I reached out to Belman Pavers 3 weeks ago to get a quote to remove our old pavers and to install over 1700 square feet of cement with my custom design. Victor promptly came to my house and provide a very professional overview and quote for the work. We had an appointment date set to excavate the site and to perform the install. The crew showed up ready to get to work. With my design it was clearly transferred into an amazing project. I am very pleased with all aspects of the install. The crew came back after the cure and removed all framing materials and excess dirt. I would highly recommend Belman Pavers to perform any hardscape on my yard. Thank you Belman Pavers and team!

We had a vision for a beautiful “outdoor room” and for better, more usable yard space and outdoor entertaining space. After meeting with at least 4 or 5 contractors, we decided to go with Victor and Belman Pavers because the price was competitive and we appreciated that the cost was “more inclusive”; for example, with other contractors we would have had to deal with additional contractors for electrical, irrigation and grass replacement. But Belman’s quote included all these aspects. The best news is that we are so satisfied with the final result. The pavers are beautiful. I should have started this review by stating that I am super picky and was home overseeing every step of the process. (I know I probably was a pest, but Victor and his guys were great.) If I didn’t like the way something was coming out, I told Victor (who is the owner of the company and he was on site almost everyday to check in with me, plus he always returned my calls and texts promptly), who quickly took whatever action was necessary to make me happy. I appreciated his flexibility, because sometimes things just need to be adjusted as you go along on a project like this one. Victor and his daughter were very helpful in helping with the color selection and design elements. (I love the addition of walls, “step lights” and pillar lights.) Today there are a few final details being finished (irrigation related), but we were just so excited with the final project that we decided to post this review. I highly recommend Belman Pavers!! (P.s the fireplace and bbq island are from Extreme Outdoor in Ontario.) A QUICK UPDATE: A little less than two months after my project was complete, we had a minor warranty issue arise. I knew that Belman (Victor) provided a warranty on their work, but I expected to incur a little hassle in contacting them. I am VERY HAPPY to report that Victor answered my call on the first attempt and then proceeded to quickly respond to fix the issue!! I was truly impressed by how this company stands by their work!!

We recently had our driveway and front walkway/steps redone by Belman. We talked to 6 or 7 contractors before signing with them. Upfront we were impressed with Victor’s obvious expertise, his ability to quickly size up the job and his very fair pricing. As the job progressed, what my husband and I were extremely impressed with was the quality of every single person on the construction crew. His crew sincerely cares about doing an exceptional job! Joaquin was a stand-out even though every person was amazing. His attention to detail on building all our steps and shaping every single paver for a perfect fit was incredible. As business owners, my husband and I know that it’s not easy to find so many remarkable employees – and particularly on a construction crew!!!! They are also long term employees which speaks volumes about Belman. Victor’s daughter Lexie was awesome. We ended up doing everything in her favorite stone colors and it looks fantastic. The neighbors keep complimenting us on how great it looks and how well it goes with the house. Victor and Lexie came by frequently to monitor the progress and make sure we were happy with everything. One time he called me on the phone and I mentioned a concern that I had already talked with Joaquin about. But Victor and Lexie were at my house within 35 minutes to ensure that everything was taken care of. I’ve worked with a lot of construction companies – both at home and at my companies. I’ve never found a construction company I was more impressed with. I would be happy to talk with anyone about our experience and answer any questions!

The Belmans did an amazing job of installing pavers and decorative walls. They were very easy to work with, they explained everything clearly. Alexis came by to check on the crew and made sure that we were informed of the job that took about 2 weeks to complete. We looked at other companies to do the job but we were unhappy with either the pricing, the quality, or the customer service. With Belman Pavers everything went smoothly and it was an easy choice for us. I highly recommend going through them if you want quality work done!

We are very happy that we chose Belman Living over other contractors that we met in the process of renovating out yard. I'm not saying others wouldn't do a good job, but Victor and his crew nailed it. The only problem that we ran into was weather.. The job took longer than expected due to large amounts of rain while we were in our demo stage. Many compliments on the finished product and the follow up after completion. Have recommended his company to others who are looking to improve their properties... A High Five to Victor & Crew!

Belman Pavers did landscaping at My Friend's House. I was very Impressed with their work and professionalism that I decided to hire them to do some work on my property. Everything turned out Amazing. They did the work in a timely manner and now I can Host party's at my house for the Holidays. Highly recommend.

Our front concrete walkway had been uplifted by tree roots and was now a tripping hazard. Belman Pavers came out and gave some great recommendations for the project and started working the next day. The skill of the crew was that of craftsman. Fit of the tiles, the placement of the colors is nothing short of a work of art. They really know their craft and it shows. They were happy to answer any questions and respectful of the property in terms of demolition of the original concrete and how thoroughly they cleaned up when everything was completed. They will most certainly get any future business as well as my recommendations to anyone needing similar services.
