I have been working with Coach Lundy for for a little over a year now. He is an excellent coach because he’s constantly teaching. He does not waste any time. He focuses on perfecting each kicker’s technique by filming and discussing all reps. He is thorough and encouraging. He is passionate to help all of us succeed. He follows up each lesson with positive feedback sending film for kickers to analyze. I’ve had the best experience each and every time Coach Lundy. I look forward to further training!

Coach Lundy is truly one of the leaders in the industry. His very in depth approach to kicking, punting and the mental game has proven to produce excellent results for his athletes on the field. The attention to detail that he includes in each session is not easily matched. It has been a pleasure becoming a colleague of Coach Lundy! In just the few times we've spoken he has already provided me with excellent tools to improve my coaching as well. Highly recommend him to any Specialists in the South looking to take their game to the next level!

Coach Lundy is a true expert in the field. A top-tier coach who is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He places an emphasis on film breakdown and visual markers to best illustrate his coaching points. He gives lots of different drills and exercises that you can do on your own time as well. Highly recommend!

Coach Lundy is Fantastic! I began training with him my freshman year in high school and am still training with him regularly today as I prepare for my freshman year of college football. He breaks every aspect of the game down into simple steps to allow you to improve upon, which over time was a technique that allowed me to see tremendous growth. When I began training with coach I was unranked. By the summer or my junior year I was given a five star grading and was ranked one of the top 10 kicker/punter combos in the country for the 2022 class by Kohls kicking. Coach Lundy has been my primary coach throughout this time and without him I do not believe I would be in the position I am today with my college tuition being fully paid for due to football. He offers a number of different training options to fit the athlete. I spent most of my time with him at the small group Saturdays which I could not recommend more however, my experience at both the larger group Sunday trainings and 1 on 1 private trainings were equally beneficial to my growth as a kicker/punter. Coach Lundy is absolutely worth the money and offers some of the best value training options in the market. I was extremely blessed to have such a well respected and praised coach in the kicking industry within only an hour and a half of my house. I have seen many athletes including players from both the NFL and colleges such as Clemson and Florida State who traveled much farther to train with him. Despite his great coaching ability he is humble and straight forward. He does not play games or make promises to athletes he simply shares with them his immense knowledge of the game in a personalized way. Once again I cannot recommend Coach Lundy more and I believe my parents and high school coaches would agree. If looking for your first kicking coach or a change I would give Coach Lundy a shot!

My son has been training with coach Lundy for about two years. It is amazing to see how much he has progressed in that short time. As the parent, coach Lundy always makes it a point to thoroughly explain any drills and coaching points to me as well. He does this so I can help coach my son when he trains on his own outside of the 4th Down U sessions. The instruction is second to none. The group training sessions also pull in a very talented group who support and feed off of each other to create a really awesome training environment.

There are so many coaches and programs that offer training for kickers, however 4th Down should be at the top of the list. Coach Lundy and his staff are the very best for specialists and my son has become one of the best kickers in FL because of their first class training. Coach Lundy is also very responsive and takes the time to answer your questions, which makes for a great overall experience.

Coach Lundy is extremely helpful! He has an incredibly good eye for strengths and weaknesses for kickers, punters, and long snappers. He creates on field visuals for you as well and analyzes and breaks everything down beautifully while having fun. If you’re coachable, dedicated to your craft, and needing guidance… I highly recommend… 4 👇u.

Coach Lundy is without a doubt the best in the business! He gives great feedback to help you improve every single day and uses the best equipment to track your progress. He’s also always open to reviewing film for virtual feedback. Definitely recommend scheduling a session with him.

Coach Lundy has GREAT knowledge of kicking, punting and snapping. Immediately I was blown away how he breaks down each component of an approach to the ball and the kick. He REALLY knows his stuff. His knowledge of athleticism has resonated in my coaching of cross country runners. He’s good!

I started training with Coach Lundy a little later than most people probably do, but I wish I had started much earlier. He is a great coach who helps you understand what he asking of you instead of just tell you what to do. He has helped improve my consistency drastically and he has prepared me for a big season at Mercer. He loves to see you improve and it makes you want get better everyday.

