Pretty sure they are creating fake 5 star reviews because this place is easily the worst pawn in the area. They have no problem lying to you in order to buy your item at 10 percent value. Would give - stars if possible

Ive been coming to this shop for years now to pawn things when I need quick cash, and always had a great experience until now, unfortunately before they even open the store I had someone called Yuvette calling and texting, threatening to make a payment on the day she wants me to or else she was going to sell my stuff! What a way to treat your customers, As if I didn’t know when is the day of my payment, I've have always made my payments last minute, I think this is the last time I will be doing business with them, It’s a shame that because of a new employee they will loose there long time customers! I know most of the other employees at the shop and they are amazing! But not this Yuvette stay away!

Very kind and helpful employees, yet the owner sides with a dishonest manager just by his word of mouth and the upgrade program for jewelry has been untrue clearly. Your manager was all over the place with the trade and sale, and said multiple times Tuesday not Thursday so you can start there with him lying to you. Thank you for showing the kind of business owner you are.

Today we came to the sterling & knight to pawn my centenario I never thought I was gonna get wat I ask for it thanks to Aurora she help me and my wife very professional and great customer service I recommend coming in here and ask for Aurora once again thank you.

I went into the pawnshop today in search of a camera lens for my Canon. I had ordered one from Amazon that ended up being a complete fail. But here at Sterling and Knight not only did they take care of me right away they showed me all my options available for me. I ended up buying the 75-300mm lens which is in great condition and it came with the box. And the best part it was very affordable I saved money by coming here vs Amazon had it prices a lot higher and it was the used option. Lauren and Israel thank you for my lens it works great I absolutely love it!

I had the best experience with Aurora. She was an amazing conversationalist, and helped time co by very quickly while waiting on my pawning transaction to be finalized.. She got me the highest price possible, and then I was done.. very smooth process all in all. Will be back!

Aurora was amazing. She takes care of me every sale bought a good headset, fire stick, IPad good. If I had a problem she handled it professionally and nicely: also allowed me to pawned stuff for good amount of money.

I felt like a well served customer! I had a watch that needed a battery, I was able to take the battery out, but unable to put it back due to tinny parts. I left it and told them what every they wanted I'll pay, I like the watch. I went back 3 hours later and it was together and they set the correct time, date and day. Oh yeah, they didn't charge me! Awesome customer service!

Manager guy couldn’t be less competent - the other 2 dude sidekicks are just there, don’t know what they’re doing as well. Horrible customer service. Took 2 hours for a simple loan before having to drive to the Hinsdale location & was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Unacceptable! Go to Hinsdale instead.

I frequent both locations in Bolingbrook and Joliet. Everyone I've worked with is awesome. Today John helped me and every time I've worked with him he has given good pricing for items bought and the max for things that I've had to pawn. I highly recommend this place.

I was in the Bolingbrook pawn shop, over at the Sterling and Knight jewelry. Carles did a great job helping me! She was very helpful and friendly!! Matt helped us to look at other items and was very informative too. Pleasant experience. Will definitely be back.
