Buckle does not stand by it's products. Ordered a shirt online and followed the care instructions. It shrunk two sizes and they will not take it back for an exchange. Shirt underneath is a normal large from one of their shirts. Shirt on top was a large and is now a medium to small. Yes, I did reach out by email to customer service. Basically they said they cannot verify the shirt by the photos I sent (which is a weird request) and will not accept the item back for an exchange or refund. Not sure it's worth losing two customers (my wife and me) over a shirt that probably costs your company $10. That's BAD business.

My husband and I went in to shop for him some jeans last evening and we had an amazing experience in Buckle! The staff came over immediately and helped up make selections based on suggestions from them. They were extremely helpful when it came to finding his sizes in the back if not on the shelf. They were kind of busy but it didn't stop them from being helpful and attentive..... all of them and one lady that said she has worked there for 7 years (maybe Liz?) I didn't get their names but now I wish I had because everyone that was working this past Saturday evening (04/23/22) was absolutely amazing and knew their stuff when it came to their products. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.

Amazing customer service! They helped me find the jeans in store that I was looking at on their website. I was looking to buy 2 pairs of jeans and a darling brunette brought me a handful of different jeans to my dressing room to find the perfect match, I wish I remembered her name she made me feel so comfortable and confident! Organized and well-stocked store.

I bought a couple of new pair of jeans and a nice shirt she bought a couple pair of shorts and a shirt the one lady is so helpful and nice and friendly we enjoy her all's I know is she is the taller blond lady I don't remember her name

My husband always complains about the pricing here because they have quality clothes but after going elsewhere I tried on like thirty shirts and he said well I think these other clothes look cheap and not nice like buckle so moral of the story is u get what u pay for therefore just go to buckle and have your clothes u love not just like. Plus the girls are excellent here helping as long as its not overly busy. Just tell the husband to shhhhooshhhh. He will tell u how pretty u are later and he can thank buckle

This store was a first for me....it's very well put together...I loved that they had a lot of sizes from long to short ,nice quality ..the staff was amazing....I was trying on pants and the staff was never to busy to run me the next size up or down....over great experience....however I'm a cheaper person and spending 86.00 on a pair of jeans was out of my comfort zone..although my husband did get some shirts which we were both pleased with

Honestly this Buckle is only okay. The people that work in this store just aren't that friendly. I don't know what it is, but they can be rude. The store does have cute clothes and I still shop there for all my "Glam County" items.

Loved this store. Great selection of cloths, shoes etc. Staff was very helpful.
