While altering your appearance should not be expected for women, if someone chooses to do so— do so here. I loved the fact that during my lip flip I brought up a few of my other insecurities & Dr. Evans was quick to assure me that I didn’t need to change these things; only if I wanted to. I felt comfortable & humanized unlike some beauty spa’s I’ve been to where they will try to push you to do more to your face or bring up things you could do (to establish a reoccurring client). They only gave me information on things I specifically asked about. Tensegrity is elite in the way they only wish to help their patients be more confident in their own skin. I love this spa & I think their staff are warm, inviting, & friendly.

I really wish I could give Tensegrity more than 5 stars! It all starts at the front desk with Sharon- she is the perfect greeter for what is always an AMAZING experience. It took me over 50 years to start spoiling myself- but I have the hang of it now and I am never looking back! From facials, to botox and fillers... you can NOT go wrong. Book yourself a service they offer... ANY of them and I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed. This is my happy place.

I had a session with Dr Evans a week ago ... my second Botox treatment - the first I had elsewhere and after it I couldn’t understand what all the fuss was about, and even wound up having a slightly uneven result. Knowing Heather and her knowledge of facial musculature as a DO, her clear love of aesthetics, and significant amount of time spent becoming trained in this specialty area, I decided to give it another chance and I’m so glad I did!! She spent a lot of time with me asking what specifically I was hoping to accomplish, offered suggestions and formulated a treatment plan with me. The office was clean, inviting, and the injections were so well done. Since my visit I’ve quickly seen results that will continue to improve, but I’m already extremely impressed. My “11s” are essentially gone and I look far less agitated at my kids and husband Lol. Totally worth it and I’ll definitely be back. Also excited to try out numerous other options for facials etc. once Danielle is back in the office! Keep up the great work Team Tensegrity! 💖

My first appointment was almost a year ago and I just keep going back! The staff and service is amazing. Most recently, I showed up a day early for my appointment, thinking it was that day, and they were so accommodating. My next service is a hydra facial next week and I can't wait!!!!

This is the place to go for Botox! The staff has always been kind and helpful. From the front desk to the nurses—always phenomenal service. I have had Heather, Jodie and recently Laurie. Botox always turns out very well. Very natural looking which is my goal. I highly recommend checking them out and booking your appointment.
