Very disappointed with the person in charge of permanently deferring me from Grifols do to a staff error. I informed the Bakersfield CA location of all my tattoos and piercings but some how the person doing my intake failed to mark that I had a nose piercing that I got over 31 years ago. Why not investigate my issue and reschedule me when investigation was completed. I'll tell you why, cuz they're lazy and lord forbid that they're staff messed. Up. Like a narcissist, not owning up to their mistakes.

Honestly what's the point of setting an appointment if you can't help donors on Time. My appointment was almost 30 minutes and I'm still waiting around . Whoever is in charge really needs to get it together and do what you are getting paid to do! RUN THIS PLACE LIKE IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Still waiting!!!

0 stars. Don't go here they don't honor the pay here. They promise 1 thing then don't honor it. I've had to call them over 6 times to correct my pay too. It happens to every donor there so the ones who don't pay attention to their pay don't get what they're owed. Go to csl this place is a joke. Keep in mind I've been donating twice a week for months and have had nothing but problems. I donated at csl for years and never had to call them once. I only switched for the new donor pay which they didn't even honor. Only paid 5 of 6 new donor fees

Honestly this is the worst plasma center I've tried going to. I say tried because no matter what time of the day, unless you're literally waiting outside for when they open. They will not help you if you're a new donor. They'll tell you comeback tomorrow or whatever but then you'll come back and they'll have a new reason why not help you. Horrible Staff, Abysmal Management and even worse Online cooperation.

Worst place to donate Plasma. Everyone there has the worst attitude. Customer service is bad. Very unprofessional. CSL is the best way to go if want extra cash. Way better than this place. The building and everyone that is working there can burn in hell.

Too cold and the take forever to get the needle out of me when I was done 10 mins ago, overall the staff is great, just need to pick up the paste

Why do they pay so little for saving lives? Pay out what the plasma is worth . 30$ isn’t even enough to put gas and get a meal afterwards! Yet donors are “SAVING LIVES “ . Save OUR lives while we save OTHERS!

Don't not go to this place one of the female workers Jammed a needle am I on which is still hurting Dan she did not even wait 5 minutes to see if my blood was going to flow very Impatient It made it seem like it was my fault when she jammed a needle in my arm and that's why my blood didn't flow And she didn't even ask another worker or a or a specialist who works with small veins to even come over it was just all bad and this is a picture of what my arm looks like

Today was my first time donating here. Everyone is super nice and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. This place is clean and smells nice and they are very organized and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. It was pretty calm and not chaotic like some of the other plasma donation places.

When I went to donate at the Glendale office. Spent 5 hrs. There and could not donate! Due to my error. I. Days I donate cause I switched from CSL to griffols wasn't aware my days would stay the same my error! But. The worker look up on the. Computer and informed me I could return following day. To donate. So I wake up catch 4 buses to get to office. And. Sit and wait and do damn near whole process again just to be told the computer automatically puts a seven day hold on anyone switching donation centers. That I cant donate for seven more days! That info would have been nice to know day before I. The 5 hrs I was there ! Instead staff instructed me that I would be able next day!! If someone is able to give instructions to domaters they should have knowledge of what they are instructing!

My experience at biomat Glendale was a very good one, from the hospitality to the consistency with a how fast they operate and handle the donating process for a safe and quick session. I would definitely go back 🔥 and recommend donating no where else but biomat.

This was my first time donating plasma. I thought the staff was so kind, and extremely helpful. I was there at 6am, that's when they opened. I was helped right away. Can't wait to go back. It feels good knowing I'm helping those that need plasma. With Christmas coming, the money is a great help to me. 😊

My phlebotomist Adrianna was awesome and she was so informative and nice. I love the staff there they are always happy and help with any questions that I've ever had.

The process is very fast here. I'm in and out within an hour. The people who work here are very polite and know what they are doing. The place is always clean when I come. I like that. Thumbs up 👍

They have a very friendly and supportive community at their site. In particular nitty, he is super friendly and loves to converse when appropriate. He makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Shout out to the entire staff this place is so clean always on point with how they treat their costumers. I have never had an issue with my pokes always have a great time here! This stuff is very friendly and very funny you will never want to fall asleep you will laugh the whole time .. oh and they have tvs too!!

It's best if you don't show up at all if your a new donor. They find any reason to defer you and make u come back tomorrow. Apparently I was taking a medicine that wasn't allowed but it wasn't on their list. they told me after I got done waiting in the waiting room for about 2 hrs.

I was a former donor for plasma excellent experience all the time. Staff is very nice and professional. Update: waited an hr just to be informed I was considered a new donor . Need to come back. They where nice about it. But they just wasted my time taking 4 stars back. They should have told me when I checked in. That would have been nice.

Not only one rude staff but two … they were cursing. Threatening to leave cause people wasn’t coming in on Juneteenth. I definitely won’t be returning to this location Edit : ok I lied about not returning but they still rude 😆 They move really quick and efficient. TVs and no long standing. I’ll deal with the slight rudeness

Ya been here for bout 5 yrs now straight and there are a few people I like there but nitty H is a good person and pays attention to detail and always has good humor and WORK ETHICS and gentle to the touch love it!!! Good job NITTY, H KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ONE OF THE BEST VAIN STICKER ON THE FLOOR !!!!

Ericka was great on checking my proteins and Cesar was great and made the whole process easy. Nitty also is a great person at The donation center. He is fun to talk with and easy going. I find the staff to be fun and easy to talk with.

Love this location very open and the staff is great. The place is very big and there is good parking lot, love to donate here.

I have been donating at this location for 5 years. The staff is great even when they are short handed, they take the time to do their job properly and answer all questions. They are very professional and kind!
