Brad services my RV and I don't have to move it to get rid of the poo.

We needed our septic tank inspected and called Brad's Septic Service. Eric was our service guy and was friendly, thorough, informative and gave us tips to keep our septic tank in good condition. I expected to have to get our system pumped, but Eric said it appeared to be operating normally and no need for pumping. Great service and will use them again and recommend to others. Thanks!

We were looking for a port a potty for the construction workers building our house. I heard amazing things about Brad's. They were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they said they couldn't service where I lived. We eventually found someone who did, but when they delivered it, it says Brad's Septic Service on it so I'm a little confused why they couldn't come directly. It would have saved a lot of time if they did. They were very fast and efficient about returning messages and answering questions. They seemed very friendly to work with, just this one misunderstanding and still confusion.

Just wanted to give a shout to Brad’s Septic Service for the quick and thorough emptying of our black and gray tanks today. We are staying in Battle Ground at a friends place for a month and they came out the same day we called. The office staff, as well as the service guy, were very professional and friendly. If you’re in the area and don’t want to hook back up to go to a dump station, we highly recommend them. Merry Christmas and “warm wishes” for a great holiday in our frigid temps!!

**I'm not a customer** I'm an Amazon delivery driver but I do have to say I search for port-potty's to use daily and what I find is brads are always cleaner and smell much better, maintained better than any other company... they beat competitors port-pottys everyday which seem to always be gross, out of toilet paper, hand sanitizer while brads are clean and fully stocked. I'm impressed! Just want to say thank you!

Eric was great. Did my inspection and made a whole list of recommendations to prevent any future problems. Cleaned my filter, which I didn't know needed doing, and was able to answer all my questions. I know who to trust for future septic needs.

Eric was amazing! The day before my septic was inspected, he walked me through how to find my lid that was buried (even though I messed it up and found the distribution box instead). He offered us suggestions on what kind of toilet paper works best with our system. He went above and beyond by checking the distribution box that I dug up also. Definitely using Brad's again.

First time using Brad's Septic and we can definitely recommend their services. Eric came out and was friendly and very helpful. We thought our septic was backing up but Eric spotted another issue that was causing the backup and got us back up and running until we can make some upgrades in the future. Great company to deal with!
