I have only had good experiences at the office. The staff are kind and attentive. The spaces are clean and efficient. I give the office a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 due to the turnover of physicians/physician assistants. I would become attached to one of them for 6 months and then I’m hearing that they will be leaving soon. Which makes me said since it is difficult to find people in healthcare that I feel are truly listening to their patients. It makes it hard to get attached to another doctor.

Horrible. They make you wait forever. Seriously, when you read the reviews about long wait times, do NOT ignore them. The doctor is fine, but doesn't spend much time with you. Worst of all, they charge an exorbitant cost and are completely unresponsive to messages after the visit. There is a reason there are so many appointments available here.

literally a money grab... the DR requested me to come back a couple days after my initial visit just to charge me over 200$ just for an 'office visit' where he just asked how I felt… there was no actual reason for me to be there… no follow up tests... and he hadn’t even reviewed my blood work or information prior to me getting there. God forbid they actually revealed anything that needed immediate attention. My first visit - 4pm appointment, did not leave until 7PM. only one DR works here.. and they tried to push me off to someone else... but then none of the other people working there were even doctors... the DR was nice enough once I FINALLY saw him... HOWEVER – as previously stated… he played me BIG TIME…asked me to come back only to charge me an outrageous cost to be there and didn’t even do any of the things he said he would do during my follow up…. stay far away from this place unless you just LOVE to waste your money and overpay for every service possible. No wonder he tried to get me to schedule a monthly appointment. SCAM

Dr. Malik was great, he went through my entire medical history, the medical assistant was very nice and knowledgeable and receptionist was fabulous! My only complaints are that as a new patient not knowing the layout of the office I was left in the room at the end of the appointment without knowing where to go and I sat for 30-45 mins waiting for someone to tell me I was all set. I had had some testing done and thought I was told to wait but then the assistant came back and said to me “oh you’re still here I told you to go” which I did not hear or she did not say. I felt so stupid. Then I wasn’t shown how to get back to the front desk. Just as a new patient I expected a little direction. Also there was a mistake on my visit summary and I had to call to get that fixed, however Kimberly assured me it would be taken care of and she called me back when it was fixed. Other than that my appointment went well.

I recently joined this practice as a patient and can say that I highly recommend them. The care I have received has been exemplary. If there were 6 stars available that Is what I would award. Every member of the team has been incredible from the front desk to the medical team to the in-house availability of lab work. Thank you, team. I appreciate you!

I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Malik, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and expertise. Dr. Malik possesses exceptional communication skills, ensuring that patients like myself feel heard and understood. His ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and concise manner demonstrates his deep knowledge and dedication to patient education. Dr. Malik’s wealth of medical knowledge is truly impressive, instilling confidence and trust in his patients. He goes above and beyond to ensure that all questions are answered, leaving no room for uncertainty. What sets Dr. Malik apart is not only his proficiency in his field but also his genuine concern for the well-being of his patients. I appreciate the thoroughness with which Dr. Malik approaches each medical situation. He takes the time to listen, assess, and provide personalized care. This attentiveness creates a sense of comfort, making the doctor patient relationship a collaborative and positive experience. In addition to his medical prowess, Dr. Malik fosters a welcoming and friendly environment within his office. The staff reflects his commitment to patient care, contributing to an overall positive atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Malik to anyone seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional. My experiences under his care have been consistently excellent, and I am grateful to have such a dedicated doctor overseeing my health.

Despite having a busy office and a full waiting room, the person at the front desk handled it all with ease. I was so impressed by her organization and her helpful attitude. She took the time to call my insurance to sort out a problem I had instead of sending me away to figure it out on my own. She provided above and beyond service without making me feel like an inconvenience and I was so grateful for that! The provider I saw was also very attentive and supportive. Thank you for a surprisingly pleasant visit.

The Doctor and Office staff were very friendly. The time in which i arrived and taken back was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Malik was very thorough with his questions and made sure I felt heard with any concerns. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good Primary Care Doctor.

I was looking for a primary care doctor and found it on the internet. Dr. Malik introduced himself very relaxed and kind, making me feel comfortable from the beginning. He spent enough time to check my previous lab results and address some issues I didn't even know about, he did a thorough exam and patiently listened to my concerns. Although this is my first visit, as a new patient, I am trust and confident that Dr. Malik will professionally meet the expectations that I look for in my primary physician.

My overall experience for today's visit was good. But I was waiting in waiting room for over an hour before I was seen. But the PA was very patient and showed care for the patient. The front desk lady was very nice too. I think they definitely overbooked.

He makes a person that is his patient feel very accepted and very thorough examination. I've never had a doctor that does so good as he did with me. I'm 62 and got a lot of problems. That he sure has made me feel comfortable about the whole situation

Easy access, easy registration, friendly professional staff. Dr Malik is very good, gave time listening me, examining discussing the plan of medications management, follow up plan and he has a very pleasant personality.only thing is it took much longer to see me and I had to wait in the waiting room. His PACs were on vacation.

