I
am
writing
this
review
as
a
current
medical
student
who
spent
a
week
working
with
Dr.
Raina
at
CEPN.
I
was
compelled
to
write
a
review
because
I
had
such
a
positive
experience
there.
As
a
former
pediatric
nurse
and
current
medical
student,
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
working
with
many
great
doctors
and
Dr.
Raina
is
one
of
the
most
impressive
I
have
come
across.
His
practice
is
as
close
to
flawless
as
a
doctor’s
office
can
get.
Patients
would
enter
the
building
and
be
greeted
by
a
pleasant
and
energetic
receptionist.
None
of
that
walking
in
to
see
someone
behind
a
desk
texting
who
doesn’t
even
look
up.
His
lobby
and
examination
rooms
were
sparking
clean
and
decorated
with
colorful
pictures,
numbers,
letters,
and
other
pediatric-appropriate
décor.
I
never
saw
a
patient
wait
more
than
15
minutes
past
their
scheduled
appointment
time
to
be
seen.
I
am
accustomed
to
waiting
at
least
45
minutes
for
my
personal
doctors'
appointments
but
it’s
not
like
that
at
CEPN.
Many
patients
were
returning
patients
and
Dr.
Raina
remembered
the
smallest
little
details
about
them.
Whether
it
was
what
sport
they
played,
what
classes
they
were
doing,
etc.,
I
could
tell
he
was
engaged
in
the
conversations
with
them
and
not
just
being
polite
and
making
small
talk.
The
parents
seemed
to
feel
comfortable
and
safe
sharing
what
they
were
bringing
their
child
in
for.
Even
though
some
children
were
initially
shy
and
hiding
in
the
corner,
Dr.
Raina
would
coax
them
out
with
a
stuffed
animal
or
book.
Dr.
Raina
went
to
school
for
years
and
years
and
has
tons
of
knowledge
about
neurology,
psychiatry,
and
pediatrics
but
he
was
always
humble,
never
arrogant,
and
did
not
talk
down
to
people.
I
was
also
able
to
meet
his
daughter
when
I
was
rotating
at
his
practice
and
it
became
clear
why
he
was
so
good
with
kids.
Dr.
Raina
told
me
about
how
the
community
supported
him
when
he
started
his
practice
so
giving
back
to
them
is
important
to
him.
In
a
showing
of
gratitude,
he
was
mentoring
local
high
school
students
and
wrote
them
letters
of
recommendation
during
his
breaks
throughout
the
day.
When
I
envision
a
doctor
I
want
to
be
like,
I
envision
Dr.
Raina.
