GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Front desk staff are friendly and attentive, I had my baby with me and she went and said hi to her . There very professional and treat you with courtesy. I waited maybe 10 min then I was called inn . And all the nurses attended me and ask questions . They were very friendly and professional. They run all the test immediately. They were extremely thorough and made sure that all of my needs and questions were met. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be referring this facility to all of my friends and family. May God bless you all for a great work !!!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my visit was so smooth that I couldn’t resist. Elmer (my nurse) was attentive and caring. Mr,Flores (my doctor) made me feel at ease and provided me with great feedback. The entire Baptist team was welcoming from the security to the front desk workers. I wish I could remember every ones name to give them a shout out. I haven’t had great service like this in a while. I am very appreciative. Thank you!

Nurse Holly and the Nurse Practitioner who is pregnant were amazing. They took great care of my daughter and made us feel like family. I love that Holly explained everything and she was so helpful with my 2 other daughters waiting for their sister. It’s a great place that will have you in and out.

The service I had was amazing! The doctor that was on staff that night. I. came in from a terrible day with not being able to eat or drink. They quickly gave me fluids and medicine to help with the nausea. The nurse always checked up on me and the doctor took her time with me. The doctor made sure to run all necessary test and not rush. The next day I felt so much better. Thank you to the staff!

I came to Baptist Emergency Care because of horrible sharp pain in my lower right back & episodes of vomiting, and every single staff member I talked to was extremely sweet and so caring. Chris and Aldrin were my nurses, and were very attentive to anything I needed. Dr. Lauren Tzamtzis was very welcoming and friendly, checked on me periodically and was very good about making sure I got the right tests I needed to figure out what was wrong with me. And Russell reassured me as I did my first CT scan and very kindly walked me through the whole process. Most amazing service I’ve ever received at Baptist, would recommend for anyone to come here if they have any emergency needs!

First and foremost, everyone was great! I had the most amazing experience. My nurse, Jackie L was very thorough, professional, patient and kind. Super sweet personality. She has all the qualities required to be a great nurse. The nurse practitioner, Gus Diaz, was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and compassionate. I received very good care during my visit. A BIG thanks to everyone!!

As soon as I arrived to the front desk they called me within 5 min super fast. Great job! everyone was very attentive and informative. All staff was very professional, the space was very clean.I have to said that it’s the best place to come when you don’t feel good. Thanks for the assistance and support. Clean and fast service in an out with chest x ray flu/COVID test results and prescriptions in 2.5 hours. Not bad for ER. The PA; Vanessa who attended me was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Very happy with the facility and service.

The hospital and staff were amazing, especially my nurse, Marilyn! She makes your visit comforting and treats you with the best patient care. The only thing I was not pleased with at all was Dr. Cynthia Sanchez. She was not very informative and very quick to leave the room. There was no bedside manners with her at all. I’m giving a 5 stars because everything ran smoothly, there was no wait and again the staff were amazing.

The best! Everyone was great, patient, empathetic, loving, kind, very very gentle. I am very grateful to have been seen by that wonderful team, Peter, the nurse, Manuela, the tech, Blake, the surgeon who stitched me up and I can’t remember the other sweet techs name so so sorry, she was a girl. She was very very sweet as well and helpful. Thank you to all.They ALL deserve a huge pay raises!

This Baptist 24-hour center is great! The level of professionalism and care from the moment you walk in until you leave is excellent! The staff all the way from the security guards, front desk, nurses, doctors, lab techs and imaging techs are all great, caring and compassionate. I felt very well-taken-care-of and very reassured as they did a well-rounded comprehensive workup on me to make sure nothing was missed. The facility is beautiful, modern and very clean and well-kept. It was a pleasure to be there from beginning to end. I am very thankful for having Baptist Health in my neighborhood! Thank you!

Leticia “Letty” Smith was my nurse & Wow she took very good care of not just me, but all her patients where given top notch care. She made me feel at ease & would explain everything to me & to my husband & son that were with me. Her bed dude manner is superb & I’m so grateful to have had her. Honestly everyone that attend to me was excellent.

Unfortunately me and my child go to Urgent Care quite often. This one is one of the best ones there is. I feel like we're always in and out. Even if we have to wait a little bit it's still quicker than most places. And I feel like they're more equipped then most urgent cares. They have an MRI machine they have an x-ray machine they can do a sonogram if needed they are just really good at what they do. Thank you guys for always taking care of me and my kid.

The care my daughter was given was incredible. The wait was less than 10 mins to be called in. Every inch of this place is immaculate. Dr. Mendez saw her quickly, was thorough and ordered her labs. Our nurse was Amy, she was amazing. She explained everything that was happening and why. She was gentle with everything she did. She even walked me over to the coffee machine to show me how it was done. Those little details matter. I appreciate the attention the staff gave and their patience in a time where everything is urgent and scary.

Facility was super clean & organized. Staff was amazing. Professional, attentive & wait time wasn’t too bad. I also LOVE the InstaMed machine. I left the ER with my antibiotics and paid only $8.00. Thank you

It’s been a tough month of November 2023 for me, and both times I have been in this emergency care it has been very, very good! The staff have been great!! It’s a very pleasant pace to go to even after feeling so bad due to my health. THANK YOU!

