    My family had been coming here for years. The last two times I’ve gone in were both awful. First, if you want to call them and check on something, you’re going to be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Second, the doctor I visited in the first of my recent visits gave me flat out wrong advice - at best I was lied to, at worst the doctor doesn’t know what they’re talking about. During my second visit, my (different) doctor gave me opposing advice, if you can even call it that. This doctor saw me for five minutes, asked me a couple questions, and then left, without giving me any advice on care, or explaining what was wrong, or anything. I got nothing out of either visit, except the sick time I had to take off of work. I would’ve been better off googling my health issues than spending my hard earned money (not to mention time) visiting this “practice” and not receiving any sort of care whatsoever.

    I have been taking my 5 kids to this practice and have had a great experience over the last 8 years. Dr. Mary Renard is wonderful. She is knowledgable and kind. I have never had a bad experience with any nurses or front office staff. They went out of their way recently to help me with an insurance issue I was having. I have no complaints with this office, and with 5 kids over the span for 8 years, that's a lot of doctor visits!

    Dr. Rodriguez is the best general practitioner in the DMV. My whole family loves him and the staff at Broadlands. When I relay to co-workers my family’s experience with him, comments abound as to our luck with such a great doctor for the past 20 years.

    We have been going there for at least 10 years. Since Inova took over, the administration has gone to pots. They have to ask if I'm a new client every time they call. Their new staff is not trained to assist patients in a friendly manner. The doctors are still good as always though.

    Like others, I’ve been unable to get anyone on the phone since July-ish. I’ve been looking for another PCP because of this. I’m giving 3 stars because prior to joining inova, I thought the communication was great and the staff was very accommodating of fitting in appointments. The nurses I met with were patient and I didn’t feel my appointments were rushed. Unfortunately these new changes have dropped what would have been a 4/5 star review to something lower.

    Love Dr. Jennifer Wilder. She is a great listener, you never feel like she's in a rush to move on to the next patient. Very caring, willing to brainstorm and figure out different treatment options. It's nice that this practice has walk-in hours each day if needed. My only "complaint" would be that on some occasions you do end up waiting for a good while to see the doctor, but I do believe that is because they truly do try to spend time with their patients to make sure that no questions are left unanswered.

    We have been patients of this practice for many years. Following the acquisition by Inova the level of service has hit rock bottom. The providers seem to be overworked and the office staff drop the ball frequently. It took 4 trips to the office to get the physical forms completed for a healthy 18 year old due to complete incompetence. Actively searching for new providers that provide a higher level of care.

    Mixed review because my husband and I had totally different experiences. I had an appointment and I was really impressed. The NP I saw was great, very personable and didn’t rush my appointment but the check in process was slightly annoying as I already have my chart and completed all forms only to get there and have to fill out the same forms on paper. I got the paperwork for my husband so when he went, all he had to do was check in but he was really unhappy with the check in process as he was told he needed to fill out the paperwork again (which was also filled out in MyChart as well). Then he was fasting for blood work and was told he couldn’t be seen. Finally after some go between with the front desk, the nurse and billing he was seen but there was confusion with some referrals that were ultimately corrected. Overall, I think this is a good practice but I believe there is a breakdown in communication with the different parts of the office which - if corrected, would make this office a great place.

    I just love Dr. Kelly Rodriguez!!! We have been with him since my boys were little and EVERYTIME we come for a doctors visit he takes his time and gives us ALL the information we need. He is soooo professional and friendly and very smart!!!! Kristin his assistant just celebrated her 18th years work anniversary with them, she's definitely part of the A team!

    My wife and I have been patients with this practice for almost 5 years and have nothing but positive experiences with the receptionists, nurses and doctors. This morning I went to their walk in clinic without an appointment, was greeted kindly and seen immediately. As usual the doctor took the time to understand the issue and provide appropriate treatment. Highly recommended!

    Since the pandemic started, the service has been bad. Nurse are never available to answer the phone, so you have to hold for long times. Went there to see Dr. Cohn because my PCP, Dr. Yang didn't have any available appointment. Dr. Cohn has a nice personality but was just guessing based on symptoms. Didn't follow standard testing to eliminate possible causes to my issue. Had to go into an urgent care almost 2 weeks later and to find out what my issue was. The problem in Ashburn is that aren't enough doctors for the growing population.

    Wish I could give a zero. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Never have I ever called and gotten a same day appointment, never been able to get a next day appointment. Unacceptable for a primary doctor. Save the time arguing with them for an appointment, go to urgent care or minute clinic, pay extra for less hassle than dealing with this practice.

    We recently used the EZ appointment service and were able to speak with our doctor for an online video appointment. It was great for my son to be able to get the medical care he needed without having to leave the house! The prescription he needed was quickly sent in to the pharmacy and he was able to start his medicine that same afternoon. The doctors at Broadlands Family are great and this new innovative service is just another way they stay on the top of medical advancements!

    I received very poor service by the nurse practioner Angel Rogers. She seemed very dismissive of my symptoms, attributed my 2 weeks of illness to "allergies". Not compassionate, no empathy, basically I received no treatment here, a complete waste of time. I feel sad for anyone truly sick who has to see her
