Jake and Will were the best servers!! Had such a great time and they were very attentive and friendly as it was our first time dining! Thank you to them for giving my mother a happy birthday!

Lenny was our waiter and he was excellent! He made wine and food suggestions that paired perfectly. I was impressed by his table side service, timely returns for refills, conversation throughout the evening and attentiveness that made us feel he was dedicated to us the entire night. I highly recommend this restaurant!! Everything was flavorful and delicious! Be sure to ask for Lenny as your server and you won’t be disappointed.

In a nutshell, we had a good experience. Let’s start from the beginning. I had asked on my reservation and called as well to let the host know to put some confetti and a card with a note on the table and they confirmed that would be done. Unfortunately when we got there, it wasn’t done. I had to remind them, go back in the waiting area for that to be done before getting seated again. I do appreciate the rectification. Our server Jake was great! He provided excellent service, was courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job waiting on us. The drinks were good, the appetizers were great. We really enjoyed what we got. (Calamari and sweet & spicy shrimp). Our main courses were okay. We just expected a little bit more from a high end restaurant. My sea bass was just okay. I wouldn’t put it in my top three. My husband’s steak was okay as well. We did not like the mashed potatoes so Jake took it off our tab. The crème brûlée was pretty good though. overall, good experience but not enough to wanna go back on our own.

Simon was the best server in the house tonight. I want to thank Eddie Merlo’s for bringing quality experience to us this evening. I and our friends will come back just to have the same experience that we did with Simon. Food was fantastic. The atmosphere was wonderful and Simon made the evening. Perfect thank you

The food was great overall, except for the steak. The $99 Wagyu ribeye was over-charred, masking the rich flavor of the meat. However, Simon truly elevated the experience with his exceptional service, ensuring we were well taken care of. I’ve never received such attentive service at other high-end restaurants. His professionalism and warmth made us feel valued. Simon turned what could have been a disappointing night into a memorable one.

I had an outstanding dining experience thanks to our waitress, Hannah. She was thoughtful and considerate when recommending the ideal entrée, taking the time to understand our preferences. Her suggestion to have our steak cooked medium well was spot-on—she could sense we would enjoy it more that way, and she was absolutely right! Hannah’s honesty and excellent recommendations truly elevated our meal. Her attentiveness and genuine care made the experience memorable. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re dining here—you won’t be disappointed!

We had the most epic dinner here tonight. Jade was our server and she was on point with everything. They started us with some delicious sourdough bread with some paprika and other spices and whipped butter. We had the the Rockefeller oysters for appetizers and for our main course, we had the Cowboy steak and lobster combo with truffle parmesan fries and bacon brussel sprouts. I even made room for dessert which was a luscious carrot cake. Everything was delicious!!! Service was A+++ Plus. Highly recommend!

Went here for my wife's birthday and was not disappointed. We nearly had the place to ourselves. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the ambiance was wonderful. Definitely worth checking out, but likely would not return for the price.
