    DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you’re from out of town. We stopped here for service that included an oil change and the tech did not tighten the oil pan bolt correctly. Causing all of our oil to spill as we hit the road back to our state, leaving us without oil close to midnight while everything was closed. I called the next day to please handle the situation and they took my number down saying they’d call back and never did and never picked up the phone again. Extremely unprofessional and will damage your vehicle. Do yourself the favor and find a shop that actually has knowledge in what they’re doing.

    I had an appointment at 3 pm, which I was there for it. I was told that the service will take approximately about 30-40 minutes. They also said that there was something else to be fixed , and that they had the part for it. With the service and adding another part to the car, they said that it will take about an hour to finish it. Instead, it took 4 hours. I lost all day at work because of this issue, and got in trouble with the company I work with. The appointment was at 3 pm, the car was taken to be fixed at 5:30 pm. Very unprofessional and extremely slow service. I regretted using them, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with them!!!!

    I haven’t even left the parking lot yet because I wanted to ensure I made this review. Was told an hour to an hour and a half tops (I should have know that was a lie) and also a really good price for 4 tires ans install. 3 hours later and the clueless guys working there finally tell me there’s more to be done and more $ to cost me. Then they make fun of me while I pay using multiple cards. Not only was a grosses out with the environment of this store but their presence and attitude was even worse. I’d stay away and even pay more to avoid coming here again.

    Don’t come in the last hour before closing! The person working behind the front counter on Saturday August 19 could not hide how annoyed they were that we needed help. Maybe they were making judgements based off how we looked. Overall demeanor of that person was abrasive and unprofessional. Would not come back because of this person’s bad energy. Two stars cause the mechanic we spoke to was kind of helpful and courteous. But he wanted us to get out of there too. I get everybody wants to go home on time but there’s a way you can say things that doesn’t rub people the wrong way. Had they been kind, maybe they would have had my business the following day!

    I recommend the Mr. Tires off Pickett St. in Alexandria VA. I waited 3 hours to get one tire patched, tires rotated and an alignment done. Ive been spoiled going to the Alexandria location where the service is 5 stars, even though that location is further, I prefer it 100% to the experience I had at this one. Not only did I wait 3 hours, the shop was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The inside wasn’t very inviting. Overall not a good experience. Do yourself a favor and listen to the bad reviews. I sure wish I would have.

    If you’re looking for a job and aren’t Hispanic/Latino, do not apply here because they won’t hire you. Management are mostly Hispanic and only hire their own. DISCRIMINATION AT BEST!

    Mr. Tire provided me with a great deal of information this past week, but at the same time, I didn’t appreciate how the sales person trying to hustle me and try to con me into buying for tires when it wasn’t necessary for my truck. I just wonder if he really didn’t think I was gonna go get a second opinion ? But all I can say is I won’t be doing business with this location ever again. Moral of the story is get a second opinion and do your research.

    This is my second time here, both for emergency tire service. On both occasions they were able to get me in on no notice. I am very impressed with the speed and level of professionalism demonstrated by all staff. Jorge went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!

    Title: Terrible Experience with Front Desk Lady Or man whichever he/she was Mickey Review: ON MICKEY FRONT DESK LADY I recently had the misfortune of encountering with Mickey who was responsible for selling me a tire me trie shop, and I must say it was a truly unpleasant experience. From her unprofessional demeanor to her lack of knowledge and customer service skills, everything about my interaction with her left me frustrated and disappointed. First and foremost, Mickeys’ attitude was incredibly off-putting. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in assisting me with my tpurchase. Instead of being helpful and courteous, she seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers and disregarding my inquiries. It was clear that she had no regard for customer satisfaction or providing a positive experience. Furthermore, her lack of knowledg was astounding., she seemed clueless and unable to provide any helpful . This lack of expertise made me question the credibility of the shop and its commitment to quality. To make matters worse, her customer service skills were practically nonexistent. She failed to communicate clearly, often interrupting me and making me feel like a burden for asking basic questions. It was as if she had no interest in helping customers or making any effort to ensure their satisfaction. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Overall, my experience with the Mickey was abysmal. Her unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, and poor customer service skills were simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone in need of tires to look elsewhere and avoid dealing with this particular individual. It is a shame that such an incompetent Lady/Man is allowed to represent mr tire and potentially tarnish its reputation.

    Really bad experience on this location, I came for an alignment and I had booked an appointment at 9 they left me waiting for an hour and they hadn't even taken my car from the parking lot, I went to another location before and the service was fast and a lot better!

    I picked up this service center to check my rear tire. I also visited day before without an appointment the guy told me I can drop off the car but it’s going to be 1.5 hour wait or I can come back tomorrow. I was okay no worries I can come back tomorrow and I will book an appointment as well. After booking an appointment for next day and it was like in the morning time. I went back and advise I booked an appointment the same mechanic who told me to come back told me again the same it’s 1.5 hour wait. When I asked why it’s such a long wait the senior mechanic told me he doesn’t have enough staff. First of all I noticed they don’t have a supervisor or someone on front desk to take appointments and it’s all being handle by a senior mechanic and of course he would decide who to take or not depending on the work. I was like is this kind of joke going on why even the appointment was available online if you don’t have bandwidth and wasted everyone time. Even there was only one person sitting inside I don’t know why there was wait for 1.5 hour. I felt like 1.5 hour wait is like a trend they are using someone not to stay there and they can leave to go somewhere and this is ridiculous.

