Super friendly staff. Coffee is excellent. They serve pup cups for our good boys and girls (dogs not kids). The candy coated coffee bean they give you is just icing on the cake and I love it.

Nice place to get some good coffee and snacks. This place offers only drive through. Right next to 7 eleven this place has plenty of parking space. They didn’t offer different coffee roasts etc. however the coffee was strong and good. I usually drink latte without sugar. Do try this place if you are in the area.

absolutely love this place. the drive-up design is so quick and effective and the workers are super nice, not to mention the delicious covered coffee beans they give you with each drink. legit the best cold brew and matcha i’ve ever had, very worth the price. was going to try the turkey gouda cranberry sandwich but the oven was broken, which honestly ended up being a good thing because i tried the banana nut muffin top instead and it was so good. excited to have a reason to come back and get the sandwich next time. definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already!!

The staff here is excellent especially Terry, Giselle, and Dante. They made my order exactly how I wanted it. Although this is a drive through coffee spot, they are excellent at communicating and making a genuine connection with their customers. My dog loves them a lot too especially when there’s a pupcup waiting! Just an outstanding place to get coffee. They put the “human” back into customer service.

I love this place, I no longer go to the other well-known coffee spots. If it aint human bean, I don't want it. The quality is definitely there for a fair price. The customer service is welcoming and friendly. They have no issue explaining what's on the menu or even giving recommendations. I always recommend this place to coffee lovers, and so far they all have converted.

This Coffee Shop is definitely one of a kind! Its stands out from other coffee shops in various factors! Starting off with their signature touch by adding one or two chocolate covered expresso beans on top of the lids; on all of their drinks that they serve! And secondly the inside of the shop is only for employees, so you can either walk around the building to order, or you can order through their drive-through!

I was a passenger in my oldest son's car and ordered a pina colada smoothie. The customer service at this business was phenomenal! It's the kind that you witness on advertisements and commercials! They even give you a little mixed chocolate coffee bean! I will definitely return to this business in the future!

This gotta be the best-roasted coffee I have had in a very long time, reminds me of the natural roasted coffee from El Salvador the way my family used to homemade roast, so many childhood memories. I am talking about just coffee no latte no syrup no nothing just the amazing coffee flavor and added to that the fact they give you these chocolate-covered espresso beans, OK it's so tasty and I just can't get enough of it. So happy with this discovery, I will be your loyal customer from now on.

I visited Human Beans in Sterling for the first time and ordered a latte. However, upon returning to work and removing the lid, I realized it might have been an americano with milk instead. My excitement to try their coffee was met with a minor disappointment. Additionally, when I requested honey, they used honey syrup instead of actual honey. Overall, my experience was a bit mixed due to these issues.

LOVED IT! The drinks are SO good. The staff was so kind when I wasn't sure what to get, I got recommended the toffee crunch bar and it was so yummy! Their prices are fair, cheaper than Starbucks. The drink was so yummy. Definitely recommend Java Chip Frap!

By far the best customer service I have ever had from a coffee stand. The chocolate chip muffin top is delicious. I got a blended mocha and it was amazing. They also put a chocolate covered coffee bean on top which is so cute. My new favorite coffee place! Went again and got an adorable pupcup for my doggo. She LOVED it! Thanks so much :D

I was initially a pessimist about this place because it's apart of a chain of coffee shops and I didn't initially love their latte. All that is out the window. I'm a fan, with their coffee and the breakfast sammiches. There's this spicy jalapeno sausage one that is low key irresistible that pairs flawlessly with a hot breve that's honestly been on the come up since I first tried it well over a year ago.

The Human Bean is the BEST coffee place in town. From their coffee and food, to their amazing customer service. Anytime I’ve gone it’s always been a pleasant experience. I recently ordered through Uber eats for the first time and forgot to ask for oak milk. I called in and didn’t mind paying for the change since it’s normally extra, but they kindly substituted it for me at no extra charge. This might’ve been a small gesture for them, but it made my entire day!! Thank you so much The Human Bean team! ❤️
