We absolutely loved our visit here! The cocktails were amazing, and Doug was a great bartender! My husband did the tasting and loved it! Erika was so great, and knowledgeable about all of the different moonshines. Abby was a wonderful tour guide! It was so interesting to learn about the moonshine process. We will definitely be back to have more drinks and try their tasty food!

I was just there last weekend for my girlfriend’s sisters wedding reception and this place was the highlight of our trip . I wish I can give more stars !!!!! Sydney, Tarra and Erika were all wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the near future and also share our experience with family and friends. I want credit for the Frankensteins breakfast cocktail if it’s a hit !! :))))

WOW! This place has an awesome atmosphere, great staff and some impressive inventory. Nothing quite like the boss feeling of buying booze on a Sunday in Hot Springs that’s for sure. They have a ton of moonshine flavors that don’t bite ya back like that unlabeled rubbing alcohol your neighbor tried to give ya that one holiday party, and best thing is they offer vodka and a bourbon too. I gravitated to the $7.99 four pack of 9% vodka sodas they had on clearance verse the $11.99 others. They were soooo good, lite, and sweet like a light cream soda. The shop is really clean and open with fun merchandise, a big bar, fun games, and a tasting area, plus tours of the distillery with samples for a small fee. This is must stop for a visitors and a cool hang out for locals. I can’t wait to go back, they made me feel so welcome and among friends. Did I already mention you can buy on Sundays?! Hallelloo!

This is a must visit if you come to Hot Springs! We arrived and were greeted by Abbey who led our moonshine tasting and then the tour. Super fun! We then had JP make us the most amazing drinks we've ever had. Seriously, phenomenal. We hung out for hours and played games (they have a good selection of table games). We've also been here for a wedding in the past and the entire experience was flawless. 100 out of 10.

Moonshine at this distillery is superb. It has a smooth finish with any flavor that you prefer. We used the maple bacon moonshine to marinade our bbq chicken thighs and it had just the right juicy, sweet, nutty bacon flavor- 10/10 recommend. It is also excellent to drink over ice. The tour at this facility is enjoyable and fun at an affordable price point.

We came for a long weekend vacation to Hot Springs and ended up visiting twice. Absolutely amazing in every aspect. The tasting was great for a cheap price (only $10/person when we came). The cocktails are great. We tried quite a few on the list and weren’t disappointed. All staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A great atmosphere and experience overall. Really wish there was a place like it near us!

Really enjoyed this spot! It was our first time at a moonshine distillery and we went in within the last hour they were open. The staff was great and we were able to do their last tasting of the day. We stuck around for a couple of drinks afterward and had a great conversation with the bartender, Micah. We’ll be back next time we’re in Hot Springs!

Made a stop at the beautiful Crystal Ridge. Tasted a few flavours of their moonshine. Very surprised at the smoothness of their product. Better than most others I’ve tried. Erika was outstanding as our bartender. She helped us find some flavours to take home, and her outgoing personality was very engaging. Bought some T-shirts, since they had woman’s styles. We will be back if ever in Hot Springs again.

Must do the taste testing! Go on a tour and just enjoy the staff, decor and prices! The outside seating is very nice! I will definitely recommend. They also have non alcoholic drinks for kids and non drinkers which is great so the family or friends can feel included

I've done distillery tours before, but this was my first moonshine distillery. My understanding is that the the tour is technically free, but the tasting is about $10 and change. The number of samples made it well worth it. They have a lot of flavor options. I ended up with their Maple Bacon and Peanut Butter, but those aren't among their more popular flavors. I really appreciate that their product isn't very sweet. Our tour guide and lady who served us was also great. They also make vodka sodas, which are good. Too bad we can't get this in Texas.

While visiting Hot Springs, AR, we stopped in Crystal Ridge for a tasting of their Moonshine products. I have to say, for never trying Moonshine before, we were surprised how smooth and flavors they offer. My favorite was their salted caramel moonshine, which can be added to coffee or hot chocolate, or just for sipping. Enjoyed our time and glad we made the visit.

Id like to start out by saying this is not a result of one employees demeanor, but rather the training of staff. I came in for the first time and was completely unwelcomed. I walked through the shop and no how are you or offer of assistance. I moved onto the bar area. There were no available seats at the time and no indication that it was bar order only. I waited until guest left the bar, when I approached the bar Micah confirmed it was bar order only and asked if I knew what I wanted just as I picked up the menu. Flights are not done but rather a tasting in a separate area which was conducted by Chris..I opted for this as it was my first time. Upon informing Chris it was my first time he came around. During the tasting the same glass was used until I requested a new one. Then continued to use the same one for the remainder. After the tasting I moved back over the bar in hopes of redemption, the smoked old fashioned was okay but I was a little taken aback when a kitchen strainer was used for the smoking. It seems getting over-served is common through Michas interactions with regulars and no water being served. Micah was definitely more involved in his own conversations with other guest than checking on the rest of the guest. In summary, save time buy the packs of vodka water at a store and get better service in a checkout line.

