The worst jewelers ever in the area of Hialeah. Do not ask for a better price because they will give you a small discount over a non-sale jewelry piece and then they go and record the piece as FINAL SALE in the system even the piece was never on sale before it was at original price, with this note in the system they won’t give you the chance to change the piece for another one because they decided to put that under that category without the customer awareness. They need to hire more competent managers since the one that assisted me didn’t have any solid explanation about why not giving an exchange they don’t understand their own system of fraud. Very very very disappointed

Espectacular service !! I was attended by Daniela and she made everything so delightful, and so much less stressful!! My fiance and I went in to buy our Wedding Rings, and initially we were just browsing and really liked this one particular ring, and decided to think it over. When we decided to come back it turned out to have been sold, however Daniela was restless and did everything she could to find the ring, as in literally everything in her power and always kept me in the loop, and thank god that she was able to find it!! If it wouldve have been another Jewelry store they kind of would’ve just brushed it off and leave you hanging. Which is why my fiance will now be buying here for any other jewelry wants!!

Purchased a new limited edition watch from Five Star Jewelers and it was received in the wrong box. I reached out via the link in their website and then via direct email. I did not receive a reply from either communication. Normally I would not care, but as the watch is a limited edition I would like the correct box that goes with it. Based on the reviews I thought the customer service would be better.

I do not recommend buying from here and mainly from Mylene in 49 Streets.They are sharks and when i decided to buy they kept on with get the insurance it covers everything and i bought a bracelet and took 8 days to get done and it was the most simplest thing ever. The bracelet was really bad quality and i lost it the next day and the insurance doesn’t cover it. I recommend you shop at another jewelry store that’s not this one or any of there other stores. I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS!
