I went here about a month ago and was very satisfied with the customer service. It was a busy Friday and I was very appreciative at how quick and efficient they were. Would definitely reccomend this location.

All I did was walk in, patiently waited with a smile then the guy says "Next!" I went to the window, I said "Hi I am here to cash a check." while taking the check out I merely asked, "Is it a 1% fee as advertised?" The guy never said one word, so I waited patiently for his attention... When he finished texting/emailing whatever on his cell phone, he says to me "Huh? what?" I said, "So you heard nothing I said?" With a straight face he glared at me and slyly says "You haven't showed me the check yet, NO I heard nothing!!" I just left.... NO business relationship is worth having at the cost of being disrespected! I don't care if the check cashing fee is free with a $100 gas card!! Customer service gets my business ALL THE TIME!! At least give the same respect that is given to you. I don't know this man from a can of paint! Yet he treated me as if he's been waiting a lifetime to shut me down!! Besides, none of what is advertised is in that store, it just smells like old tires and leather. You can see the entire inventory from the front door.