Amy and Gabriel the best nurses I have encountered with in a long time. They are knowledgeable and most of all compassionate and caring. Perdomo the PA, was amazing as well. I truly appreciated this team. That’s why Baptist is my family and mine favorite Hospital and healthcare system. Thank you and God bless you all.

I was in shock of the treatment I received at this location. This is where we choose to go in case of any emergency or if any of my kids are sick. Usually the best care out of all the Baptist locations in my opinion until last night. The doctor on duty was ok, but the nursing staff was horrible and unprofessional to say the least. Starting with the RN Miguel ! I will not say that I would never go back but I will make sure that if the staff that has always provided us with exceptional care is not on to walk out and go somewhere else or come back when they are on duty. I’m not the type to ever leave bad reviews but the treatment I received last night was appalling. I do not know how Miguel is a nurse with the type of treatment he gives sick people.

Very pleasant and quick! The staff made me feel comfortable and helped me in avenue they could. I had no unnecessary waits after imaging!! I love this place

I would give this urgent care-/ER ZERO stars. I am 17 weeks pregnant and with sore throat, stuffy nose and a terrible ear ache. When the doctor came in, didn’t ask any questions and had an accompanying doctor with him. Didn’t introduce her just checked my throat and ears, and I asked how do they look and he said wait for the results of COVID and strep throat. Didn’t even listen to my heart or lungs and dismissed my congestion. I guess once the results were in the discharging nurse opened the door didn’t even walk in, extending his arms and said you can go. And I said does that mean my tests were negative and he said yes and I asked if I would be given any ear drops for the ear ache and he says no it’s all in the discharge papers.

I was seen very quickly and had an incredible staff attend to my pain. Dr. Jose Llach, nurse Amy, and the techs and staff were amazing today. They made me feel like family and not just a patient. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hospital.

Highly recommend this Hospital , Staff are amazing, from the people at the check in , the Nurses , Doctors , all of them are just so attentive, Professional and caring , the waiting time is like no other hospital and the Super clean facility. I fell like just at home. The entire process was fast! Simply Love this place!!

Excellent attention from all medical staff. A small point of observation is to have the staff in charge of entering pharmacy information double check that has been properly saved in the system. Fortunately, when checking out the nurse noticed that the changes given was not updated properly. This can prevent unnecessary stress.

I went in for a pain in my stomach. Turns out it was gallbladder, nurse Lauren and nurse Jackie were super nice and helpful. Constantly checked in on me to make sure my pain was under control. They also explained everything in full detail as far as my medicines and future process would be. Overall this was a clean and very professional location. I would definitely go there again if I had an emergency. Next time I will wear something warm, the a/c was piping cold inside this place.

The nurse that took care of me (and everyone on the wing), nurse Leticia, was very attentive, professional, and caring. She was personable and seemed sincerely concerned with my well being. I’m fact, all of the staff were courteous and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this facility to evertone.

Marilyn was so sweet and kind. The whole team was really caring. Marilyn stands out as the most compassionate nurse I have ever had. Dr. Flores and his team were all very good at making me feel listened to and got right to treating me. The nurse that got my IV and EKG was also very nice!

Had an amazing experience at this ER! Not only was it clean, new and beautiful … but the staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in I was treated with care and respect. My nurse, Peter, was so kind and understanding, as I was anxious during my visit. The APRN, Gus, was also extremely attentive and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and make me feel comfortable during the process. The entire time I felt well taken care of and I can’t thank the staff enough for making an ER visit as comfortable as it possibly can be. Thank you!

I came in during the afternoon and was attended wonderfully by all the staff. My nurse Alexis was amazing and when it came time to do vitals she was quick and did it very gently. The doctor who attended to me was also careful and thorough when checking me. You can tell that the staff cares about you and are very attentive. I had a great experience here!

I was a bit concerned when we first arrived since the place seemed desolate. The front desk lady asked the initial questioned and we waited about 20 minutes. After that, the doors opened and it was all hands on deck! The nurse was as kind and resourceful as can be. The doctor came within 5 minutes and was knowledgeable and caring. They did the testing and x-rays in the same room they put us in. It was fantastic!! The little miracle we needed when you have an emergency at 3am and you still have to go back to work at 6am. Thank you so much!

Love the facility how modern it is and the pleasant staff. I was attended in a prioritized timely manner! Faster than most ERs I’ve experienced. Dr. Sienkiewicz was great, good bedside manners, very thorough with all the test he conducted, and informative with his answers to my questions. As a prior medical assistant myself I felt comfortable in the nurses care they were compassionate and seemed knowledgeable. No complains, would recommended to anyone needing medical care!

Excellent experience! All Staff very professional and excellent bed side manners. The attendant who took me for X-RAYS very compassionate and courteous! The nurse taking vital signs the same, very courteous! The Doctor explained everything! Nurse who discharged me very patient, professional! Place was impecable! Hardly any wait.

I brought my nonverbal autistic son in today because he had been showing signs of a headache and was vomiting. After checking in, we were taken back and immediately attended to. Everyone was amazing and treated us and especially my son with kindness, patience and respect. I’ve been here a few times myself, and it’s always been a good experience. We’re so thankful the staff was thorough, and genuinely nice. They helped make a stressful situation easier to handle. Thankfully, he is feeling better. Definitely recommend this facility.
