I went to this AutoZone store to get a high beam bulb replacement for my SUV and this employee named Yuri took customer service to a whole new level. Not only did this employee replaced the bulb for me but he adjusted the connector contacts to ensure that the bulb would not disconnect and not shine. He did all this is 90 degree heat. Kudos to Yuri for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was A satisfied customer.

I arrived at the store at 8:57pm in my truck after just received a jump start. Quantel L. helped me with a battery test and determined I needed a new battery. He also replaced the battery for me. We didn't finish until after 9:30pm. I'm so appreciative of his willingness to help even though the store was closing!

I have been really glad to have a good local Auto Zone store. Service is always good and highly convenient. Lizzy and Glen were very friendly and helped me right away to find what I needed, placing the order for me right away. Shared a few laughs while they were helping me. After being the unfortunate victim of Maria's non-existant customer service skills and waiting for 28 minutes on the phone for a warrantee lookup i ended up having to drive to the store to find it fully staffed and vacant of a single customer. I was expecting them to have been extremely busy. Maybe i have bought too many things at AZ and it was too much of an ardious task for her to assist a customer with such a loyal history? Not a single apology was given to me even as i remained calm and receptive. Sad to see this behavior as an ex autozoner and PSM

My Toyota was struggling to start this morning. I drove to Auto zone on State Road 84. They tested my vehicle and found that my battery was bad. Anthony A. a sweetheart of a man, put a new battery in and i was on the road within 30 minutes of my arrival. Thank you so much Auto Zone. Anna

Lizzy is one the Mangers there and I have to say she is so incredible, helpful, professional, and so caring. I was so blessed to have her help me yesterday! I have been having such a hard time right now, & my engine light came on, she came out checked it & told me what the machine said. I didn't know how I was going to take care of this issue, but she explained everything to me and even introduced me to a gentleman that was there that ended up completely helping me with my issue & took care of it. I feel so much better driving now & am so grateful for Lizzy and her going above and beyond to help me. Thank you Lizzy sometimes you don't know what ppl are going through and how the smallest thing can end up being such a big blessing to someone else.

Remember how awesome service used to be? If you don’t, stop on in - came in on a drizzly night after a long day at the office and asked for help with my battery, car was sounding off when I started it. The amazing gentleman who helped me came out, diagnosed it, helped me pick out a good replacement, and installed it for me despite the late hour, dark evening, and (intermittent) rain. It’s hard to find such amazing service anymore, but this AutoZone location is simply amazing. Thank you for helping me get my car back on the road!

I’m a full grown adult, but this is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with a dead battery issue on a car. So happy the team at AutoZone made the experience painless! A co-worker (who literally had a battery issue last night and also went to this location) jumped my car so I could get to the store and get tested. Anastasia and the store manager Lou were very helpful in quickly getting my battery tested and a replacement purchased and installed! A great experience to end a very stressful situation of waking up to a dead car before work. I highly recommend this location if you’re near enough to take advantage of their great service!

Glen is the man! Just moved here and my battery stopped working. None of my tools are here yet and the universe brought me to Glen. Not only did he make sure I got the right battery he installed it too. Glen had his own shop for 40+ years and got the battery in my truck in no time. Very thankful to have someone working at a nearby parts store that is very experienced and will help me with my routine maintenance so effortlessly. Give this man a raise I’ve never met someone at an auto parts store that is willing to not only sell me the part but install it/make sure it’s working too. Very thankful for Glen and his knowledge.

Brittany at AutoZone helped me when other stores told me they couldn’t! I needed to find out why my check engine light went on and Brittany was able to quickly use the scanner tool and give me a report. This morning we had the most amazing experience at this auto zone. If you are in trouble look for Lou, and you will be in good hands! He answered all my questions and gave me the best solution.We were going into a nightmare when our car battery stop working during an appointment and couldn’t find any help, our debit card was not working, we had no cash and had to pick up our kid from school and we’re really desperate. Eventually we run into the right person Lou like an angel came to our rescue. He went the extra mile to help us and with his own jumper in a moment solved our problem.
