It was the wife and I first time going out to Pembroke Pines mall to check out all the food trucks that was around. There was one food truck that caught our eye and it was Sak Pase. When we approached Sak Pase it was just Huge smile and great customer service from there, I ordered the Creole Chicken Quesadilla and the wife ordered the Griyo. We wanted to sit there and eat but it was raining today, so we ended up taking the food home so we thought. The food smell so Delicious that the wife started eating on our way home 🤣.. The Food was AMAZING!! Will be there next Thursday

This is one of my favorite food truck. The food is delicious and fresh. The service and presentation is excellent. I would recommend this food truck to anyone.

Food was good but not worth it; it took 3 HOURS. I place my order at 6:45PM, I left at 9:45PM. They served all of the platters first and 2 and half hours in she was asking for my order again because she lost my ticket. Everyone who was waiting was so mad, but the young lady was nice apologetic because she knew she was wrong. Couple people that she knows also got their food before me. I never waited so long for some food in my life. Unless you’re getting a family platter, be ready to wait hours.

Sak Pase Food truck is the best ! Their Fish is banging! I don't really like eating beans , but their rice and beans is delicious 🤤😋 it made me like beans!!! 🤤💞 I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family! The owner are super friendly too! ❤️

These young ladies put their ESSENCE in this food and I am so proud. Food is delicious. Their griot is fresh and well seasoned. You can taste the epice in the fish and it's perfect! This is one of the best food truck in South Florida. Honestly, I stalk them on Instagram. The first time I tried their food was at a location in Pembroke Pines on a Thursday and now wherever they go I follow. Their platters are delicious (especially the fish) and they never disappoint. God bless the cook! Oh and try the Mac-n-cheese balls, they are amazing. No joke!!

I don't usually share review but I need to do one for Sak Pase Foodtruck. I ordered a fanm jacmel, it was so good; however, they forgot to put plantain. I took a picture of my food and sent it to Sak Pase foodtruck and expressed my frustration. They immediately listened to me and offered me to get a fritay for free, they even give me choices. I was so surprised. Thank You so much Sak Pase Foodtruck. I will always order from you guys and will send clients your way. Thank You and Thank You. If you are in Florida, please pay them a visit. Great food, great ambiance.

The atmosphere was chill. Their customer service was great, and the wait time was decent. The food was good. It would have been great if the fish was not salty and over fried. The marinade was also over fried. I will definitely go back and give them another try. Keep it up, guys! You have something special going!

This year I wanted to do Thanksgiving differently and I decided to order through Sak Pase Food Truck. I have no regrets. Everything was excellent, the customer service was great. I’ll definitely be recommending everyone I know and going back for more.

The portion was much smaller than I expected and the food was just a little too salty. Other than that, it was very tasty.

This food truck came to my apartment complex today. I ordered two of the same dish but didn't get my food for over 45 minutes. The employees gave no indication of the amount of time we would be waiting. The truck was not extraordinarily busy, only 4-5 people were waiting. If this food needs to be in a restaurant, it should. Waiting over half an hour for a food truck that isn't busy in the Florida heat isn't worth it, no matter how good the food. Edit: In light of the owner's response below, I would like to note that I received no notice of the expected wait time. There was no sign posted notifying me of this, nor was it mentioned by the staff. In fact when I checked on my food after 30 minutes, I was told it would be "just a moment". I was not suggested to wait at my apartment, nor did I see that mentioned to the other patrons. I have also changed my review to two stars to indicate that the food was of good quality but probably not worth the price (I had the spicy pasta dish).

My first time visiting the Sak Pase Foodtruck and I was very pleased! The food was absolutely AMAZING. The red snapper was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the meat ball Mac and cheese was deliciously good. I definitely recommend Sak Pase Foodtruck if you’re looking for authentic Haitian cuisine. I’ll be back!!

The customer service here was amazing. The accommodated me to make sure that I was having a great food experience. As far as the cuisine goes, it’s delicious! Absolutely will be referring this place to others. Definitely worth trying the fusion Haitian-American food. Amazing

I had the pleasure of enjoying the Sak Pase Foodtruck and when I tell you that this was some of the BEST food that I’ve had…I really mean it! I had the Haitian fried chicken. The food was super flavorful, fresh and it was a good proportion. The customer service was absolutely amazing too! The owner, Fabiola, was very friendly and nice. If you all ever come up to Central FL one day, you’ll be seeing me again :)
