Really enjoy how professional yet personable each rep is with me. Marco especially took the time to make sure I had an understanding of everything I needed before leaving the store. No sales pitch at all. I was given extensive knowledge about my body by way of a FREE body scan. Then he properly explained the numbers in a way I could understand. The next time I went back my new free scan results were amazing. I purchased the Micro Factor complete daily nutrient pack…no pressure, this was of my own free will and have seen phenomenal results. More energy, less cravings and sleeping better than ever. I also absolutely LOVE the Level 1 Strawberry Protein mix because it as NO weird after taste. I hadn’t visited Supplement Superstores in years. Wow, I’m glad I did. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They’re very knowledgeable and really know their products. S2 was recommended by a well known local trainer (Keith Hunter) and I’ll be going back for sure. 5 stars for the Florissant MO location!

I was just finishing up my workout @ Planet Fitness yesterday, and I was contemplating on getting some more protein supplement. The Reps Jared and Reis from Supplement Superstore offered me a post-workout protein drink… The drink was Really good!!! They referred me to the store in Florissant. When arrived there I was friendly greeted by Marcos he was Awesome!!! He’s very knowledgeable about my weight loss goals…And he assisted me with a body assessment test! So long story short…I purchased the Orange Dreamsicle Phormula-1, Ignition, and M-Factor Goddess Multi-Vitamin. The Dreamsicle and Ignition pairs well together and tastes Amazingly Delicious!!! Marcos even gave me some of his personal super greens to try out for gut health and free S2 T-shirt…Woo Hoo!!! Thanks You Guys So Much!!!

The folks who work at Supplement Superstore are top notch. You will always be greeted when you walk in. If you frequent the same store they will know you by name. As a female, I’ve never been a big advocate of supplements and always felt awkward walking into a supplement store talking to a meathead... Supplement Superstore is a completely different experience. I’m able to get a body scan every time I stop in and am always asked about my goals. There is never product pushing. It’s all about what you are hoping to achieve and genuine interest in what’s going on in your life. Plus they are actively involved in the fitness community. There is a very good chance you might run into one of them at your local gym.

Just wanted to thank Marcos for all of his help with me and my meal planning . I have been struggling to find a way to get in all my protein in with my busy schedule . He is always there to give me new ideas and make it easier for me to implement. Also I work with adults with disabilities and have brought them up to store to help them see how eating healthy can help them both physically and mentally, Marcos is wonderful with everyone one of my clients. He has helped them on their meal planning and measuring their weight. All my clients love it up there because Marcos and staff are wonderful with making them feel comfortable like an actual part of community instead of judged .Just such a positive experience every time I am at his store. Supplement Superstore is hands down the best place to buy your supplements! They have a very wide variety of supplements, a welcoming environment and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! If you are looking to get started on your health journey or already on one and just need a little more guidance, I would definitely recommend you visiting S2! They also help with meal structure planning, which can be very beneficial for those who struggle with their eating! I will continue to shop at S2 and strongly recommend anyone else that's on their health journey to shop here too!

I went in to the Florissant location the first time to do the full body scan for operation transformation & I was definitely a little nervous! Kris and John were so kind and helpful to my friend and I, and got us all set up with a meal plans and ideas for supplements. Since then, we have been back and seen them (and Maodo!) at the local gym, and they continue to provide great customer service! Def recommend this location!

Always enjoy visiting the Florissant store! Everyone is very friendly and quick to answer any questions me or my sons have. They have helped my high school athletes with their nutrition to properly fuel their bodies to compete... I've learned a few things myself along the way.

Maodo, John, and Kris from the Florissant location are amazing. We started coming in at the beginning of the current challenge and we were pretty intimated to go in for the first time but they made us very comfortable. Every time we go in they are nothing but kind and have hooked us up with some free samples. Tonight, we saw them with a table set up at Club Fitness and they immediately recognized us and talked talked to us! It feels so good to be apart of this community.

This place is awesome! They will take their time to listen and hear what you need for your fitness plan and help you explore how to best get there. I'm a long distance customer and manager Ryan has been extremely helpful even though I correspond mostly via text and email! I couldn't remind them highly enough and their products are outstanding!

Knowledgeable and professional staff, great stock of products, and their employees even provide added motivation by showing up at my local gym and provide encouragement. Summer of 2022 I started a fitness journey and now Fall of 2023 have lost 120 pounds, added muscle, and added energy/support from the supps. Love going into this store! I have never had as personable of customer service ANYWHERE else. They take an interest in every person that comes in and make you feel welcome: they remember me and from what I've witnessed I am no special case. Even if they don't have what you're looking for they will be able to point you in the right direction, they've even called GNC to see if they had something in stock. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this store rocks! Keep up the good work.

The Florissant store are amazing! It's very welcoming and they employees are always ready to support you, give advice, and encourage you in all of your fitness related goals. One of the things that really stands out is that they know my name! I come in once a month and they know who I am. Expand to the Chicagoland area! We need you in that area.

You have so many choices when it come to supplements for your health but only one store one community comes to mind and that’s the Supplement Store for me. They make you feel like family from the 1st time you walk in with a free water bottle. They listen to you and them guide you with the best knowledge for your body and mind. Definitely a vibe you want to have when going Into any store especially one where things can get a bit pricey, but with knowledgeable employees like Cam at the North Lindbergh location and the crew there you leave feeling satisfied in a beneficial way with money well spent verses feeling like just a customer who's looked at as a dollar sign and just gotten taken. They went above and beyond making sure I had everything needed and didn't need to help my fitness journey and they will make sure your satisfied as customers were coming in happy with the progress they have been set on by recommendation from the staff. Cam ( N.Lindbergh location) was super helpful in getting me to the right direction for my goals as a working busy mom. He gave me samples to try (I ended up buying some Greens, multivitamins, and protein) he helped me understand my body scan and what I needed to do to reach my goals. Overall I was so happy with my experience. He really seemed to care about what I was looking for to get to my body goals and on the right supplements.