Honestly, the PA’s at this practice are very friendly however, the front desk makes this experience horrible. The front desk makes you feel like you are bothering them when checking in and simply asking them to do their job. I asked to have my medical records sent to my cardiologist over two weeks ago for an upcoming appointment and they were never sent. I called the day prior to my scheduled appointment to verify the records were sent and the front desk did not want to call the provider and ask for the fax she said she was to busy and I should do it and call back. I then requested my most recent medical records be sent to me and called repeatedly as I had a feeling they would be to “busy” and forget. They were never sent. My cardiologist office then called the next day as the records were still not received and was shocked when the front desk said to call back in five minutes as they’re were “busy” not even offering to make a note and send them at their earliest convenience my cardiologist office has to suggest this. I then followed up again to verify when my medical records would be sent to me (so I could look for a new primary care office) and the front desk claimed she never received the email request. It wasn’t until looking at her junk that she found it. Still have not received anything. Suggestions: 1) If you hate your job quit.2) Hire responsible employees who are able to multi task and execute task to completion.

Dr. Malik is patient and understanding, and takes the time to really explain to his patients what is going on. He is kind and truly cares for his patients. Even when he has a line of other patients in the waiting room. In addition, the front staff is friendly and professional, even with phones ringing off the hook. I highly recommend Quality Primary Care!

Found the practice last year and I am happy I did. It is easy to schedule appointments. Everyone in the practice is extremely polite and helpful. Dr. Malik is extremely easy to talk to and makes me feel completely comfortable each appointment.

Great experience… Dr. Malik and his staff were incredible. I have been looking for a primary care doctor for a few years now and believe I have finally found it. Dr.Malik takes his time to answer all questions and does a great job explaining.

I always have great appoints with Christina Sasselli, the nurse practitioner. She takes the time to listen to my lifestyle behaviors and goals, and tailors her recommendations accordingly. I never feel rushed or that she is eager to close our our appointments, which makes me less anxious about my medical appointments. She also pays attention to detail and kindly notes concerns. One issue she noted during my visit was my dry mouth and she recommended I increase my water intake, among other recommendations. I always leave my appointments with her feeling as if I am receiving the most thoughtful and attentive healthcare.

Katie is so professional and the other girls are as well. Made my visit so relaxing and pleasant. Dr. Malik was thorough in his questions of my medical history and was pleasant and easy to talk to. The gentlemen who did my blood work did an outstanding job. I would recommend this practice to others.

It's very hard to find the entire team in an office that will maintain professional at all times. Well! I did today, every team member went out their way to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. As long as Quality Primary Care is in business I will always be one of their client.

I am so happy with the new doctor that I chose! It's always nerve-wracking when you need to change PCP'S, and luckily, this practice was a great find- I felt at ease, and all of my concerns were met beyond expectations. All the people working there deserve to be praised!!

I chose quality primary care because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but I was deeply disappointed. I had major problems with the office organization and appointment scheduling. I came in for a general check up, had some questions for specific problems, and I was under the impression that I was going to return for lab only. It turned out that they scheduled me for ANOTHER annual exam, 2 days after my first visit, and charged me for that--it should have been covered by my insurance, and now it's my job to take even more time and call the insurance people. They wanted me to come in for a THIRD time to discuss the blood work result...something I have never heard of when visiting my old primary care doctors in NJ. This time they don't even have an estimate of how much I will pay for this third visit. Apparently I have to see the doctor first before they will bill me the amount. I also had to wait half an hour even when I arrived 5 mins before the scheduled appointment time, and this is considering that I am taking time off from work to come to these visits. I'm never going to return to an office where I might be surprised the amount charged and disrespect my time. I guess if money and time is not an issue for you and you are fine with their constant request for you to come back over and over again...then this may be a good fit for you. I agree with the reviews that says that the doctors are caring and good at explaining, but for me, the positive doesn't outweigh the negatives.

Doctor Malik is the best Primary Care doc for any new or present patients. His receptionist, Katie is also amazing. You'll not be sorry to have this doctor treat you.

Kind staff, the front is busy but the woman running the front desk is more than capable of holding 2 phones and properly check in everyone and very knowledgeable about insurances and procedures. The doctor and medical staff were quick once I was triaged and actually took time to talk to me. I was grateful to find out they do testing and lab draws in the office building and I was able to do everything in house no running around. Friendly and compassionate would be the words I use to describe my visit.

Dr. Malik is a great doctor. The only thing I wish it could change is the wait time. I roughly exceed 45 minutes in the waiting room every time I come for my appointment.

I’ve reviewed Quality Primary Care many months ago as a new patient and I just had to come back to say that I’m so happy to finally have a doctors office where all my needs are taken care of and where the staff makes you feel like family. What a great team. From the ladies who take your vitals, to the gentlemen who draws your blood, they all make you feel at home. Katie is the first person you see when you first enter the office and she is such a delightful and very professional member of the team. Katie always makes you feel welcome, is very knowledgeable, very patient, always focused, just an amazing team leader, and an absolute asset to the company. Furthermore, Dr. Malik is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. His willingness to listen, discuss, and overall effort to remedy your needs is something I hadn’t experienced before at other practices and that is something that’s so important in a time where patients have been made to feel like we’re just a number. He doesn’t do that. We are actually cared for at his practice and it’s due to his empathy, great attention to detail, and expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new specialist.

Very nice and friendly doctor. All the staffs were so friendly as well. The only one thing that I would give for 0 star is the staff from Labcorp. The lady who assists my mom was not so friendly and not being gentle. My mom was talking to her very sweet and nicely manner, she didn't even care talking back. I don't wanna go back to your Labcorp again. I will go somewhere can be more happy with what she been work for a living! My only mistake is I don't get her name:(

Dr. Tara Sadr is one of the best provider that I have visited here. The medication of her choice were the best and helped me a lot. She was listening so patiently to me and because she speaks Farsi it was a big help for me. I am so happy to be under her care.
