Amazing stay! Every detail at The Reserve has been well thought out and planned meticulously! We were on a road trip from Dallas, TX to Nashville, TN and were looking for a luxurious stop on the way. My husband and I are very fastidious and we were blown away by the accommodations, 3 course breakfast (5-Star IMO), the afternoon delights, well-designed butler's pantry and overall ease and comfort of the entire property. We stayed in a suite and had plenty of space for spreading out. We both work from home and the owners, Rhonda and Mark, showed us several places around The Reserve where we could take calls while enjoying the property and working. When we wanted to venture out, Kelly was able to recommend restaurants, and other places of interest unique to Hot Springs. Caitlin was amazing at giving me a tour of the property and highlighting the history, as well as things to do. Had we known there was so much to do and enjoy we would have planned a longer visit. I definitely want to try the bath houses next. Thank you SO much to everyone at The Reserve!

The Reserve is perfect for any special occasion. This historic home is beautifully decorated and the guest rooms are over the top gorgeous, quiet, clean and filled with first class amenities. The various rooms throughout the house are relaxing and fun. The grounds are inspirational and welcoming. The food is exceptional! Staying at The Reserve is an experience! It has charm you don’t find in most places.

After reading all the incredible reviews, I wanted to surprise my husband for a quick getaway. This place exceeded all expectations. It is an exquisite property (don't let the fact it backs up to a main road deter you - you will never know) that is so well taken care of. From the moment we parked our car and Katelyn walked outside to meet us, we were blown away. Inside is a masterpiece; beautifully decorated, with soft relaxing music pumping throughout the downstairs areas, you will be at ease in moments. There are a couple of fireplaces that we took full advantage of in the middle of winter while enjoying a glass of wine. The bedrooms are so comfortable and quiet with not a speck of dust to be found. The best part of the whole trip was meeting Katelyn and her husband Nathan. They are phenomenal hosts, incredibly kind and charming while making sure every need is met. Nathan is a phenomenal chef; our breakfasts were better than many five star restaurants we have eaten at. Both flavor and creativity were unexpected surprises. We highly recommend this gem - not only for the property itself, but the experience that these two amazing people provide - they are the real deal.

There is so much that we could say about our recent stay at the Reserve. It was like a breath of fresh air for us. We really needed a relaxing getaway and it gave us just that. The Reserve was different from any other B&B that we've stayed in. Let us start by saying just how beautiful this place is. The gorgeous pieces of furniture are so eye catching. There is so much attention to detail in the rugs, drapes, walls, etc. Everything is in its place, not too much or too little but just right. The grounds are as beautiful as the inside. The breakfast prepared by the chef was awesome as well, not to mention those delicious desserts made by Rhonda. With all that we've said above, I think the hospitality impressed us the most. Mark, Rhonda and their staff were wonderful, we couldn't have asked for more. Everyone was so attentive to our needs. Always making sure that we slept good or if we needed anything. We will definitely be back. Our only concern is being able to book a room when we are ready to return. Thank you again for everything!

Our stay at The Reserve was an outstanding way to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. We knew from the moment we drove through the front gate and were met by Katelyn’s smiling welcome it would be a special trip. The mansion is so beautiful and the aroma when stepping through the front door is amazing. Our room was very comfortable and the shower and soaking tub were very relaxing. The breakfasts were so delicious and filling with something different all three mornings of our stay. Katelyn and Nathan made us feel like we were visiting with old friends. Thanks to everyone at The Reserve for making it such a great memory. We hope to see you again soon! Phil and Carol Davis

Hot Springs has always been a family weekend getaway. But this is our first trip since the pandemic, and our first time to stay at the Reserve. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the entire experience. Katelyn is an absolute treasure. If I could drag her to New Orleans to work for me, I would! Chloe was darling, and we loved meeting owner Nathan and executive chef Josh. The accommodations and service were top notch. I love the modern conveniences mixed with the historic home. It was luxurious and lovely. Chef Joshua makes every meal a culinary delight. I am going to have a hard time not having my morning coffee delivered to my room and a special breakfast dessert every day! Cheers to The Reserve! I look forward to returning with my family next year. PS every bride needs to consider The Reserve for their engagement party, bridal, day of events, or wedding venue.

The Reserve is a beautiful mansion that takes you back to the Victorian era. There's so many places to explore inside and out. The gardens are so peaceful and serene. Breakfasts were so delightful. Compliments to the chef. Thank you for making us feel so special throughout our entire stay. We are excited to return hopefully in December.

