Furniture and material is great! You buy something today and get it built and delivered the next day! Very great salesman. I think in my opinion this is best experience I've ever had in a furinute store, because in most stores they aren't very patient. In this store they would recommend you they best deal! I recommend this place for everyone. Great deals, great salesman, great service!!

Purchased a piece late last night at 8 PM. Opened it up this morning and it was a item that was already pre-used, had broken pieces, and missing screws. And they want to charge me a 15% restock fee in order to get a refund. Terrible business.

I bought a bed set on Tuesday they delivered and set up the next day. My bed and dresses are very nice and they are name brand mattress and furniture. And a good price too. The people that work there are all nice and helpful and the delivery guys are nice too. I will buy more furniture from them in the future.

They have excellent customer service. Emad, the sales manager was very welcoming and explained everything in great detail so we were able to understand everything very well. We did purchase 2 sofas and are very happy with the price. They have a lot of sales and if you don’t like anything that they have in store he has a lot more furniture to look at in the catalog. Overall a great experience. We will definitely come back.

I shopped at the Cicero location and the salesman Osman was very helpful and excellent with product knowledge. I was able to buy everything I needed at Silver furniture. Delivery was quick and professional with Lalo and Tino. They were simply awesome. They assemble all the furniture quickly with no problem.
