Clean facilities, friendly staff, decent prices, and they have free carts/ dollies for use. I'm still a bit confused on HOW to get 'first month free' that all the franchise locations advertise.. they are pretty vague about the details. Also, I have to leave my vehicle to reach the exit gate number pad. Overall, its a safe location all your storage needs!

I've rented from a few storage places and this one has been my favorite. It's always clean and the girl who's been up front the few times I've stopped by, I believe her name is Natalie has always been professional with me and super friendly. I would honestly recommend this storage to my family and friends.

I had to delete my positive review for this company after I was charged for a full month of service after only using it for 3 days into that month. They refuse to refund the prorated amount for the rest of the month. Thanks for nothing. Will not be recommending unless this is resolved. This was not my first month, rather my second.

I’ve used lots of storage spaces over the years, but Extra Space Storage is easily the best. Clean, well-lit, accessible. Today Rocio and her colleague were of enormous help to me, taking the time to personally hep with my storage issues, which will save me a lot of money in the long run. Highly recommended.

Overall the staff are extremely friendly and helpful at this location, but because of corporate I wouldn't recommend using any Extra Space Storage facility. After signing up online and moving in, corporate raised my rates by over 30% after only a couple of months!!! As others have stated the free month they advertise was never given to me... Corporate never responded to my emails about the surprise jump in rates immediately after I move in, so it appears they use the same customer service model as the cable companies... If you still go with Extra Space Storage be prepared for surprise rate increases. Personally I spent an entire day moving my stuff to a competitor that was cheaper and has not raised the rates they promised me instead of doing business with companies like this.

Pretty new to this whole storage thing. Went in needing help. Had great help from Jonathan. Was being real informative and helped out with all the questions I had.

From renting storage units in different states I have to say this is one of the places I like the most. Clean and very affordable. Feels safe to leave your valuables in their hands. Plus good looking fellas, strong and helpful;) makes me bring my special wisle blow.. fiuuuu fiuuu love it…

Both Rocío and Jonathan provide exceptional customer service! They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. They have a very strong willingness to help and guide. Very hard to find these days. I’m grateful to have found a place so close to home where I feel my belongings, business feel safe and looked after.

This place is absolute trash, ghetto, unprofessional and rude. The big doors never work to come in and out. Overly full very difficult to drive in and out of. The new management will raise your rent every three months guaranteed and not tell you keep promising to fix leaky roof and hasn't for a year . I highly recommend you look for another location as I am.

Natalie was very welcoming and kind. She was thorough in explaining what offers would best benefit me. She’s also really cool and funny. She might have a possible career in stand up. I appreciate all the help and look forward to continuing my business with Natalie and Extra Storage.