I attended training with Coach Lundy back in 2011-2013, as a trainer he is as good as it gets and has the knowledge and ability to take anyone to the next level. However when I attended when he was part of One On One Kicking I had a very poor experience through the recruiting side. It was going very well until one day when Coach Lundy approached me after a training session in the summer before my senior season was set to start at Seabreeze High School to ask me about transferring to where he coached at Mainland High School. He promised me appealing things for a high school kicker such as first choice for number and whatever cleats I’d like at no expense. I thought I declined politely enough by stating I had been at Seabreeze my entire career and wanted to see it through and not abandon them. He rebutted that with me at Mainland we could be guaranteed a state final at the very least as all they were missing was a solid kicking game. I stood firm in my decline and thought nothing of it. I wasn’t zoned for Mainland and had no desire to attend there. It wasn’t until next spring when I attended the Specialist Showcase in southern Florida that I was made aware that I was not being helped with recruiting whatsoever. After my field goal horseshoe session I was approached by Luke Gaddis, another One On One instructor from Long Island emphatically asking why he hadn’t received any footage of me or even heard of me. He said Marshall University was looking for my exact skill set and seemed very offset that he hadn’t even heard of me as I was a year round attendee of One On One in Daytona. Luke went on to get my information and had me send him film for him to recruit for me. Within a month or so he had a couple of schools for me to tour unlike my experience with Coach Lundy, leading me to believe it was willingness and not ability. To wrap this up it was all too little too late, my entire time with Coach Lundy I was emphatically told I would easily go as a D1 walk on or a D2 full ride. I was second team All State in Florida my senior year and the kicker for team North in the All Star Classic for Florida. When I kicked at University of Louisville for their summer camp I was one of only 3 players that their special teams coordinator pulled aside and later wrote letters to. This was myself, Sean Nuernberger who went on to kick at The Ohio State Univertiy and Austin MacGinnis formerly of the Univeristy of Kentucky and currently for the LA Rams. I went on to kick at a small NAIA school in Joliet, Illinois University of Saint Francis for only 2 seasons as it was not the expectation set for me throughout my years of training with One On One under Coach Lundy and was incredibly poor coaching experience while attending USF. I have spent a good couple of years thinking how best to help others potentially in my position have the most information possible to help them progress to their goals. Believe me this was not fun to write and relive. My family sacrificed much to have me attend this training for years and we were all beyond disappointed to see the difference between the expectations set and the reality. I will retain that Coach Lundy is a wealth of knowledge and beyond capable of bringing your abilities to the next level however be wary of the whole package. Best of luck to anyone pursuing their dreams! A couple pictures to confirm what I can.

Coach Lundy is THE MAN! One of the primary reasons I was able to live out my dream of playing football at a top academic college. Would not trade the Sundays I spent in Daytona for ANYTHING.

I started working with Dan the summer of 2016 going into my Sophomore year of high school. This would be the start of a relationship currently 7 years in the making. I could write pages worth of all the things I’ve learned from Dan over the years both on and off the field, but I’ll try my best to keep it condensed. With hard work and patience, Dan helped me achieve my dream of playing D1 college football along with countless punters and kickers before and after me. What I value the most from what I’ve learned from Dan, although I’ve achieved the goals I set for myself, is I’ve found more joy in coaching younger players and seeing their success on and off the field then I did while playing. I’ve always known that at some point my football career would come to end just as it does for everyone else at some point, and it would be my turn to pour my football knowledge into the next generation. As I developed as an athlete, I also saw Dan continue to develop as a coach. Off the field, patience and persistence along with hard work leads to success in life. These are just a few things I learned from Dan and will cherish throughout the rest of my life. If you ask me, Dan Lundy has by far been one of the most impactful coaches in my life and would recommend to anyone! Much Love, -Stumph

Coach Lundy is an exceptional teacher and coach! He provided the why behind his instruction which is very uncommon. I left the session with in-depth feedback and the ability to continually improve.

Coach Lundy is amazing! He prioritizes technique and has great attention to detail. He’s enthusiastic and accessible to provide ongoing feedback. You can feel on an island as a kicker, but Dan has created a community of athletes from around the state and country that are supportive, connected, and encourage each other to get better. So grateful I found him!!

Coach Dan Lundy is one of the best in the business. He is focused on the art and techniques of kicking. His way of teaching is inspirational and obviously based on his years of expertise and knowledge. He’s a family man and that shows in his communication skills not only with my son, but in the group setting as well. His technical approach is amazing to watch. He has the ability to show you the proper angles, steps, and follow through needed to kick at the next level. He’s quick to answer my texts and always available to jump on a phone call. Reaching out to Coach Lundy and connecting with him has been an amazing experience for my son. I’ve seen his growth and can’t wait to see how far it goes! Thank you Coach!

The 4DU specialist training program is top notch for athletes of all levels! In just a few short months, Coach Lundy and staff have helped elevate my son’s skills to another level. The individual instruction and attention to the smallest details have been invaluable.

Coach Lundy is the best there is. He is one of the few coaches out there that genuinely has a passion for kicking and will work extremely hard to help kids develop in the right way rather than worrying about their rankings and stars. Coach Lundy knows how to take his knowledge and apply it to each individual kid he trains in a very understandable way. If you are looking to take your kicking/punting ability to the next level and become a more confident player, Coach Lundy is absolutely the best option.

Training at 4D University is elite with the detail the coaches provide. Coach Lundy is a great man but even better teacher of the game. Coach Breydon excels at working with punters & holders. As a player, Coach Lundy is one of the best coaches that I have been to. He is very detailed in what he does, and takes an immense amount of pride in it. He not only teaches you what to do, but also the why behind it. I know that this has helped me learn, and become a better specialist.

Coach Lundy is an incredible and precise coach. He doesn’t mess around and teaches you discipline while you’re learning your way to being the great kicker, punter or snapper you can be. His teaching strategies are like no other I have encountered with any coach and it helps with my development significantly. Coach Lundy is dedicated to giving his players everything he’s got to help make you successful on and off the field. I’m very grateful to have him as a mentor.
