I am a reseller and frequent this location often. I pulled up with my girlfriend who immediately stated that she had never been to this location before. We shopped found amazing deals. I absolutely love this location! Until we went to check out. .... The Manager on duty looked at my friend with her personal phone and stated in front of a line of customers Haven't you been trespassed!?!? Attempting to remain calm because I shop in there often we both explained she has never been here before. Akwardly she shows me a picture of a girl on her phone and wanted me identify her as the girl in the picture. I was mortified that this was happening. Mind you we were both purchasing large carts of items. She continued to call and text people and was attempting to provoke a verbal argument. As we were leaving she asked my friend if she was going to purchase the purse she was carrying. I told her I just have her that purse and it was still listed on my site. She made me show her my site and saw that the bag was for sale . Sadly I will never go back there. I hope that another customer never has a horrible shopping experience like we did. We left embarrassed as if we committed a class one felony.

This location is not so bad but the area is kinda bad....just make sure you lock your doors. But the goodwill has some decent items sometimes they don't because most of it gets stolen so you gotta beat the thieves if you want to get the good stuff. The staff is awesome and store is clean....I just don't trust the restrooms....lock your doors

Stopped into this location Camelback and 59th ave today to donate item. I donate items at least 2 times a month. Today, some kid (probably a person made to donate time) starts telling me he won't take an arcade game because the power cord is missing and I should just throw it away. I said it works just the power cord is gone. I said why don't you just throw it way I donate good things all the time. Then he said I don't want to take it. I said then give me back all the stuff i just gave you he said fine. We will throw away almost everything your giving us anyway. I said then throw this away. He said this is Goodwill, as if that is suppose to mean give me only the premium things you have and not things that people might want. The arcade game worked. Just needed a powercord and if they are going to throw away my good donations anyway then why donate and why couldn't they throw this away. I'll never donate again and if this is what they do then why give anything to this organization. I

Rudest lady that they could have called a 'mistake" to deal with your costomers!!!! I mean if your front is raising money to" create jobs ", could you at least teach your employees some respect toward people and the meaning of customer service? it's hard enough trying to gag down the prices you try to put on items that are literally given to you!! Could you at least pretend to actually help people to function in the work place?? HUGE FAIL!!!

First off, the daytime manager is rude as hell. It was busy, and I understand it's stressful so I was polite and courteous and asked for the price of an item while paying because for some reason the "nice" items have no price tags. The moment I asked my question, the manager rolled her eyes in front of me and walked away. I pointed towards the item I wanted, and she walked away came back, stapled the price tag, I thanked her for her time, and she literally walked off without looking or saying a word. This Goodwill doesn't even have nice items for the OVER PRICING of used items.

I was shopping having a bit of fun and when 8 left a Hispanic 40+ lady on a mobile phone was inches from my bike and bike rack. See keep eyes my bike details. I stood aside from door watching her for about 15sec and then she took notice an keep on another 15secs then left . Not cool due to area homeless camping all over the area bushes and shade areas. Not going here for awhile Avoid if possible

I feel that for a nonprofit organization is totally out if control. Their prices are sometimes even more than what i would pay at a department store. Then sometimes they are completely wiped out and im told that they donated a lot of stuff to other countries. They are not helping the poor. And dont tell me about how they have classes to help one get a job either.

One of the few times I could not fine what, I was looking for in children's clothing. There were no Help Wanted signs posted, but they sure need some extra bodies. They had 2 of the 4 registers open, but i waited in line for quite some time.

The clothing is priced as if it’s new considering all these items are donated the price hikes will Ensure people don’t come back you can go to Ross and DDs discount for brand new lower cost items

I believe stores that handle glass items need newspaper or recycled paper, especially when purchasing many fragile items. Many Goodwill stores often lack newspaper for wrapping glasses. While I mainly buy small ceramic items here, most Goodwill staff are friendly. However, today around 10 am, when I asked a female staff member if they had paper, she responded with a curt attitude, causing embarrassment in front of other customers in the line.

Absolutely the worst customer service, from the manager. Manager said will help next in line…. Let her know lady at register was not next actually last and she looks at me as I’m walking up and quickly started to ring up the lady. Assuming it was her friend with a basket of clothes. Rude

Overall the store is organized and seems to be well staffed. However, I interacted with 3 associates and their overall knowledge of discount day, was a disappointment. There were also 2 guys, apparently on break, who keep violating my personal space and hovering near me. Speaking only in spainish. Found it very disturbing.

The store was very clean and well lit. The workers were friendly. I didn't find much in term of my likes, but they had a lot of stuff to go through. The store had a lot of people inside shopping around. Check it out and see what's you find.

I go here pretty regularly because I live close. They don't always have the best selection and I know thats because of what's donated locally but the store is clean and kept up on. Pretty organized. They do have dollar Thursday which is nice. I went there today for work pants and some DVDs and books. They had a good selection for both books and DVDs and I got some slacks for work for a good price and in good condition even without them being the color tag that was on sale.

Dumb bells is what I needed. I was at Wal-Mart and I had a thought to go to Goodwill for the dumb bells and exactly what I needed was there and in good condition. I couldn't afford $50, I got this for $18. Cool!

Clean store usually the girls are in a happy mood but tonight they weren't so smiley or anything it's like you have to catch them on a good day I guess there should be a team effort in there and you can definitely see that they're all for themselves for the most part
