Shreve, Crump & Low, located in Greenwich CT is an upscale purveyor of fine jewelry and time pieces. I had a Rolex watch to sell and Brad gave me the best value, was easy to work with, and I left with a check the same day. The store has an excellent selection of fine jewelry as well as new and pre-owned watches. I will defiantly be back, these guys are the best!

Right off the bat I knew I'd like the folks at Shreve, Crump & Low. Meryl was with another customer but took a brief moment to let me know she'd come my way as soon as she was done helping them. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, despite the infant and stroller I was wheeling around. They had the watch I was interested in, so Meryl referred me to Brad. Brad was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely enthuasiastic about the watch. Attentive but never pushy. Great to deliberate with. The watch ended up coming home with me, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase or the purchasing experience. I'll be back to Shreve, Crump & Low for future special occasions.

She was able to very quickly source an impossibly hard to find luxury item for us as a retirement gift at a fair price and without even requesting it, she sent it beautifully wrapped (much more impressively that I ever could have done). I had a really good experience here. My sales rep, Meryl, was always pleasant, professional, and patient. She gave me plenty of room and time to explore their watch collection. Once I’d narrowed down my choices, she allowed me to try on several. She also brought down a model from their Boston location that caught my interest. I ultimately wound up buying one that was already located in the Greenwich showroom, there was no pressure the buy the watch brought down from Massachusetts just for me.

Highly recommend for ring resizing! I brought my engagement ring in to be resized and the service was spectacular. I worked with Lorella Colonna the Greenwich Service Director. She was kind and offered solutions and promised to get the ring resized by Christmas. To my surprise she called me 3 days earlier than expected to pick it up. The ring looks beautiful and the resize was seamless. Could not have asked for more with this experience.

She was able to find the exact stone I was looking for for a price that beat every other jeweler.
