I'm a regular when it comes to CAVA, I know how good it can be.. But my experience at Ashburn was just horrible. Soggy ingredients; like falafel, avocado, UNCOOKED/SOGGY rice, and bland pickled onions. Keep in mind, this was a PICK UP. And I ate it in like 10 mins, which shouldn't have gone THIS bad. I know how great and delicious it can be, but.. There's no excuse for soggy/cold food when you pay $20+ for it. Overall it was a 4/10 compared to other branches. Don't be a fool and ignore the recent reviews. I hate to throw away good food, but this soggy and disgusting of an excuse bowl was only made possible bc of the current workers. I will continue to get CAVA. Just not from here..

Holy shrinkflation! This is what $13 gets you at this Cava. My biggest complaint is the lack of consistency at this location. We usually do takeout here once a week and each time something is off - whether the service or food - messed up order to portion size. Smdh.

Rice wasn't fresh. They don't make sweet potatoes anymore. Out of corn.. Some of the staff seem like they rather be in h*ll .yeah nah never stepping foot here.

Horrible experience! When I received my online order, the rice wasn't added, nor were the majority of my add-ons despite them being clearly visible on the receipt attached to the bowl? After paying extra for the addons, what I received was a $16 half-bowl of lettuce. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be sure to let my co-workers know to stop ordering from here, too! edit: yiiiiikes, still no acknowledgement from your business about this? ooooof.

So the food here is usually pretty good. Usually pretty fresh. The only complaint I have is the customer service and the skimpy servings of rice and greens. But I do love cava as a whole. I would love to see them try to be more flexible with the servings. I do frequent this location often.

Ordered for pickup just to go home to find out how skimpy these bowls look. Pathetic. Nothing I ordered was correct. And dishes everywhere else is a good sized portion. Not at this location. But the price doesn’t change.

While I love Cava, this location has consistently provided less food in their grain bowls. This was the lowest amount I’ve ever received and I didn’t change anything about my order. The cabbage slaw and humus pictured are all that were in this bowl. The food was still yummy, but I was disappointed with the quantity.

My favorite place no more. Salmonella on 12/29/22. I am now on day 7 and just feeling 80 percent back to normal. Be careful. I did research after the fact and knowing what I know now I will definitely not be back.

I love cava! There's never a bad experience there! The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The options are great for most dietary needs, including vegetarians, gluten free, Paleo, keto, low carb/low sugar. The food is amazing and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Great value as well!

Food is good but lately the portions have been inconsistent or small. Ordering ahead of time on the app is the worst. You are not there to make sure they are giving you the proper portion or giving you everything you ordered. You just have to hope they didnt mess up your order or cheat you on portions and ingredients. On several occasions they simply excluded significant items. Sadly, service has just gone down hill. EDIT: After reading several reviews, it appears my experience is quite typical. Cheating the customer is no way to run a business.

Just had an awesome experience at Cava. I showed up at 9:30 pm and yet, Patrick greeted us with a smile. He was so polite and kind and did everything to give us perfect customer service. I was so impressed and so happy with my experience. I never leave reviews, but I thought Patrick genuinely deserved to be recognized for his work!!

This particular CAVA in Ashburn, VA is our favorite. Every time a trip is made to Dulles Airport, we stop here for a quick, nutritious and fresh bite to eat. Everyone is always friendly and helpful but today, I decided to write a review. Anthony and Saudi were especially kind and helpful. My husband decided to try the Lemon 🍋 Chicken 🍗 bowl and needed some assistance. Anthony provided a card listing the possible selections. It is wonderful and encouraging to experience professionalism at its best. Thank you to management for these valuable employees.

Best cashier ever. Dude was a boss and great customer experience. Delicious food and the rice was so fluffy and warm. Mixed blueberry lavender drink and classic lemonade…best drink concoction EVER! Chowed down and will be coming back later today to get more. Everyone also needs to try those pita chips. Mmmmm mmmm mmm😋 👨🏻‍🍳 🤌🏻. So well seasoned and crunchy.

Always a good place to be at if you're looking for a good variety of food. I would give out more 🌟 but they ran out of salad when I visited recently to order. I understand that the place gets busy, but do not wait for another customer to show up and then fill up.

