We were discussing getting Chinese food. Wanted to get delivery and instead found Thong’s. Wow! I got the Drunken Noodles as hot as they offer. My teeth hurt it was so spicy! I was in love. The flavors and textures are incredible, everything tasted super fresh. My wife got the noodle soup with shrimp and it too was incredible. Uber Eats delivered it quick in hot but Im looking forward to trying it in person as Im sure its even better! Give this a shot you wont be disappointed.

We love this little place! The restaurant itself is very stark, with only a few tables, but the server is very accommodating and both times the food was excellent, and served with finesse. I had the Tom Yum soup with a side of rice. I like heat but the first time the medium (#3) level had tears running down my face and I enjoyed the #2 more. We will definitely be coming back!

For a restaurant to advertise “authentic” Thai food I was greatly disappointed. I ordered pad Thai with extra veggies and extra chicken and I got three pieces of onion and two pieces of baby corn. Didn’t even use any kind of oriental noodle. It was spaghetti there was no flavor to it until I added some hot sauce and some soy sauce which I’m not sure you’re supposed to need. I also ordered crab meat Rangoon’s that were horrible, I swear they were from the freezer and not freshly made. And the sauce was not sauce at all. It was more like sweet-and-sour water, and I think I got about a teaspoon of it. No, I didn’t sit down and eat, but the place looked very clean and as far as friendliness I paid for my meal and air before time. I just picked it up so I can attest to that but the flavor the food was horrible.

Ugh, I'm reading other reviews and I don't get why I'm the only not positive one? Maybe it was because we did takeout. I want to give it 2 starts, but since flavors were there, 3 it is. Regardless, here it goes. Overall, super disappointed. To the point where we don't ever order carry out nor sit down here. The flavor of the Pad Thai was definitely there. However, I have never been served a Pad Thai with super thin, spaghetti shaped noodles. Normally, I've seen a long, flat, pad Thai rice noodle, that hold their shape. This was made with a super thing noodle, almost spaghetti shaped. And, it broke apart like non other. Meaning, my noodles were 1 inch little pieces. Just weird, from an experience standpoint. And because they were so thin, they were kinda mushy, versus a noodle texture. The Stir Fry Holy Basil, it was decent. I just wish we had a decent portion to enjoy it. I was surprised how little meat/mixture was in the portion. I'm talking maybe a half cup worth of meat/food? Felt very light on the portion side, to the point you'd definitely need to eat something else. Unless you plan on getting full on just rice.

This place is NOT good. Ordered through door dash - massaman curry, one with extra chicken, crab Rangoon, and spring rolls. 1. Believe the reviews that say the crab Rangoons have no filling. They are empty, stale fried shells 2. Believe the reviews that say the curry is watered down. The massaman that paid for extra chicken did not have extra chicken added. It was so flavorless. 3. Spring rolls were meh. $56 (with tip) and we were barely able to stomach more than a couple of bites. Disappointing is an understatement.

I was traveling to Green Bay to watch the Packers play. I stopped in and had a nice lunch. A friendly place with good service and food.

Great food, we had the drunken noodles, green curry, Tom kao soup, fresh spring rolls and traditional spring rolls and Thai ice tea, 5 stars on everything, beef was tender, broth was delicious, chicken in the curry was great the only thing medium heat was a little hot for me and I do like spice so maybe try mild next time.

Worst Thai food I have ever had. Watery curry. No lemon grass or coconut milk in the Tom Kha, and it was so sweet we couldn’t eat it. Skimpy on the meat also.

The food was somewhat good. We had 8 people there, and the person serving told us to sit in 2 different tables due to it not having enough room. We ordered our food, and the person that was serving brought our food to different tables, and we didn't know which was which the guy serving said it was for our table which wasn't and was for the other table. We also ordered smoothies, and they took the longest time on it. we already finished our food and were ready to pay, and they said they are still working on it. The floor was sticky and felt like they hadn't cleaned the place in ages. I also wouldn't say this place is "Authentic" like the restaurant name says it is. I've eaten at different Thai places and even ate real Thai food before, and this was not it. All of this could've been avoided if the tables had numbers, and since the servant told us to sit in different tables, 2 of our orders were swapped, and 1 person was left out.

I ordered trad pad thai and pad see-ew through eat street. I got two dishes that look exactly the same with pho noodles. Not even pad thai anymore, it’s just rubbish. Never ever ordering from here anymore nor am I gonna ever bother dining in.

Awful. I ordered the wonton pad thai. It was like soup. The spring rolls came in a bag where they were floating in grease. The grease literally soaked thru the bag and puddled on top of the other to go box. Gross. I took one bite of each and threw the rest out. Never again.

Comparing the Pho with other Thai/Hmong/Korean restaurants in the area, the Pho was bland. There was very little more then simply broth and noodles. I wasn't overly impressed with the product at their pricing. GB has much better options in my opinion!

Unfortunately we had a bad food experience getting takeout. The only positive thing was the high spice level, which we enjoy, but I could see a lot of patrons finding it too spicy. The crab rangoon were over cooked and dry inside and we weren't able to eat them. There was almost no chicken in the massaman curry, drunken noodles, and curry fried rice. The curry was also very watered down. The speed and service was quick and I wish them the best of luck with their business, but we will not be returning.

Have ordered delivery several times. Food is excellent. You determine spice level which is so great. also, pls remember the owners are Thai. If you want vegan, call and talk to them about no egg. they have always been so nice about my orders and I always thank them /tip well. get the fish, sooo good.

As others have said, this is a very minimalist restaurant, in terms of seating and décor. Lots of parking. However, the service is excellent and the food is fabulous! It's my favorite Thai eatery in NE Wisconsin. I come here a few times a month to get my Thai fix.

It was delicious . The grilled sweet and spicy beef was the bomb!!! Egg rolls were excellent . Never had spring rolls fried. Definitely will order again . I’m afraid I’ll order the beef every time it was so good!!!

Just passing through GB. Stopped in because I was in the mood for a quick lunch. I spent a year in Thailand and the pad see ew was perfect. Tasted just like Bangkok. I wish I could go back n try everything. The owner seemed really cool too. The ambiance is lacking… but the food is yummy.

Stars for food. Ambiance? Meh. But who cares if the chow is great! I noticed lots of take out even at lunch. Partner had pineapple fried rice. He was pleased and had enough for 3 side dishes as leftovers. I had the seafood curry, asking that they "spice it up a notch or two". It was WONDERFUL. And I totally ate every bite (not wishing to share: call me Ms Piggy!) We did splurge for Thai ice tea, but would opt for water next time. (Maybe I am getting old, but that sweetness doesn't thrill me as it used to.) The proprietor was an attentive waiter, making himself scarce as needed. Will definitely return. 💯

Great food at a reasonable price. Depending on your palate, mild (#2) and medium (#3) might be on the spicy side. Curry was tasty. Pad Thai made the grade too. I’ll be interested to try other more unique dishes next time. Food was made quickly despite a Saturday evening. I would like to see the carry out materials be something more sustainable than styrofoam.

First time here. The medium did have some kick to it. Got pad Thai with chicken and it is 90-95 % noodles. Not much else; just don't heat. A few bits of chicken and green onions. And a $1.75 for a can of soda? Come on guys.
