Terrible tried to charge 75.00 a pair !! For rubber sole protectors that’s insane !! The mall Hakky would never even charge that for the red bottoms sole protectors, these are just regular rubber sole protectors. But I’m glad that happened cause I found a place two minutes down the road , West Hartford Shoe repair and he did an amazing job and less than 25.00 a pair a hidden gem all because this place was greedy.

Marco does consistently excellent work. Rather than doing them ourselves, having him polish our shoes and boots puts new life into them. Recently, he refurbished an old pair of brown and white bucks in a day for a party, and then, when we didn't arrive on time to pick them up, he came back to the store so we would have them. This is amazing service!

I recently visited this shop to have two pairs of boots worked on. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I replaced the soles on one pair and the traction pads on the other. It seemed expensive at first, however the quality of the workmanship and very pleasant experience was well worth it. I highly recommend visiting the shop if you’re in the market for repairs with shoes/leather goods.

I have had nothing by amazing experiences here. I buy most of my designer bags 2nd hand since they are significantly discounted BUT that means no complimentary repairs. This Hermes Evelyn strap clip broke and I was able to find clips that matched pretty well to the originals. Marco was able to take off the original clips on both sides and replace them with the $11 Amazon clips. He did an amazing job per usual. I dropped off on a Wednesday and the strap was ready by Monday. Price is always fair and I love contributing to local small business. I am def a customer for life <3 This is the 3rd repair I’ve had on my authentic designer bags and you honestly can’t tell on any of them that there was anything wrong/broken.

Went above and beyond resolving a pair of motorcycle boots. Quality work and willing to take on the tough task. I recently dropped off a pair of well worn loafers with holes in the soles and I got these in return. A real craftsman.

Brought my Birkenstocks in for sole & cork repair. The cork was patched beautifully and had a sweet vibram sole put on. 100% would recommend.

My heel fabric was unraveling and bunching up at the back of my heel on my Keen Avalanche. The man put some soft leather on the heel area and presto, last me forever now. Might just have it done to all my work boots from the get-go.

Just picked up my shoes from here, and they look absolutely new! I had soles of some boots replaced. They were also able to stretch the boots out a bit for me. They are perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

Park Road took good care of me and my Allen Edmonds dress shoes. During the pandemic of 2020, I was able to email my needs to Marcos who quickly replied with some options and an estimate. I shipped my shoes, he did excellent work, and emailed me some photos of the completed job. The whole experience was very satisfying; Marcos was a pleasure to work with even at a distance.
