The experience we have is worse than a highway rubbery. I took my son to the ER to replace the tube, and they sent us back because they did not have a tube he needed, so we went to the hospital the next day for that purpose. He was not sick or had absolutely no other problem to be there. I was very explicit that we would go the hospital if they dont have the tube, but they mention they would replace the tube for us. We trusted them and waited a bit after registration. Once he was on bed, they realized they don’t have a tube, so they measured his temperature and sent us back suggesting to go the hospital. But they were clever enough to misuse the visit code and billed my insurance as well as me with $150 copay. I reached out to them multiple times asking for bill clarification but they kept mentioning it is unfair for me to pay the bill, and transfer the call here and there. I am going to pay this bill as they have sent me the final notice and dump this place. What an unethical and illegal practice. They should be investigated. Edit: They eventually cancelled my bill after multiple complaints and follow up. Much appreciated. Upgraded to 4 star considering they realized it was unfair.

Needed ultrasound imaging and tried FRC but delays as usual so tried Inova and they had an appointment the next day at the Health Plex in Ashburn which also has hospital facilities as well as PT on the second floor. Front desk decent although they seemed worried on small white tape doctor used to spell diagnostic issue. Fortunately no issue with technician and procedure done quickly and efficiently and rep[ort made available later in my chart

The front desk person Ade is way too rude !!! Either she doesn’t like her job and she is way too lazy or she is rude towards certain group of people. I scheduled an appointment initially on Jan 3. She gave me the wrong time and the next time when I went to schedule an appointment for blood test ,she made it so difficult to get an appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 and gives me an appointment after 2 weeks . She was very very rude . I came home called to the office and got an appointment for next day . This is the last thing you want to deal when you are at doctors office . She is not good fit for her job.

Had an X-ray done here for my daughter. They haven't send the results back to my pediatrician office for 2 weeks now. Trying to get hold of them is impossible. They keep on connecting you to different people in a loop. Wish I never went there!

Came in after finding a large tick on husbands back. Came in another family walked in front of us. I went through the metal detector and as normal my computer set off the alarm. The gentleman from Allied Security checked my bag and noted my computer however my husband walks through the detector and it did not detect anything; no beep or sound but yet he was asked to walk back through. Why? He asked no one else to walk back through, those who were in front of us who were of another ethnicity. Why was he asked to walk back through. We were racially profiled. I choose not to say anything to the older guy because it was not the appropriate time. I have found this is happening more and more in this area (Ashburn). We work here, we have business here, we send our children to schools here and spend our money here. We belong here too.

I’ve been sitting at check in with only one person in front of me in line and one person actually checking in for the last 30 mins. I am now 10 minutes late for my appointment. There must be a better way to check people in. The person that was in front of me just came back out. It took 20 minutes to check just that one person in!

Worst experience ever. They put me through a week of HELL. The rude lady at their reception set the tone for my experience... I should have known... I am in remission from cancer. My nephrologist sends me to get blood work done for the one kidney I have left, the other one was removed due to my previous cancer. Their lab managed to switch my lab results with another patient who by chance is seriously ill with cancer. My nephrologist gets the wrong results and calls me and tells me to go back to my oncologist URGENTLY as something serious is wrong. As a cancer patient in remission what you think??... I was thinking my cancer was back with a vengeance. Almost a week later my nephrologist calls me back telling me that things did not look right as there were too many inconsistencies in the bloodwork compared to prior results. He then found out that the birthdate on the results that were sent to him was different from my birthdate. Same Name and Last name but different birthdate. Turns out the Inova MediPlex lab in Ashburn sent the wrong bloodwork that was for another patient to my Dr. Inova gives a sh&^%$ that they put me through hell for more than a week. They are yet to acknowledge their mistake and apologize. If you have any choice STAY AWAY from this place. Not only a toxic reception desk but this place is the definition of amateur time.

The primary care here is putting me the worst experience of my life trying to get a prescription refilled. I’ve been shot, had two surgeries, I’ve had teeth pulled, I’ve gone through hell and back, but the primary care here was waiting for me in hells basement.

Have been to the ER a lot over the past year and every time I’m in quickly and treated well. Thorough explanations each time and go through everything.

I was advised by Inova to come as a walk in. I arrived at 8:45am. I showed them my hospital papers and was told by front desk to come back at 11am for an appointment. They refused to to help me.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service I received at your medical facility. I visited your establishment on 8/7/2023 for the purpose of filling a medication prescription, and I am dismayed by the unprofessionalism and lack of care I encountered throughout my experience. From the moment I entered the facility, it was evident that patient care was not a priority. The receptionist seemed disinterested and provided no assistance when I inquired about the status of my prescription. I waited for an extended period without any communication or updates, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded as a patient. The lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude only exacerbated my frustration. What is most disheartening is the apparent disregard for patient well-being. It is evident that the staff at your facility are not adequately trained to provide the level of care and professionalism that patients deserve. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and this is simply unacceptable. As a patient seeking medical care, I have a right to expect a certain standard of service, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your facility fell far short of these expectations. I am left feeling disillusioned and concerned about the quality of care provided to other patients as well. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such instances of poor service and unprofessional behavior do not recur in the future. Patients entrust their health and well-being to medical facilities, and it is crucial that these facilities uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. I would never go there again!!!!!!!!!

Today I had a Emergency and I walked in to this place call ER I didn’t need to see any doctor just to do simple chest X-ray. The receptionist woman was so not cooperative with so much attitude. I told her that on other clinic sent me there she said we are busy snd you have to wait. After waiting for half an hours I went sbd I faked what’s going on? She said there are 7 people head of you. I said mom I am not here to get into ER I am just here to do simply chest X-ray. I felt that I am talking to the wall. I walked away and came home. This place is absolutely awful

If I could give no start I would. This place needs to hire new people for the front desk asap! I walked in with two sick babies and they were too busy talking to each other to even greet us or guide us where to sign in. I’m stuck with a bill because they refuse to take my insurance card which I’m not paying for. Who ever is their supervisor needs to be fired! Horrible horrible er

My husband ran out of his blood pressure medication. It is his fault. However, we called the office so many times and asked them to send the prescription. They said they would and they never did. We waited for like 3 days. I called multiple times because his bp was 180s/120s. Eventually i called his cardiologist and asked for a prescription. I should have done it sooner. I will never trust this office.
