The Dr and staff were very kind and helpful. They took my wife by the hand and walked her through the process.

The process was painless and the physician was very professional. In addition, being able to complete it all online was a plus.

The dr was great and quick, however getting my paperwork was terrible. 24 hours after my appointment I have still not received my recommend. When I call the office they give me excuses, and tell me they will send it out within the next hour. It’s been 5 hours since my first call and I have still not received my paper work.

Quick and easy. Doctor was prompt, courteous and professional. He had my documentation completed and sent to me in less than 5 minutes. Great experience.

Getting In touch with the Dr. Was simple. He video texted me at the appropriate time. But the process of uploading the Dr. Recommended form was tricky. Someone without advanced knowledge of how electronics work, would struggle. And they will charge you $25 to walk you through it. Luckily my husband is a genius, and helped me. But all in all, it was a good experience.
