Long time customer, for nearly a decade. Had a recent issue with a service tech breaking a piece of my interior, and letting me leave without notifying me of what happened. When I called to address the issue, Clay laughed and joked it off. But to my delight, Gannon called first thing the next morning to let me know they had ordered the necessary replacement piece to make the repair. How awful it is to not be greeted when you enter an establishment? But instead for the employee to loudly mock and make jokes when you’re there to pick up your vehicle that was damaged by their staff. No apologies, just immature and rude jesting from their front desk attendant. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue; I can overlook the grease smudges left on my paint. But a few times I’ve had serious issues with them not reattaching my skid plate back in place, or instead of putting the bolts back on I found that they used tie straps instead. Every time I’ve had a serious issue I have gone back, but sadly the quality is not improving. *There are one or two kind and helpful employees, and I thank them profusely. I understand the service industry, and I understand it’s hard to find laborers in our current climate, especially quality workers. I suppose I just have higher expectations. Update month later: no, they’ve never contacted me.

Awesome service every time. I have been coming here since I got my first truck. I find the go beyond expectations. The front desk people are always nice and friendly. The mechanics are awesome at their job and overall just a great experience.

Speed is not in their vocabulary, 2 hour wait to patch a tire, bring a snack if you are going here

I was leaving early the next morning to go to MD Anderson and at the last minute my brother in law noticed how bad my front tires were and told me not to drive to Houston with them So I called delta world tire around 4:30 and spoke with Mr Broussard on the phone. He was very nice and willing to accommodate me at the very last minute I’m so appreciative of Mr Broussard’s assistance with taking care of me & my tires At the last minute Dianne LeBlanc ***** 5-stars

Delta world ordered my tire, told me it would be in stock in one day, it was as usual and on my car promptly. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years along with my father and grandfather who was a farmer in our area. Great service always.

I first called to let them know my car was being towed there; they immediately called me when it arrived, assess the problem, and gave very knowledgeable information. The staff is very friendly service guy explained exactly what needed to be done with the tire; rapid service I would recommend this place to anyone who would need tires or tire repair. Great job

Good service, and price for oil change/fuel filter change in my Diesel Ram 5500. As an Owner-Operator, maintenance is huge! Visit every 10-14 weeks for service. No complaints here, always top-notch!

Had to replace CV joint. Also change radiater, water pump belt. Job took 3days with one return trip to fix dust cover on disc brake. Service tech made extra effort to take care of my car..very satisfied..Good results...

They always take care of me. They’re quick, efficient, personal, and reasonably priced. They never charge me for patching a tire!

Front desk was very nice and helpful. But a routine tire rotation and balance shouldn’t take 4 hours. Especially after being told it would take 30 minutes. Been here since 9AM and left with my truck at 1PM. Unacceptable and will not be returning here for rotations in the future.

Started losing air while traveling they came up with in range to make it. Replaced the leaky valve stem and was back on road within the hour! Thank you for the great and fast service.

Service is great but I wish they had some time of scheduling. Being that they take walk ins they should have appointments aside from walk ins . Trying to get in is like winning the lottery

I needed an alignment, balance and rotation before Inout my family back on the road to Houston after the holiday and Delta world was the only place between New Iberia and Lafayette that could take care of my truck in a timely manner. Efficient service. Ordered quote online. Had a response the next day and tires delivered to store 4 days later. In and out in about an hour. Mask policy did not seem to be enforced but most people there self enforced and maintained distance.

I called because Delta had a coupon for buy 3, get 1 free on tires. The MAN was frustrated because he says they put stuff online and don't make THEM aware. (Maybe he NEEDS to go check on their website once in a while). He was telling me he could NOT give me that deal if he didn't have them in stock, WHICH HE DOESN'T and he doesn't even know WHERE he can get those. So my response was "so you can't honor that deal ?". Then he got REAL huffy and acted like I WAS IRRITATING HIM. I told him to FORGET IT ! WHAT A RUDE MAN !!!