The Reserve exceeded our expectations in numerous ways. Our daughters wedding was held here and the opportunity to have the entire property for 2 days was perfect. The accommodations, grounds, meals and staff were all exceptional. Having the wedding party stay together at one location and hosting both the wedding and rehearsal dinner was ideal. The food, it’s presentation and professional services were especially noteworthy. The individual rooms along with the more public gathering areas are very well appointed with quality furnishings expected at only the finest of establishments. The compliments we received from our 100 guests were countless. The efforts of the staff and their attention to detail helped us create memories for life! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice.

The Reserve at Hot Springs was by far the best experience my husband & I have ever had! We have stayed in 5 star hotels in the US & Europe. By far this is the best. Our every need was attended to in a timely manner- service was impeccable. Their 3 course gourmet breakfast was delicious & creative. The owners were always on hand to see that every need was taken care of. The Christmas decorations were amazing. Each room had its own Christmas tree. Our last night there, the owner left us chocolate cupcakes with a note saying “sweet dreams”.

Rhonda and Mark are amazing hosts! Our family had such a cozy time in this historic mansion. 3 course breakfast was top notch, probably one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Hosts and staff (Kelly, Katelyn) remembered our names, and were always at our service whenever we needed them. Pantry is stocked with snacks and an assortment of coffees and teas. Decor takes you back in time, very tastefully decorated home. This is hands down the best place to stay in Hot Springs!

One for the books! The owners have done a fantastic job in restoring The Reserve to its grand Gilded Age. You’ll experience gracious Southern hospitality the moment you enter the grounds via the beautiful gate. Definitely a must visit for those that seek an elegant curated experience at every turn. Highly recommended!

Amazing. Such a romantic spot to stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The chef prepared breakfast was phenomenal and it was close to so many attractions in Hot Springs. We will be back even if it is just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the peacefulness.

The Reserve was a beautifully maintained estate. While it was located in an older area of town the estate itself was like stepping back in time and once you passed the gate to the property you stepped into a luxurious estate that has somehow blocked out the surrounding area. This is a perfect stay for couples looking for something different and more cozy like home. Would not recommend children as the house is very quiet and very nicely furnished with antiques. The rooms were very nicely appointed with modern luxuries while still retaining the original look and feel of an 1895 mansion. The house and rooms smelled amazing and had music playing throughout. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to help you and make your stay memorable and comfortable. The food and drinks were delightful and creative. The linens and soaps were very nice quality. The code access gate and doors was very nice security feature. The house itself was very quiet and it felt like you had the whole house to yourself. Plenty of rooms to sit in and enjoy a drink, or one of the games from their game room while listening to music. The butlers pantry had anything you could possibly want in drinks and snacks as well which was all complimentary. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful cooked by a chef and served to you in the dining room. I cannot express enough how wonderful this place is.

I absolutely fell in love with The Reserve in Hot Springs. Native to Arkansas, I cannot believe I have never stayed at The Reserve. The property’s beauty alone is breathtaking, the service is impeccable, and the location could not be more perfect. Would recommend The Reserve to any couple, any gathering, and and event!

The Reserve is spectacular in every way. A beautiful boutique hotel with careful attention given to every detail to make your visit delightful and relaxing. The three course breakfast is otherworldly great and the service is outstanding - welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. It's an easy drive from all the parks and attractions in Hot Springs. It was a perfect getaway for our 25th anniversary. Would recommend to anyone and we plan to return. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We have celebrated our anniversary at The Reserve twice now. Every time has been a wonderful experience and memorable. The house is amazing and full of comfort and every person is incredibly hospitable in any way possible. We can’t say enough about the amazing food each morning. Thank you for expanding our pallet es through a wonderful menu. We look forward to our next visit and hope to be able to share this experience with our friends and family.

Our stay at The Reserve was exceptional! I wish we had booked for longer. The restoration of the house and grounds was perfectly executed. The food was amazing. Mark and Rhonda were attentive and friendly. They wanted to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. My husband doesn’t like to make a big deal about his food allergies and just usually makes due, but they truly wanted to cater to his needs. Highly recommend. We will be coming back and exploring the local golf courses and lakes.

The Reserve at Hot Springs is truly one of the most exquisite hotels we have ever stayed in. Every last detail is attended to perfection and Rhonda and Mark are extraordinary hosts. The rooms, the venue and grounds, and the FOOD (!) was incredible. Go out of your way to visit The Reserve --- it will be an unforgettable experience.

The Reserve is an excellent place for a get away. Took my wife for a weekend out. Stayed in the Enclave Suite, which was a real treat. The service of the wonder staff was top notch. Very quiet to be in downtown Hot Springs. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. It may seem pricey, but it’s well worth it! This sets the bar high for really fancy get away retreat.

