Why did I wait so long to write a review? I had half my windows installed in late 2014. Can't tell you how pleased I am with United Builders. From their professional handling of my home to their prompt and professional customer service and good quality materials. I'm VERY happy with my windows and door replacement. Wish I could have had them all done at once! Rick is extremely pleasant to work with and a man who honors his word. Look forward to working with him in the future to finish all the windows in my home. I would like to give a five star rating and believe I will once all my windows are completed.

Rick was very punctual and very professional, I needed a 10 ft sliding glass door replaced, he gave me a fair price for a quality product and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns.

First of all I love that they returned my call with in a few hours of requesting quote. Reasonable cost for work requested. Delivery and installation happened in about 2 weeks. On time and finished within the time I was told. Product was good quality and work was well done. I think that’s all I can say about this company I would definitely recommend and use again.

Rick is awesome and his crew was amazing, clean, fast and did some extras I wasn't expecting. This was about 4 months ago....now today, the product and installation, absolute quality, easy glide, great locking, sound, weather, everything Rick said they would be, they are! Some pics attached, but my house wasn't as clean, so only a few. We went with the espresso color. Mark this.... one and done, quality over quantity, is always the smartest and cheapest choice. This was a great experience !!! I had several estimates, and then my Terminex guy came to spray and we were talking about Windows and he told me about United Builders. He said it was the best price I got and the reason they don’t charge us much is because they don’t advertise like other window companies do .,so you’re not paying for their advertising. The day of the install they showed up exactly on time there was six of them and they had the windows done in four hours cleaned up . They were polite and kind , considerate and got the job done. The windows are excellent. I haven’t heard my heater go on and it used to go on and off all night long. The sound is amazing because I back up to semi busy street. I couldn’t be happier with the company, the windows what a difference.!!!

I got all 33 windows in my house replaced this past December (2022). I’ve been pleased with them so far. I’m amazed just how much cooler the house has been. It has been in the high 80s to low 90 degrees and I haven’t had to turn on my AC. I sometimes just turn on a floor or ceiling fan, if needed. I’m looking forward to not seeing an outrageous electricity bill this year and years to come. They also blocked out a lot of the outdoor noise and open and close smoothly. I don’t have to put forth a lot of effort like I did with my old windows. The windows also have a lip at the bottom that makes it easy to push them up. I’ve had them for four months now and haven’t yet had a problem. No leaks or malfunctioning. I’m happy with this purchase.

United Builders is a family owned business and the owner is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very reasonable and is excellent at communicating and working with you. His workers do a phenomenal job!!!! I am beyond impressed and pleased with their work. From start to finish they were great and clean and on time. We used Rick in his team after finding Them on Anlin windows website. I wanted to use Anlin because of their warranty my father-in-law bought windows through Anlin 20 years ago and the seals failed as many of first gen Vynil windows do they came out and replaced everything. We had a small issue with manufacturing but Rick installed windows and got Anlin our right away to correct the problem. Good value and clean workmanship

I upgraded my house's windows to United Builders windows and doors five years ago. These windows have been fantastic – easy to maintain, clean, and they effectively keep out sand and dust from occasional sandstorms in the valley. I highly recommend them; they're excellent value compared to similar products on the market. I wish I had opted for higher quality screens to be installed with these windows.

Removed sliding door and garden window and replaced with windows and also replaced remaining windows. Excellent work. Completely cleaned up everything afterwards. I asked him about the best windows and doors that match my house style and color. He showed and recommended me plenty of products. I picked double and single hunged windows for my house. Then I decided to a double slider patio door that looks so nice. Rick and his team were hard working guys and they were very clean. They maintained my house and kept it organized. I love my new windows and patio doors. I do recommend this business to everyone.

Outstanding service, from beginning to end!! I had to have my slider patio door replaced in my apartment in Corona city, which would make it much easier to slide for opening and closing. Great product.

United Builders is so professional, helpful, and they do quality work. They came out to our home three different times because we had over 40 windows and completed the task gradually due to cost. One thing I think is really important in a contractor is trust and I trust them as well. I LOVE the windows and sliding glass doors. We save so much in electricity in the summer. The rooms that have the most sun are no longer unbearably hot like they were before.

The owner takes a personal interest in his company and Louis really knows his craft. Windows took about 6 weeks to come in, but everyone is backordered right now.
