If i could give a 10 star review I would. They have always been a kick a** shop, and I love to support Jen and Ali. But today she went above and beyond to make my visit beyond great. They are always kind and helpful, and I 10 out of 10 recommend them!!

There are are a few dispensaries in Mt. Shasta, but a friend said "Elevate is the best." The outside is very low-key and if it weren't for the small sandwich-board sign out front you might drive right by, but once inside you'll find yourself in a first class joint (winking); Elevate has a lot of product that is very tastefully displayed and a very welcoming environment. Plus, the people who were working there were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I agree with my friend, Elevate is the best!

This store has the best customer service! Every time I walk up to the building, I’m greeted before I walk in , then welcomed with at least two people offering to help once I enter. I suffer from migraines, and they are always willing to help me find something to keep those at ease. Love the selections! We are lucky to have such variety in our small town!

We visit Elevate every single time we pass thru Mt. Shasta. The environment and personel bring a very welcoming vibe that makes it super easy to shop. The quality of herb and products is that of no other in the area which is why we stay loyal to this store. Truly lives up to the name Elevate and is 100% Roots Works AAA approved dispensary.
