I
recently
had
the
misfortune
of
encountering
with
Mickey
who
was
responsible
for
selling
me
a
tire
me
trie
shop,
and
I
must
say
it
was
a
truly
unpleasant
experience.
From
her
unprofessional
demeanor
to
her
lack
of
knowledge
and
customer
service
skills,
everything
about
my
interaction
with
her
left
me
frustrated
and
disappointed.
First
and
foremost,
Mickeys’
attitude
was
incredibly
off-putting.
She
was
rude,
dismissive,
and
showed
no
interest
in
assisting
me
with
my
tpurchase.
Instead
of
being
helpful
and
courteous,
she
seemed
more
interested
in
chatting
with
her
coworkers
and
disregarding
my
inquiries.
It
was
clear
that
she
had
no
regard
for
customer
satisfaction
or
providing
a
positive
experience.
Furthermore,
her
lack
of
knowledg
was
astounding.,
she
seemed
clueless
and
unable
to
provide
any
helpful
.
This
lack
of
expertise
made
me
question
the
credibility
of
the
shop
and
its
commitment
to
quality.
To
make
matters
worse,
her
customer
service
skills
were
practically
nonexistent.
She
failed
to
communicate
clearly,
often
interrupting
me
and
making
me
feel
like
a
burden
for
asking
basic
questions.
It
was
as
if
she
had
no
interest
in
helping
customers
or
making
any
effort
to
ensure
their
satisfaction.
Her
dismissive
and
unprofessional
behavior
made
me
feel
unwelcome
and
undervalued
as
a
customer.
Overall,
my
experience
with
the
Mickey
was
abysmal.
Her
unprofessionalism,
lack
of
knowledge,
and
poor
customer
service
skills
were
simply
unacceptable.
I
would
strongly
advise
anyone
in
need
of
tires
to
look
elsewhere
and
avoid
dealing
with
this
particular
individual.
It
is
a
shame
that
such
an
incompetent
Lady/Man
is
allowed
to
represent
mr
tire
and
potentially
tarnish
its
reputation.
