I was refused syringes even with proof of prescription. I usually go to cvs for my syringes but they were out of stock. You do not need a prescription anywhere for the actual syringes just proof that you have a prescription that requires them. The girl refused to sell them to me once I said they were for Testosterone and not insulin. I have bought them here several times with no problem.

Taylorsville WalMart Pharmacy has been a consistently helpful and very friendly for many years of my life. They are not only competent in their field and service but have offered continual support and suggestions for my family's wellness, including emotional support. From the pharmacist to the cashiers- all of them are kind, caring and full of knowledge which they freely share.

We have problems EVERY TIME we come here. Today they tried to tell me my husbands insurance card was fake. I called Regence BCBS to show them it was real. How infuriating.

I had an appointment for a COVID shot. Filled in the forms ahead of time and confirmed my appointment. The female who pretended to help me was incredibly rude. She basically called me a liar, refused to check the computer file and forced me to complete the foms again. It wasn't her actions, it was her attitude. I have never left a negative review before but thus was over the top rude.

I hope I’m remembering her name right but BETTY made my pharmacy experience amazing. That lady is stellar. If you are in line, cross your fingers and pray you get Betty. She’s the best and kindest pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered.

I love this pharmacy and they got very respectful and very concerned staff every time I come in. Plus great prices everyday!

Chad was the best Walmart employee there. I actually have him a pin off my hat to add to his collection and saw it on him every single time I was there after that. One of the kindest people I've ever met and they fired him so I go to Harmon's across the street now btw their deli and cheese section is amazing and Walmarts is absolutely terrible if you can even find someone to help you. And the employees act like they hate every second of their lives.

Someone forwarded me the news clip of Chad getting fired. My whole family is in shock. The whole story doesn’t make any sense. That was the worst business decision ever made. I used to tell people about this guy who works at Walmart named Chad who provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in retail anywhere, at any price. I can’t wait to take my business to wherever he goes next. What a disaster!!!

So pleased with the service I’ve received at this location every time. Jerry the pharmacist is so great and helped me with an insurance issue. I’ve never been treated this great at a pharmacy, thanks for all you do Jerry!

Always greeted with a smile and hello and usually by name. Can be busy at times but this friendly and professional staff Works hard to take care of all your pharmacy needs.

Service is great. Sometimes there are long lines but I've never been ignored or spoken down to. Knowledgeable and compassionate.

Jerry the pharmacist is the WORST person I have ever met! I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life! I will never be returning to this pharmacy BECAUSE of Jerry! Again, Jerry is the worst! #FIREJERRY!!!
