Went to get boba/coffee here on the suggestion of a friend, after an all-you-can-eat lunch at So Korean. Did not disappoint! The owner, Richard, is really friendly and engaged. He offered us a cup of their coffee, to taste it at base form, which was delicious. He went on to explain that most everything they use on their drinks is freshly made in-house, and this is evident on the quality of their products. I got the Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee, which was excellent - a tad sweet but that's how Vietnamese coffee has always been to me. Suggestion is to add coffee jelly. Location is very clean, spacious, and has ample parking. They frequently have promotions too, so make sure you check their website and/or call ahead.

If you're a boba fan...just go. It was a quiet and unique atmosphere. They had cool drinks ill have to go back and try. I love boba but I'll have to venture outside of that next time. I had to resist all the cute stuffies and earrings they had. Very laid back and super clean too.

Coming from Texas and to find this Boba store in this area near my hotel is so refreshing. I really enjoyed my drink and I was so scared about trying a place for the first time. I'm so glad this place was this awesome. Love it. The Boba was perfect texture and the drink was phenomenal.

My entire family is so so happy to see a bubble tea addition to the Brambleton community. We’ve stopped by multiple times already for their free sample soft opening to try out their drinks. Check their Facebook page for their next selection of free samples. We are bubble tea snobs and must say that their drinks don’t disappoint. Just the right amount of sweetness and the boba is kept warm and has the right amount of chewiness. Best of all, this is a family owned small business with very sweet owners. They made a special full size slush for my son because the owner knew that little kids can’t have tea (we didn’t even have to ask. You don’t get that level of attention just anywhere). You totally need to give them a try before this hidden gem gets super popular! P.S: their grand opening is 12/19! Don’t miss out!

Y-Tea is a great, small, charming, very friendly, small business owned by a very friendly couple! They offer a great selection of boba drinks. We ordered the Grapefruit Green Tea with Honey Boba and Lychee jelly and the Tiger Boba Milk Tea with Grass jelly. The drinks were absolutely delicious and we will definitely be back to try more of their drinks!

I LOVE Y TEA. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ best boba house by far. I am very very picky and I love Y tea. Give me all the boba. I’ve been to multiple boba shops multiple times and I have never had boba this yummy. My favorite and the balls are really chewy. Thank you Y tea for blessing my taste buds once again. Oh also, I usually don’t like taro because no store can make it good but Y tea is so good

Pretty chill little place in pretty chill little courtyard in a great area. So they got ambiance, location and great feel. We got the Honeydew milk bubble tea and it was amazing. We're hooked and will be back for more. Great service as well.

In town for a month, had the opportunity to sample many of the local bobba spots but I keep coming back here. Hadn't tried bobba before, but coming to YTea has quickly become almost a daily ritual.