This was such a great find! I did the tour and the tasting and had a blast. The staff were informative, friendly, and just plain fun. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. If I lived locally, this would be my go-to place.

Very cool atmosphere. Everything we tried was good. Except (for me) the sodas. I just do not like vodka, but my wife did. Tours were cancelled due to a boiler issue. We will be back. I already need another root beer. The staff was amazing. The visual aesthetics were fantastic. I just wish there were different sizes of bottles. (bigger/smaller bottles) Looking forward to another visit. Oh yeah, what's the story behind that rooster and the beaver? Probably not appropriate for public viewing, huh? haha I'll ask again when we come in.

The best moonshine ever!!! We were visiting the Hot Springs National park and found that about them in Google, so we decided to visit them and we were so amazed by the location, the assortment of their moonshine and the service was more than we expected, they were so nice and knowledgeable about their products and process, we bought some bottles of moonshine to take home and enjoy, but the experience there was the best, thank you to all the staff and especially Abbey who did the tour of the brewery to us, we recommend it!!

Can’t say enough excellent things about this place! We happened upon it while on vacation in Hot Springs, and we are so glad we did! Abbey did our tasting and our tour and she was so much fun and informative. We also had some delicious cocktails made by our wonderful bartender Tara. We had a great time drinking and learning about moonshine. If you’re in the area, of legal age, and want something fun to do, check out Crystal Ridge! You won’t regret it!

We visited Crystal Ridge Distillery this weekend and had an incredible experience. From the tasting to the tour it was top notch. As for the Moonshine? We loved every flavor and went back the next day to pick up 3 more bottles. We live in Mississippi and I would urge any company looking for an incredibly smooth and flavorful product to reach out to the owners of Crystal Ridge. They also have carbonated style vodka that is amazing, and I fizzy or sparkling style drinks. As for our guide and the young man who hosted our tasting? Josh is the absolute best. Impressive from top to bottom.

Visiting Hot Springs for the first time and checked out the distillery. What a great experience! Never thought I would like Moonshine but the variety of flavors was worth trying. The tasting was well worth it with a selection of moonshine straight up, moonshine mixers and vodka sodas. The staff is very friendly. Shout out to Isabella and Chris. Also I must mention my Dad was impressed by the bathrooms. Make sure to check those out when you visit too.

My friends and I decided to check out their free tour and we had a great time! JB and Tara were great guides and were very knowledgeable. After we stayed for the tasting and John did a great job as out bartender, super kind! (By the way, definitely give the moonshine tasting a try, it was delicious and for only $10 we got to try so many of their flavors) We stayed for drinks after and played games in their lounge area. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend visiting to anyone going to the area!

Chris and Tara were great! Chris was giving his first tour and did it so well. We enjoyed our time and walked away feeling... well, HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY! :) After tasting the deliciousness, how could you not!! The strawberry lemonade could get you in some trouble, real quick! It did not even taste of alcohol, at all. The new vodka soda project they have going on is going to be a star in and of itself! Cannot say more about this establishment. If you live in or frequent Hot Springs, I am jealous!!! Chris was able to introduce us to many people that worked for Crystal Ridge including one of the owners, Mr. Bradley. Mr. Bradley stopped by during our tasting and asked how we liked everything. Very thoughtful of him to do. Chris had some really good stories to tell about the rich history in Hot Springs and some good laughs also. Loved the experience. BRAVO!!! Will definitely be back when in the area and will recommend to others!!

What a great place to visit! Their products are awesome - so tasty! We had a tour and Sydney was a fantastic guide. She gave us a lot of info we had never heard before about distilling moonshine and the process.

Flavored moonshines are not really my thing but Crystal Ridge does a good job with them. They are a bit sweet but they taste spot on to what they say they should taste like. This distillery is really nice and the tasting is a lot of fun. They also make a really nice young whiskey, although it is currently distilled in Texas. If you are visiting Hot Springs, I would put them on your todo list.

Crystal Ridge Distillery may have been our favorite part of this weekend. Our tour guide Abbey was so fun and knowledgeable about the process and everything that went into making their Moonshine. You can tell she really loves her job. The tasting was phenomenal and they didn't skimp on the amount we got to try. The quality of their moonshine was just phenomenal. We had 3 moonshine samples, 6 vodka soda samples (which they also make there) and 2 moonshine cocktail samples. Every one of them was phenomenal, and Sydney was so great about answering our questions. They had an awesome bar to order drinks at as well. I don't even like bloody mary's but the one that Tara made was so delicious, I may have stolen it from my husband and downed it. If I wasn't already past tipsy I would have ordered another one. We ended up leaving with the Salted Carmel moonshine and a 4 pack of their Spicy Watermelon vodka sodas. If we could have bought more we absolutely would have. 10/10, 5 stars and all that jazz. If you're going to Hot Springs or just passing through, this place is a must. I can't wait to go back some day.