I came to visit my family for the holidays and they told me to try cava it was my first time ever. The staff there are really nice and helpful.I wanna give a special mention to the worker name Norma, she was very patient with me and my family and gave suggestion to what to try.Her suggestion was delicious the service that she provided was outstanding. I would highly suggest Cava to anyone that has never tried it I had a great experience and plan to comeback

I love this place but today they really make me mad my husband did a order online to pick up and i ask for dressing to be at the side it was everything put in together i ask for not onion and it was there it was gross i couldnt eat like that all mix it up im mad i will not order anymore from here i call and this lady told me sorry you order this i keep telling her i ask at the side nad not onions and not white rice omg ok my food was bad i have it i was so excited to eat but i cant eat like that bad cuatomer service at least i want it to hear no worries we can fix it for you thaz all omg

I love this place. The food is always fresh and ready to serve. The team is amazing and really helpful. This is one of my favorite places to get a healthy meal. Very much RECOMMENDED!!

My husband eat Cava weekly, lately the quality has been horrible. Today what little chicken we had was completely burnt. My husband had things in his bowl he didn't order and the lettuce in my bowl was not fresh and tasted terrible. Definitely gone down hill and we will be finding a new place to order from.

It’s nice place and staff is very friendly. I used to visit this place in weekend and food quality is very good. They care about the hygiene and you will see the very clean space. Nice place to eat but busier spot sometimes.

Fresh and delicious food. Lots of vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend and revisit myself.

Foods were prepared to perfection for my work luncheon, and Norma, a manager, went out of her way to help me out when I lost the receipt to provide an additional receipt for my reimbursement request. Always healthy and delicious and my go to choice for a casual meal.

it was my first time coming to cava and the employees were super nice & patient! they helped me out with suggestions on how to make my bowl better & the final product was delicious! super friendly & they know how to keep a customer happy. definitely recommend this place! environment is kept nicely cleaned as well!

For a fast food option, it’s amazing. Good portions, healthy and delicious. It has found a way onto our menu a few times a month.

I was told this restaurant is the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Well it is! The bowls are fantastic and love the Pita chips. I'll be back.

Cava is so good, but workers were rude here. Gave smaller portions than I've experienced at other Cavas and gave attitude when I asked for more:( also like $17 for a bowl and a drink. (drink was yummy tho)

Hardly any food for $13 - less than half of the bowl was filled 🥲. They charge extra if you ask for a bit more of anything at all. I was willing to turn a blind eye to that, since inflation is hitting hard these days, until they disregarded sanitation for the sake of saving money. When my husband’s bowl got passed down to the employee in charge of the protein, he asked for falafel. Well, I thought it was our lucky day, because she gave him an extra portion of falafel! Until the employee in front of the rice came and asked the protein employee if we had asked her for extra protein. Maybe she was new, idk, but she didn’t respond and was confused. The protein employee then asked US, and we said “no”. So the rice employee told the protein employee something we couldn’t hear, and then the protein employee took half of the falafel balls out of the bowl and put them BACK INTO THE FALAFEL POT :O 🚩🚩🚩 I will never go back, because I don’t trust CAVA one bit for cross contamination and sanitation safety.

Edwin’s service was incredible here. I’ve actually been coming to Cava at the Tyson’s Corner location since 2015 and ran into him here. Still the same great energy and hospitality. Will be only going to this location.

All of the food was exceptional. Barbara Werts (Barbie) went above and beyond to make sure our entire experience was A+. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was by far the best service we've ever had at Cava.

Always a great experience. One of the best cava customers service I’ve experienced. Parking is absurd in that area.

Went there tonight and the lady seemed miserable didn’t even say hello, didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order, was laughing, goofing off with another employee. She didn’t put my salad dressing that I ordered on the side in my bag or my pita… i live 15 mins away so I’m not going back for it. It’s just a shame these younger generations have no work skills and can’t get an order right when you have paying customers.

Great food and service. However they use some kind of wifi/cell service jammer so there's no connection inside the restaurant, and there's no public wifi.

Love the food!!! Quick, healthy and very filling. They have fresh lemonade flavors and tea flavors to choose from as well to go along with crushed ice! The restaurant is always very clean and the staff are friendly. Plenty of filling options for vegetarian bowls as well. The only thing that would make this better is if their bread was freshly made in store.

The food is always so fresh & even when they're busy they get you through quickly!

Cava has my ❤️ but this is hands down my favorite location. Always clean and staff is friendly, line moves fast but i recommend ordering ahead through app for pickup 👍🏼