    I took in an Acura MDX because one of my tires kept losing its pressure. They told me there was no issue with the tire, they assured me the problem was because I have a lot of miles on the tire and that I needed to buy new tires, and they suggested I get two because it’s an AWD and I can’t change just one, so, I paid 27$ and took the car. I took it to another place for a second opinion. They showed me there was a nail and fixed it for me. I am disappointed you intentionally let me drive a car with a nail in it because I didn’t cave in to the new tire offer. What I would like to ask is, do you have bad technicians or is this your business strategy?

    This place is horrible, I went there at night and the place was pitch black none of lights on the building are working didn't feel safe I looked into the bays and theres hispanic guy with a few others in there drinking beer never again!!!Tow truck been parked here for months blocks front,Mr Tire sign on street isn't on, these people are clowns all that money cant even fix lights, garage doors are smashed place looks like trash.. I'd never take my car here look how you guys take care building you will do same to my car!!

    I really miss when Joey worked the desk because I feel like he didn’t try to take advantage of you and would send you pictures of issues so you didn’t just take their word. Today I went in for a brake bulb replacement and oil change and they tell me the labor for the brake light is going to be $145 and it was going to take an hour for them to replace the bulb (There reasoning was that it was bolted down) well last month i came here and did an inspection and had to change the brake light on the other side and the total cost of the brake light was $21.00. Also I only waited 30 mins for them to do everything. I’m not sure if their techs just don’t know what to do or if they figured they could try and charge me more. A simple YouTube video shows there are only 2 bolts to unscrewed and you literally just pop the old light out and takes about 10 mins max. They ended up bringing the labor cost down to $35 + $11 dollar bulb but I still felt like I should have just taken it to the dealership.

    Place was great! They were able to get my tires swapped out in a timely matter. Also asked a few things from them that they were able to accommodate with a problem! Mickey assisted me with the whole process and updated me.. highly recommend this location!

    I went 7 years ago and was the worst I sent my wife to change two tires and they charge almost $1000 dollars I have to check the recipe and for sure I going ask them why I check already price by appointment on the website and the price is a lot more less only for two tires

    Please keep away from this place. I went there for wheel alignment and once I drove 1 mile after alignment I saw engine light on. I went back and they found there is issue with Catalysts converter, which I never had. These guys did something wrong with my car. Unbelievable and very disappointing. Keep yourself away from this place.

    I don’t know why this place have such good rating, because my first experience was horrible. I made an appointment days ahead only to be refused to get an oil change because they were short on staff. The front desk guy said it will be a two hours wait. I suggested to leave my car behind, he got rude and told me that they would not have time.

    I have always gone to Mr. Tire for my inspection and other car things. This is was my first time at this location and I can attest that this was my WORST EXPERIENCE at any car service center. I went here for a simple inspection. The guy comes out and tells me I need my tires replaced, which I did.The front desk guy assured me the wait time was going to be 2hrs. I waited 4 Freaking long hours, Only for them to tell me they can’t pass my car for inspection because my windshield had a crack that was about 1/2 an inch. Yet before the changing the wheels the front desk guy had assured me the small crack was not going to be an issue. I went and showed them the paperwork from safelite. Safelite had previously taken care of the crack and assured me it was not going to spread and there was no need to replace the windshield. Up to date the crack has not spread one bit. The guys here went ahead and rejected my inspection after wasting most of my morning hours with overpriced tires. They still included in my inspection report that the tires had a problem and refused to change it. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Location, they are rude, unprofessional, liars and total rip offs. I would never recommend for anyone to visit this location. My biggest wish is that I had read other reviews before setting foot at this place. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY .I will never set foot at Mr Tire ever again!!

    You all catch a lot of issues with vehicles. It would be nice if you increased trust by highlighting what exactly needs to be fixed and what issues we might consider fixing at a later date. Customer's don't always have the money to fix every single item and there are many items that do not need fixing right away to safely operate the vehicle. The best way to ensure customer loyalty is to give customers a sense that you are looking out for them and not just trying to get a buck. I would also recommend folding in the inspection fee into the total service. Some of the best shops I have worked with in the past were the ones that would honestly look at your vehicle and tell you what was wrong without charging you. Most people come to a shop because they know they need something fixed and hitting them with an upfront fee is not pleasant, especially when they know an even bigger fee is coming with the repair.

    Discovered I had a flat tire when I was getting gas in a station that had an attached auto repair shop, but sadly closed on Sunday. I was able to get enough air into the tire to drive the 3 miles to Mr. Tire on Davis Dr. In Sterling, the only place close by that was open on a Sunday afternoon. They fixed my flat in short order, for a reasonable price, and I was on my way. The assistant manager was extremely polite, professional, and courteous. I plan to patronize this business again in the future for other services. (Note that this business is under new management just within the last several weeks.)
