)
and
will
be
adding
saunas,
a
bigger
turf
area,
more
strongman
equipment,
more
Texas
Strength
System
combo
racks,
more
specialty
equipment,
even
more
amazing
lighting
*and*
it’s
all
air-conditioned.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
gym
in
the
Tomball/Cypress
area
and
Rise
isn’t
at
the
top
of
your
list—you
are
missing
out.
