Cynthia and Brenda are amazing people and caregivers. They have given and continue to provide a wonderful at home care experience for my mom. They are kind, caring, compassionate, responsive, hard working women who sincerely care about my mom and have made life better. Our family is lucky to have them in our home and touching our lives. I also appreciate the kindness and quality care our family has experienced with Home Instead in general, such as Herlinda (one of my mom's other caregivers), and Frankie, Jolene, Lauren, and Erica, who handle the communications, scheduling, and care management, among other things. Thank you all for everything.

My mom has had companion care from Home Instead for the last 5 years. I believe that we would not have mom with us today if not for the wonderful care from Raquel and Mary and the other ladies from Home Instead.

I was picking up a few items from the grocery store, when I observed a young lady with an elderly person. She appeared to be very caring in how she spoke and interacted back and forth. After I purchased my items, I approached her and inquired if I might ask her a quick question, she agreed So I informed her I have a friend who was currently seeking help with her elderly mother. I proceeded to ask her about the company she is employed with. She provided me with the information I requested. She also stated that she highly recommends her company. I just wanted to say that it was very refreshing seeing someone so caring with the elderly. I passed on the information I received to my friend. Thank you so much to the caregiver whose name was Shaena McClain, I can only hope that my friends mom is as lucky to find a loving caring person as you. Good job well done!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Home Instead thru the VA Homemaker program Angel has been with us for 2 years. Having her help gives my husband excellent care and gives me freedom to take care of other responsibilities and to just rest and be able to think.

Nikole is our care giver. And I think she’s funny. She is also loving and reliable, caring too. We like that she is constantly looking for thing to keep me safe healthy and happy. Home instead is very good at finding care givers if we need a schedule change.

Our caregiver, Ericka Z. is an outstanding caregiver. She knows exactly what to do and when to do it. She is also very sensitive to my husband's care. I don't know what I would do without her. She cares and loves her work.

We have 2 caregivers. Deloris and Raquel. They come on separate days and help my husband with showering and breakfast. The company is efficient and always tries to honor our requests.

I want to thank Home Instead and more specifically our care giver Angelica. She's been a lifesaver and wonderful to my husband.

Although they do have some very good long term employees, Home Instead has difficulty with finding new trained employees that will stay with the company. In the 3 months that they provided services for my 91 year old father-in-law there were 7 different people coming in. A number of them quit the company without warning. Three of them had almost no previous experience with senior dementia care and the last young lady they sent looked like a deer in the headlights. I don't know if you have experience with outside care services but everytime a new person comes in to help your loved one you have to spend an entire shift or two showing them what you want done and where things are at, I should have charged them for the time I lost. The last girl here accused him of acting inappropriately, a 91 year old with dementia, so now we are having difficulty finding a caregiver because the VA will only provide a male. FYI, finding a qualified male caregiver is not easy. Obviously I would not recommend Home Instead for your senior care provider or your dog sitter.

The Home Instead staff is wonderful, from the administrators to the caregivers. The pricing is competitive and they offer flexible affordable care plans. I used their services for transportation and assistance to medical appointments and shopping. I highly recommend Home Instead.

I have had the pleasure to be apart of the Home Instead Senior Care team and it has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming here from the CareGivers to the office staff. I'm so blessed to be able to work along side them everyday and to see what amazing work that they do in the community. Seeing the impact they have on aging adults is so tremendous. So many of them feel that after starting their services they have regained their independence and feel that they can live a some what normal life again. Keep up the great work Home Instead Senior Care it doesn't go unnoticed.

I used to work with Home Instead Senior care in 2001-2002 until my family and I moved to Bakersfield California.. I tried working for Home Instead senior care here in Bakersfield California but It wasn't the same as while I was working for Brandi Johnson..The people weren't as Nice as she was..
