My experience was not very pleasant. In this moment of pain there is no human warmth. There is no communication among the staff, one shift gives some instructions and the other a different one. Children bother some employees because they don't know how to deal with children. Chapel cleaning takes place after the assigned time is up and the employees begin cleaning before. I don't see why florist employees can't come in to deliver ordered arrangements or wreaths. They know how to arrange well, the employees on duty don't know how to do it perfectly. They have no empathy with people. The only employee who was friendly was a man who was very aware of the situations, I think he was the only man who works. I definitely don't recommend it.
