My father's Life Celebration was handled with dignity, respect, and empathetic professionalism. We also had our Luncheon at the Funeral Home. The main room for guests was decorated in a patriotic theme to honor my father's military service. Guests remarked on the personalized decorations that highlighted portions of his life. The food served was excellent, and displayed beautifully.

I had done 5 stars for them when they had taken care of my father and if I could give 10 stars for them this time I would. Sean and his crew did a fantastic job at making the Celebration of Life for Jacob an actual celebration. Jacob was well loved and Sean and crew made it show. Absolutely stunning. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

I lost my son to a lifelong illness in February. Sean was understanding and compassionate at a time when I needed it the most. The process was handled professionally and I never had to worry about anything extra, no added stress. I will be forever grateful.

My mother was well taken care of. Every step was explained in detail and I was given options as to how she was prepared. I feel both my parents wishes were fulfilled to the smallest detail. From the first meeting with Charles "Randy" Ellis Jr. - Family Service Advisor it was like talking to an old friend. Randy answered every question we had about the process, casket selection, etc., there was never any pressure to purchase additional services we didn't want or need. We even discovered we had several things in common with Randy. He was a blessing to work with, very caring and knowledgeable. When mom passed away we met with Mary Katherine Moore - Senior Funeral Director to make final arrangements for her funeral. Mary Katherine's caring, respectful, and professional approach helped make the process much easier. She was able to answer every question we had, and help us with things we didn't even know to ask. Mary Katherine was very detailed and professional and wanted everything to be perfect for us and our family. On the day of the funeral Mary Katherine was there to meet with us before the service started and wanted to know if there was anything we needed or anything she could do for us. Every thing was perfect, very respectful and professional. Our minister said Mary Katherine was very professional, checking the microphone, making sure everything was right for him and asking if there was anything he needed. Mary Katherine was a blessing to us in our time of sorrow. Our family would highly recommend Volusia Memorial Funeral Home

Mary Katherine Moore funeral director & Sean were just amazing. They made it easy to manage under extremely stressful times. This was my 1st time navigating a loved one to be buried. I wasn't always in my right mind & they were so caring & loving, yes, I said loving. I was just amazed. Thank you for everything ❤️. I will be making my own arrangements soon.

Both of my parents, and several other family members were laid to rest at Volusia Memorial. The staff are friendly, compasionate and supportive. I will consider using this cemetary when its closer to my turn to move on.

You absolutely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere that you achieved was so uplifting on a day that is normally very somber. I know the pictures and momentos were ours, but they way they were presented was amazing. Almost every guest commented on the atmosphere. Thank you for making a very hard day into one that was a lot easier on the family. We would give more stars if we could.

We found Volusia Memorial professional and understanding. Mom had pre arranged everything so it was a little easier. We went ahead and pre arranged our final expenses with them at this time too. We highly recommend them.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Sean could not have been more gracious and answered all our questions. Robert, Wayne and I believe Chris were there to do whatever we needed. The whole staff actually were so supportive. Our whole family are so grateful to have Volusia Memorial service us at this most difficult time.