We were able to spend only one night in Hot Springs in late May, but could not have been happier with our choice of The Reserve, recommended to us by family members who stayed there several weeks before. The property is the perfect combination of Southern charm and ambience but with any modern convenience that you would want. The rooms were beautiful and perfectly appointed and the grounds were wonderfully maintained. Can't say enough good things about Katelyn, who took such good care of us at every turn. We decided to have both dinner and breakfast there, and the meals were absolutely delicious and appealingly presented. It's easy to see why so many reviewers had weddings and group events there. We hope to be able to return soon and spend more time with the hosts and explore the Hot Springs area.

Incredible staff, incredible chef! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect including the most delicious cookies left on your door in the evening! We will definitely be back!!

My wife planned a long weekend getaway for us and booked two nights at The Reserve. I can not express enough how amazing our stay was. This beautiful bed and breakfast settled on 4 acres of perfectly landscaped property was a perfect home away from home. The attention to detail, high end quality of our rooms, and the right modern touch was above and beyond anything we expected. Beyond the beauty and charm of this luxury estate- it was the owners Mark and Rhonda that made it extra special for us. From their warm smiles, to their 5 star customer service, they made us feel right at home and ready to help with anything we needed. Finally, the three course home made breakfast we had each day was better then any restaurant I have ever been to. If you plan to visit Hot Springs, Arkansas plan to stay at The Reserve. It is because of Mark & Rhonda and The Reserve that will bring us back year after year!

This was an exceptional experience for my wife and I. The setting and the facility itself were wonderful. It is a beautiful antebellum style home. When you arrive the welcome is as though you are visiting friends or family. The Reserve is exceptional in that it maintains the 1890’s feel yet all of the accommodations of a modern five star hotel. The service was second to none we have seen. The owners are very personable and the gourmet breakfast exquisite. I would highly recommend the Reserve at Hot Springs to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway in a scenic and interesting town.

The Reserve is a luxury historic Hot Springs property meticulously restored by its owners as a stunning boutique hotel that offers extraordinary details at every turn and many, many layers of incredible hospitality. From the moment you arrive you feel like a treasured guest and are quickly immersed in the warm and luxurious aesthetics. Spending time at The Reserve means taking a step back in time but with all the most current tech and amenities you could ever want. The food and beverage experience is Michelin star worthy! The hosts, chef and their staff are attentive and extraordinarily gracious. The grounds are a feast for the eyes and draw you out to stroll the property, rock on the southern front porch as the sun sets, take in the horse races from the second floor balcony, swing by the water feature or enjoy the outdoor fire feature. This place is simply a gift to Hot Springs and if you haven’t experienced it, you simply must.

Hard for us to rank any previously visited B&B above the Reserve! Extremely impressive historic property close enough to Hot Springs NP. The hosts and owners Mark and Rhonda were top shelf. We felt they really paid attention to the details that count. We stayed in room 2 in the Legacy house which is adjacent to the main house. Wonderfully decorated room with plenty of space. The bedding was more than comfortable and the finishes and decor are all very new and tastefully done. The manor house is impressive and has an interesting history. Walk all of the grounds and use the fire pit! Now to the breakfasts…We stayed 3 nights and were treated to completely different 3 course breakfast meals each day. Each course had a visual presentation that looked as great as the taste as it hit the palate. Also filling as well which not all B&Bs provide. We highly recommend this place from every aspect and plan to return some day. Dan and Diane Austin, TX

The Reserve at Hot Springs is truly an experience you won’t forget. Everything from the beautiful landscaping to the gourmet breakfasts felt welcoming and relaxing. The Reserve is a wonderful example of true southern hospitality. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I walked inside to the moment I walked out. Mark and Rhonda did an excellent job rehabilitating the home while preserving and documenting its history. Our room had so many little luxurious details that would often be overlooked by other hotels. I would recommend The Reserve in a heartbeat to any of my friends, and certainly would love to come back again.

If you’re thinking about getting married, The Reserve is where you should do it. We were the photographers at an elopement at the greenhouse here recently. The main house, the rooms, the grounds, pretty much everything this place has to offer is a dream of a location. It’s so well put together and has such a natural charm to it. This is the perfect venue in Hot Springs to hold your wedding and it is definitely not leaving our top 5 list anytime soon. - The Linns

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Hot Springs. The house was absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of historical homes, do not miss out on this one! I loved the original features of the home, from the grand staircase and transom windows down to the original light switches. I have to say that Katelyn and Chloe are the true gems that made our visit memorable. They brought the place to life with their warm and welcoming presence. Last but certainly not least, chef Nathan, created wonderfully delicious breakfast courses. The opulence and southern charm of The Reserve at Hot Springs is an experience you don't want to miss.
