This is my local Wawa and I have been coming here since it has opened. But it seems to me that the customer service and experience has been dwindling ever since the addition of a new manager, Sami. This manager gives attitude to customers and is openly disrespectful to employees working at this location. I was told that a cash register is closed, when there is long lines at the other registers. When I wanted to be helped at the open register, Sami, the manager on duty, tells me he is busy and walks away. What type of customer service is this? The lack of awareness of a customer is disheartening. A manager of a company such as Wawa who prides themselves in great customer service, should not employee such people. I am totally disgusted by the experience I have had. Sami needs to be fired from such a fine establishment. How are employees under his management supposed to lead by example? If the example set by management is such? No wonder why this store is quickly getting more and more negative reviews. Good customer service is delivered from the top down. Maybe this manager Sami, needs more training and a class on empathy. I will be telling my neighbors and friends about this location and this manager in particular..

WAWA recently opened up in Sterling and on a god day the price may be 4 to 5 cents less than Costco. If you check Costco and find that, its cheaper to fill up in Sterling that travel to Costco and wait in line for 15 minutes . Their Mart has lots of items you might need.

There is no steak involved in the chicken, steak and egg white omelette.

I’m from Philly so I know what a Wawa is supposed to be….and this ain’t it. Worst Wawa I know…..hoagies take 10 plus minutes to make because the staff is slow and too busy talking. They are consistently out of sizzles in the morning. If this place was in Philly or south jersey they would go out of business.

I'm tired of the attitudes from the females that are working the 4am shift. Also, I'm done getting price adjustments for products ringing up the wrong price. A couple in particular have been the wrong price for months. Manager has been told several times. MAKE SURE TO VERIFY PRICES BEFORE YOU CASH OUT!

It’s been ages since I have checked out a Wawa. Today, I decided to check out the new one that opened up. They got a little backed up so it took awhile to receive the food. I ordered the Italian and had it made on Marble Rye. I got a breakfast panini buy instead received a Turkey panini, and ended it with a ham and egg quesadilla. The Italian was okay, next time, I’ll need them to toast it. The panini was a pleasant surprised event though it wasn’t what I ordered. The quesadilla was okay, my kids didn’t really like it much. The interior was clean and spacious. Definitely a nicer mini mart than other gas stations. I’ll be back again, hopefully with a bit of a better experience.

New Wawa to the area. Not crowded, fully stocked. Good service. The food area seemed a little under employed, but they worked as quickly as possible. Plenty of ready-made food available if you can't wait.

The best Wawa. The staff is amazing. Especially the man who worked the main check out today. He should be promoted. And no, he didn’t ask me to write this.
