I really like that they are always stalked with everything and try to help with whatever you need. The cafe deserves 3.5 stars because a lot of times(no matter what time I go), they're out of something/something isn't working. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the bathrooms are always disgusting. And there's way to many clothes piled up on the tables!!! If you need a medium/Large you may be digging for awhile.

Sweet Teakwood rocker and Chaise lounge chairs at Sam's by damn. If that don't have it, you don't need it!

We have been Sam’s club members for many years and until recently we have been mostly satisfied. We placed a order that was delivered to the wrong address. We are an elderly couple and there was no way for us to get the things we paid for. We called them for help and they were rude hung up on us 4 times, the manager wasn’t available , and ultimately there was nothing they could do about it. I don’t think we will be shopping at Sam’s club again.

Fantastic! We had a loaded car for less than $400.00 we will make the drive every month to stock up and look around!

So rude!! I have a long drive to shop at Sam's Club and I enjoy it but employees suck the joy right out of it. Also the service desk ran my credit for a credit card when I was simply updating my email address. I thought they needed the info to update. Sneaky rude employees working on commission. Employees will be working in shipping sending items out to the customers address if they keep running them off.

My mother added me to her account, so I just needed to go to customer service to get a membership card. I was unaware the lady behind the desk had asked for my SS to run my credit & open a credit card for me without my consent or my O.K. It was also delivered to my mothers address instead of mine, in a whole different state. I still have not heard back from a manager or anyone but it could have been worse.

This place is always busy, but mornings are the best time to come. This story recently remodeled the bakery area and now has sushi. Always good deals here and often there are new products. There are some free samples available during the daytime.

This Sam's Club seems bigger than the one from home. They have different foods that I wanted to get than back home Sam's Club. Not much people, you should check this one out if you're near.

I'm disappointed with the café. Despite their advertised closing time of 7:00 pm, we arrived at 6:15 pm for dinner, and no one was working. After informing the front desk, who acknowledged the issue, we waited with other customers for at least 15 minutes before deciding to find another place to spend our money

Never been to club this dirty. Very unorganized and lacking in variety. Don’t get me started on the non attentive employees who carried in a personal conversation while I stood in line. Then when I finally did get eye contact proceeded to tell me they have no cheese pizza, ice cream or pretzels. What are you going to do for the hour you’re being paid is my question?

Easy to spend lots of money here! Deals for miles. Got to love them samples too! And the snack bar prices are probably the cheapest way to eat in this current economy. $3 for all the carbs and grease you could want to have a full belly!

Don’t use pick up here. We waited for 20 minutes for our order. Meanwhile, cars pulled in after us and got their orders before us. We were literally the last car left in the pick up spots and FINALLY got our order. The employee who brought our order was really unprofessional. Didn’t check to make sure it was the correct person picking up, didn’t say a single word to us. Just threw everything in the trunk and walked off.

Wholesale store with other member benefits like fuel, tire purchases, etc. Recent renovations have left the layout changed up so your products won't be where they normally are. They have a dedicated produce section that ks actually a gigantic walk-in freezer, they have a sushi bar, florist, clothing and you can also purchase stamps here.

Currently trying to check out at Sam’s in Jonesboro. All self check outs and only 2 checkers. Each line has at least 6-8 carts waiting. Not a smart guy but figure a manager might say….let’s open another register.

I love our Sam's Club. There are a lot of people on Saturday. However, the friendly people handing out samples and visiting with customers are a great counterbalance to the congestion.

Nice warehouse club where you can buy items in bulk. You'll need to watch carefully though as some products are actually cheaper at regular stores even though you're supposed to be getting bulk discounts. They have nice seasonal turnover and product offerings too. There is a tire center at the store but it is strictly tires, nothing like oil changes are offered. Memberships aren't expensive and can be found at discounted prices themselves through websites like Groupon. Overall not a bad store.

Sams is great. I scan my stuff and I do not wait in line. After I scan I get my barcode bypass the lines and head for the door. They scan my qc and check my items and I am out the door while everyone else is still in line. I don't know why everyone does not use this? It's so fast.

