I bought my engagement ring here a couple of months ago and got fantastic service. I worked with Tommy through the entire experience and he was extremely helpful. We took all the time I needed to find the right one, and I got just what I was looking for. He followed up a couple times after to make sure everything was still great, which it is. I highly recommend getting a ring here and working with Tommy, you wont be disappointed. Plus buying from a locally grown business is a great addition.

Feldsteins has been excellent in every way possible. I went in with a general idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring and both Mitch and Tommy walked through the entire process with me and answered any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed or pushed with anything. We decided on a custom ring which was designed in a day, perfected, and created all within 2 weeks. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Not only was the engagement ring excellent, but the matching wedding band they custom made was equally as amazing. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Feldsteins. Even if you are out of state, they make it incredibly easy to get exactly what you want. Overall, great business, great people, great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had an amazing experience! We were greeted by Tommy, who took our rings to clean them right away. The selection of jewelry was excellent. The store was clean & the displays were great. I think my favorite thing was the service! Top notch service, Tommy made us feel very welcome & special. I was unsure of what exactly I was looking for, so we were brought to the ring case where we were presented with ring after ring. It was fun! We looked at hundreds of rings, but never felt rushed. I finally found a ring that jumped out at me & he then helped me to customize it the way I wanted. As we were leaving, we were presented with our freshly cleaned rings on a silver platter with Hershey kisses. It was very sweet! I highly recommend coming here to find your next special piece of jewelry! The selection and service made me feel like a Queen! Great experience!! I went back here to get name necklaces for my daughter’s, same excellent service!!

Feldsteins is my favorite jeweler. I don't go to many jewelry stores, but when I do, Feldsteins is the first on my list. Whenever I walk into the Howard store, I am greeted by friendly faces. Tommy and Mitch are great to work with, very knowledgeable, and fair. They follow up with you after the sale, and also provide cleaning and free stone security checks, etc. A lot of jewelry stores will pressure you on a sale. That never happens at Feldsteins. I highly recommend you go there for your next jewelry needs!

We just switched jewelers, and I can’t say enough good things about Feldsteins. Everyone has been wonderful to work with! They have been super accommodating and even put a rush order on sizing my ring so I could have it before Christmas.

I had a great experience at Feldsteins! I was greated at the door, offered a tour of the store and enjoyed their extensive showroom. Mitch helped me custom make a couple items and was very attentive with my ideas. It turned out beautiful! Especially the rose gold bracelet with my birth stone!! I highly recommend this place.

Came into Feldstiens in Green Bay to pick out an engagement ring not knowing where to start and a bit nervous. Tommy F. greeted me and we started the process of narrowing down a few rings from the huge selection. It didn’t take long to make up my mind once Tommy worked with me and understood what I had in mind both style and price range. A few days later I had a beautiful ring in my hands to give to my now fiancé. We came back to have the ring resized and they promptly had it fitting perfectly. Feldsteins is a wonderful jewelry store. Mitch is great to work with! They went to clean my wedding/engagement ring and my large stone was loose plus 2 others and they tightened it all up for free. Tommy listed to my requests and he did an amazing job helping design what was almost exactly what I wanted. The design image only missed slightly, and only because I didn't do a great job explaining the vision that I had my mind. My fiancé and I wanted something custom and AJ was wonderful to work with. During our first visit, we both picked our own rings. There was also a CAD drawing done prior to my ring being made which was great and helped give me a good idea of what it would look like. I worked with Tommy worked with for about 5 years. We started by choosing an engagement ring I liked and he was more than willing to make some custom changes to fit my then-fiancés wants. As we moved closer to the wedding he was more than willing to help get the wedding bands situated regardless of me being away from home due to the military. My family has used Feldsteins for 4 generations and I could never recommend anyone above them.
