Need to add a new driver and a 3 wood. I wasn’t sure where to start with the wide variety of options/prices, the person who offered to help seemed to a bit annoyed with the thought of helping me figure out where to start with the whole process. “So not sure what you are asking? Do you want to demo clubs?” I got put in a bay and handed a club “ here start with this” and the tees where not long enough for the driver so he tried to balance a tee next to the rubber mat tee. Another sales guy quipped how all the bays had broken tees. Got one hit and turned around and he was gone. I tried to get the tee to balance a ball wall leaning against the rubber mat tee again and after a few more tries I left. No idea what happened to the sales guy. Good luck with demo days when the bays aren’t equipped to handle demos.

Shout out to Andy. I am a high handicapped golfer who came into the store for a fitting. Andy immediately made me feel comfortable and spent a great deal of time with me over a couple different sessions to find the best options for me. His patience, expertise, golf tips and dry sense of humor were much appreciated. Very pleasurable overall experience! Thanks Andy!

Andy was awesome helping me get fit for the right irons. Very professional and friendly. This place has everything and more a golfer could ever want.

This is a great store for everything golf! From shoes to practice putting green. The sales team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I drove almost three hours to get here and it was worth the drive.

12/22/2022 Update - Andy is the man - even if you are a 'Lefty'. Was curious if new irons could help my game (need all the help I can get). We spent a Saturday morning trying out different head and shaft combinations. Thought I had a combination picked, but Andy suggested one more shaft and that was the one. Picked up the clubs yesterday, Andy setup a bay for a lefty...WOW - Great Experience!! -- John was great at putter fitting. Customized the club while I waited.

Make sure you don't ask anyone if they have gloves available for use while you test $500 drivers. He'll tell you that those are for sale only.

Frank that works here is awesome. I had a issue and he went above and beyond to satisfy me. I will buy anything golf related from this location based on my interactions!

1st time here, what a great store it is. Great selection of men & women's golf apparel, great selection of clubs, golf accessories. Workers here are kind, friendly and helpful. A must place to visit, if you never been here.

Went in to test some Irons, and unfortunately after telling my price range was quickly shoved away to an isle of preowned with little guidance or help. Would have rated 1 star, but the store itself is nice, but not for your average golfer.

This is a really nice store with wide selections. Me and my husband got our clubs there. I took some lessons and also signed up for the membership. Everytime I go there, everybody is just so nice. I've got to meet Franc and Stephen, they are super helpful and kind.

Went to the store to get my driver reshafted. Ben meticulously helped me out, finding the correct screw for the driver head. Helped me with settings on the driver and explained in great detail what they were. If you ever go to the Vernon hills pga superstore, know you are in good hands.

This store is great with terrific customer service. Mark and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do what it takes to make their customers happy. Great store!

My husband and I had a great experience at PGA TOUR Superstore. We were met right away by "Fitz" who fitted us both with a set of clubs. His level of expertise and professionalism were noteworthy. He was also able to make me comfortable and not feel "judged" while trying different clubs. I can't say enough positive things about the experience. I highly recommend the store as they have a great array of golf merchandise and solid professionals.

We purshased several iron sets and drivers within the past six months from the Vernon Hills store. The staff was very helpful during the extensive fitting process and the pricing/customer service was top notch.

On 5/11/2021 I stopped in and met with Andy who is one of the golf club fitters at the PGA Superstore in Vernon Hills. Now, I had spoken with Andy about two months prior to this about getting fitted for clubs as I have never purchased golf clubs like that before. Andy was patient and informative at that initial meeting. I imagine that their employees at the store see hundreds of customers every month. After a few minutes of working together Andy remember our first encounter. We spent the next 2 hours in the fitting booth, trying different shaft lengths and head lies and found a combination that was perfect for me. We discussed grip size and stance position. Andy was again patient and informative even as other customers were vying for his attention. In the end I found a set of clubs in my budget that feel very comfortable, look great and are the newest technology. The young man in the repair section took care of the regripping of my clubs and was very efficient. I found everyone in the store focused on providing a great customer experience and that is not something you usually find in a large chain store operation. That is a direct reflection of the management staff. After we were done and I was taking care of the business end of the transaction. I asked Andy what he knew about putters, he smiled and said "There are a lot of different ones, we will try them all". I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend the PGA Superstore in Vernon Hills.

Went here to get a new set of irons. Working with Andy was great. I tried many different clubs and finally chose the right set for me. He was very patient and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend going there for clubs.

I purchased a set of Golf clubs (Iron set). There was a dent on 2 of them. The store manager Ralph, Jason and Connor were so helpful. They were so patient. Took their time to make sure that my concerns were addressed and that I left a happy and satisfied customer. This place I highly recommend to everyone.

Just worked with Andy on multiple days getting sized for a new set of irons and hybrids. Great experience working with Andy as he was extremely knowledgeable about all the equipment and very friendly. Plus, he was not shy in politely pointing out what was wrong with my swing. Remember too, they are not commission based so they ultimately want improve your game with the right clubs and equipment.

I went up to the service desk to try and get a club re-gripped. In front of me was an elderly man asking questions about getting a new shaft put on, bending the face, etc. The young man working on the morning of 7/28 with a horribly patchy and troublesome beard (attempted beard at best) would just say “NO” or “YES” before the poor old man could even finish his question. When it was my turn I asked if my club was finished being worked on and he said “no it’s 24 hours, you would’ve heard that if you hadn’t walked away so quickly”. I’ve been to the Downers Grove PGA store and their staff is PHENOMENAL so this punk is a huge downgrade for the company. Not to mention, I went in to test a putter that’s on sale online, but in store they had the full price still on it. I asked a (different employee) if he could confirm it’s on sale and he said “that was probably a different model” and walked away. Guess what: it wasn’t a different model and both Downers Grove and Schaumburg have updated price tags on the SAME model. Way to be lazy at this location 👍🏼

Andy at the Vernon Hills PGA Tour Superstore was absolutely amazing! We went through two fitting sessions, trying multiple shafts and heads until we came up with what was best for me. He was very helpful and has a FANTASTIC attitude!!