I shop in Sam’s alot but I think the managers need to have meetings with the employees on courtesy to customers, I’ve never seen so many rude employees in one place, I could understand if I was rude to them, , I pay to shop in this store I expect to be treated the way I treat them respectfully…. If this only happened once I would excuse it as a bad day , but lately it’s every time I shop. If the employees don’t like working with the public then they should find a new job… thank you

Check the dates of your food! Was there this weekend and purchased some mini tacos that they were handing out SAMPLES of. Grabbed one off the shelf behind the lady only to find the expiration date was the 4th and purchased them on the 7th. So everyone was eating expired food. Fun. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the woman asked me why and I explained. She said well we will just take care of it next time. I explained I wanted a refund as I live more than an hour away and don't come often and she refused. I asked if she was even going to pass it on to a manager since she wouldn't connect me and she's like yea I will but had a snarky attitude the whole time. Considering she doesn't even know the brand or exactly what food item it was since she didn't ask, something tells me she isn't going to tell a manager or take it off the shelf. CHECK YOUR DATES before you leave!

What a great place to shop for everyone and every thing on you Christmas list. No kidding 🤓 The only bad thing we encountered today was to many shoppers 😜, but we checked out on our app as we shopped and got out fairly quick. Would definitely recommend this business.

I always like going to Sam's. Granted since the supply chain was disrupted this year sometimes you couldn't find some items you wanted but I guess that's everywhere. Other than that if you shop smart there you can save a lot of money buying in bulk. But only if you shop smart.

It's quick and easy, and I use scan and go to avoid the lines at the checkout counters. Now if prices would quit shooting higher, it might be perfect.

I live an hour and a half from Jonesboro, AR. I do not frequent Sams Club, however, I do have a membership. Today, I went to Sams Club to buy one thing but, when I got to the checkout I did not have my membership card. I was able to pull my membership number up online but, didn’t know how to enter the number to start my transaction. There was a gentleman with an iPad upfront and we waved him over to help us. We explained to him that I didn’t have my membership card but, had my number and was there any way we could start the transaction using the number. He said “What’s your id number?” I showed him my phone. He keyed it into his iPad. He read off my address to me and asked if it was correct. I said “Yes, are you going to mail me my membership card?” He said “Yes.” Then he said what’s your name. I told him. He said “Okay. Enter your social here.” Handed me his iPad and walked off. I entered my social and it immediately approved me for a CREDIT CARD! He said NOTHING ABOUT A CREDIT CARD! He did this without my consent! I said “I didn’t want a credit card!” I went to my car and immediately called back into the store to speak to management. The manger was not there but, they took my name down and number down and told me to call back at 4. I called back and 4 and explained the situation to a lady on the phone. She placed me on hold and a gentleman came back on the line. He let me tell the entire story before telling me that it was him, the gentleman who signed me up for the card. Started blaming me. Saying it was my fault. I said “I need to speak to a manager.” He said “I’m the manager in charge right now.” So, now I’m having to up with corporate. There are ppl out here trying to build their credit. But homes, buy vehicles. It’s not right for ppl to be playing with things like your credit for a couple of bonus points for themselves. Stormy gets a TEN for professionalism and customer courtesy and Zane as well but, Today was an awful experience for me.

It's very busy at certain times, but the lines move quickly and there are always self-check aisles open if you only have a few items.

Horrible customer service. Don’t place a pickup order with them by accident they charge you even when you haven’t picked up the items up after 24 hrs. My order was placed with them by mistake I live 3 hours away. I did everything I could do on my end to have this taken care of right away that day and was told the charge would fall off in 7-10 days because I didn’t pick up the items. Today was 14 days of dealing with customer service and I was informed I would have to drive 3 hours for the refund they would not return anything for me unless I was in store. I never picked up the items so you should have never kept my money in the first place. Your customer service employee working today needs to learn how to help a customer instead of being rude. If something is above her knowledge base she should find out how to get help. I filed a complaint and I got my refund without driving 3 hours.

Always my family’s go to place for bulk groceries and gas. Rarely are the shelves empty and the gas is usually the cheapest in town! The bathrooms can be a little dingy at times, which is understandable given that they’re so busy. Also, the scan and go app is so handy when the lines are long! Just scan your items as you put them into your cart and pay with the swipe of a finger on the app!
