I have Been driving for GLT for almost a year now. A great company to drive for. Modern up to date trucks. (Volvo VNL’s) When I advise if anything needing attention on the truck they get me turned around fast when I’m at the yard. The bosses are awesome and get me home every weekend in Houston. Only missed one so far in 2022 and it’s August now. That time was really a shippers fault. I always look forward to seeing the dispatch team and office folks whenever I’m stopping by the yard. Compared to other trucking companies, they pay drivers pretty damn good too. They’re the greatest to work with. I feel very fortunate to be part of this organization.

They write dishonest reviews on other companies profiles. I understand in the logistics industry unfortunate things happen. But when a company does the right thing.. even if it takes some extra time, takes care of the situation and you still go and write a slandering review... Just an interesting way to go about things. I wouldn't recommed working with Great Lakes Trucking. They might try to ruin your name if everything doesn't go 100%

Next to one of their semi-truck drivers on the interstate and he has been texting on his phone for 5 minutes. Pretty sure this is against company policy no? This is extremely dangerous. Great Lakes Trucking MI has been a great carrier for Motus Freight for over two years now. Their dispatch team and drivers are always kind, courteous, responsive, and on-time for delivery. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do!

Nasty people, very rude and extremely aggressive. My broker hired them and these guys are the worst. Tried to scam broker and me out of money and they couldn't even do the job.

This company is a joke, they are very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from these people and get a good carrier instead of their high prices.
