The first thing he asked me was if I wanted some cold water!! This was amazing!! awesome customer service from beginning to end. The sales manager was polite and friendly and worked his magic to get us the best deal. This is definitely the best branch of Express Chevrolet in Tennessee!! 10× better experience than I had at the Brownsville dealership. They could take notes from these guys!! Dawson you rock!!

The thermostat in my 2010 duramax is malfunctioning. I called to get a service appointment and was told this dealership would not service vehicles over 10 years old. Very poor messaging if they are trying to sell vehicles. Bad representation of the Chevrolet brand.

I was very impressed with this dealership. They took my vehicle as soon as I got there even though I was early. Oil change took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The first service appointment went very smoothly and in a reasonable amount of time.

I called to get my oil changed and car checked over, I use Royal Purple HPS and was told by the service department they wouldn’t do my oil change unless I use the oil they have.

I had some questions over a vehicle which they said they don't work on but it is the GM They weren't very helpful Actually the guy was kind of rude

I live 7 hours from Delta Dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted on the “Find a GMC Yukon” site. Marty and Dean in the sales department were excellent. We were able to work quickly to get my deposit down. They were responsive via text or phone call. When my “in transit” Yukon arrived, Marty was able to pick me up at the airport. He was very nice and professional and I enjoyed the broad topic conversation on our drive. He also went over every detail and gadget on the Yukon, as well as navigating the set up process. He even checked to make sure I made it home safely. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience!

When making the appointment they guy in the service department seems rude . When I dropped it off they were very friendly . Maybe it’s just the way he talks over the phone like I was bothering him when asking for an appointment.

They’ve serviced my Chevy Silverado twice and both times I’ve had over the top service! I was a nervous wreck going in not knowing what was wrong with my truck, needless to say the team reassured me everything would be fine and they’d take care of it, that they did!
