Unbelievably fast and safe service the guy was very polite and professional and also trustworthy. Did not have to follow him to the dealership and the tow service was reasonably priced. We definitely recommend to anyone. If I could give 6 stars I would awesome job.

I called to be tugged out of snow about 4-8 feet backwards. I'd mostly dug myself out by the time they got there. Just the front right wheel of my front wheel drive 2 wheel drive vehicle was stuck. The service took about 5 minutes or less. I received no warning about the $210 charge. Completely did not expect it when this company was 6-8 miles from where I was stuck and I emphasized "I'm really close to you guys." They had no sense to let me know they were in another town and would charge me the mileage for that distance. I would have kept digging as long as I needed to or wait for friends to get off work at that rate. I'm poor! I let the employee know that was more than I make in a day and I don't make much. They didn't care that it was an easy job that took no time, and I didn't even need a wench out. I called the manager and he was quick to anger when I tried to reason with him about my experience. "It's 175 for a wench out, plus a fuel sur charge plus mileage." I didn't need a wench out, which I explained. He didn't care and said I deserved what I got in more words.

Excellent response time with a very professional attitude, great Service. I called them out early hours about 6:00 a.m. to retrieve my keys that were on my seat and locked in my vehicle. Also looked up and shared other information and details about the vehicle that I was unaware of. Very informative I will definitely recommend their services as a great experience.

Andy was my guy and he was amazing. We weren’t sure how were we’re gonna make it happen because where I was stuck, But he hooked up to my car and very gently pulled my car out with ease. Called these guys at about 5pm. My truck was 50 miles from my destination, side of the road north of Sutton. They pulled in my inlaws drive at about 9pm. Very nice driver. Great experience on a not so good day.

In my experience with Towz R Us and more specifically with the owner Ellie, the customer service was wonderful. She is very kind and understanding but more importantly fair and honest. An accident happened damaging some of my property and was dealt with proffesionaly and fairly by Ellie leaving me happy and thankful. Thank you for everything!

I got updates from the beginning to the end via txt messages and calls from dispatcher and then the driver verifying pick up point and when my vehicle was recovered and dropped off. Towz R us is amazing. I blew a belt late at night trying to get on the highway. I called and was greeted with a very friendly tow driver who dispatched someone right away. The original driver came to me and said he would wait for his other driver to arrive so we could get home. They got my car to the auto shop and were very communicative throughout the entire process. There faster then was told. Tow guy was super nice and I had issues with my credit card and he help me with capital 1 and got tow fee approved. Asked to have car put close to building and he took care of everything will use again.

11 out of 10 with these guys, came out to girdwood to get my truck, and made it out in under an hour. With my truck being especially low, and hard to access underneath, he took all the special precautions to get it on (and off) with no issues. Super professional. Super friendly. If I had to do it all over again I’d stick with these guys. Definitely know their stuff!!!

Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing their vehicle towed. When I called, the individual I talked to was super friendly and answered all of my questions. The tow truck driver ( I didn’t catch his name) showed up early, he was super friendly as well. I received photos of my truck once it made it to the shop in an email. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience, thank you.
