This is my second time purchasing furniture from American freight, the first time was at the Roanoke location, a few years ago. Both times have been good experiences. The ladies today were very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer. I went in seeking multiple pieces of furniture, and household decor. I purchased a kitchen table with a five year extended warranty. My saleslady, Shamika, was very helpful in choice, and estimating size, as I was interested in a smaller table due to my apartment size. The one I selected goes great with the style I had in mind for the kitchen. I will also be returning here for my bedroom furniture. Overall, a very satisfied customer.

We went to all the furniture stores in Danville including, second-hand stores and when we went to American Freight. In looking for a standard sleigh bed with a Cherry finish in king size they had they best price for a similar product. They beat the closest competitor by 300 dollars. There is a warranty offered for additional cost but the company gives no warranty beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Shamika the manager was knowledgeable and helpful. I would go there first next time!

The moment I walked in I saw exactly what I wanted at a fair price. My sofa and loveseat sitting right in front of the entrance. Alexis Stamps came right over and was friendly and informative from the beginning. She pushed the upsale, as I'm sure is required and while I declined, she wasn't pushy about it and her demeanor didn't change. She was quick and efficient with my sale and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
