During 3 recent visits, the point of sale charged me more than the shelf price. The Target employees have the same script every time. 1. They blame the customer for misreading the shelf price or accuse you of grabbing the larger size or wrong product. 2. They go to check the shelf price. I like to go with the employee so I can quickly show them where the product is. Target has been consistently wrong. 3. They don't apologize for their error or for wasting your time. Tonight, the employee at customer service who was counting and closing a register (sadly, probably a management level employee) literally rolled her eyes at me after accusing me of grabbing the wrong size (see step 1 above) while another Target associate was reluctantly helping me correct the over charge. My response to the "lady" was "No ma'am, the smaller size is $5.99 to $6.99" and not $10.99 to $11.99 at which point she rolled her eyes and walked away. Target, get your act together and have higher standards for customer service!

I go there to buy one or two items.Not a fun place to shop because I have to wait in line.The self-check out is always close.I wander who is the marketing manager of target?Very orthodox way of doing business.Target need to evolve with the new technology...too ancient way of doing business.

Only two check outs open with a lot of people standing in line. To the management of this Target location: the last 5-10 times I’ve been shopping at your establishment there are extremely long lines with only one cashier available and the self check out. You need to increase the staffing of your check outs.

There is always a humongous line to check out at this location. It sometimes exceeds 10 minutes in line. I don’t understand how they only have 4 self checkouts. I sometimes bypass this Target and go to Walmart instead just for the faster checkout times.

I went into this target an early Friday morning to do some clothes shopping. I went to the dressing room to try on a few pairs of jeans, & after a few min, I hear what sounds like a cellphone ringtone of some sort ringing & it didn’t stop. I continued to try on my jeans as the ringing continued. When I finally opened the door an employee was standing directly across from me, looking me dead in the face with the ringing device in her hands. I was astonished, as I couldn’t understand why she wasn’t turning the ringing noise off. I believe the employee was trying to harass me, as I am a black woman trying on clothes in a dressing room, by myself. (Side note: I am blessed & can afford a pair of jeans from Target.) Otherwise, I am not sure how to justify her standing there letting her device ring like that. She was a Hispanic lady, wearing a black mask. After I thought about it, I went to the manager (who had way too much eyeliner on) to explain to her what happened. She assured me that the employee wasn’t a racist basically. Her tone was condescending & uncaring. I couldn’t fathom someone telling their manager if they were a racist anyway. Ultimately, nothing was resolved & it was just another day of being Black in America.

Had the pleasure of having Cole Brooks as my cashier, AMAZING customer service skills!!!! This target is the best I have been to thus far. Thank you for hiring great employees!

Great place for shopping. This store was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with great customer service.

Anyone answer any of the phone extensions over there? Called 6 times and tried 3 options and no one picks up. And CVS is always closed now. Customer disservice?!? Come on @Target

This Target has a different layout and less merchandise than the one located in Reston. You can find almost the same clothes and products but less people. Same prices.

The Target in Sterling is a good store and my go to place for certain goods. Checkout experience was good but not a lot of associate interaction present. Prices are too high Especially for their home brands. I like the clothing options but you could find similar at Walmart for little cheaper. Hopefully they offer more variety and options on budget to compete with local competitors.

I’ve been going here for many years. The store is always clean and organized. Today, I bought computer adapters. The young man in Tech was very helpful. I could not locate the items and he politely and quickly looked the items up and grabbed them for me. The prices were competitive

Thankful for the team during the holiday season. Drive-up was extremely busy and the two team members worked together to get orders completed. One member checked my code while the other retrieved it for her after he loaded another car. I was also given a gift card for the wait. That’s great customer service. I could tell they were overwhelmed but they were still very pleasant. More people need to be understanding of being short staffed and appreciative for those that work hard especially this time of the year!

It’s a very big store, but not very spacious to ride the shopping cart 🛒. Prices and quality are competitive. The staff is friendly and friendly! Large parking area. You have direct access to Starbucks and CVS. 👍🏻☕️🧋

I went to this target in Sterling Va , it was so desorganizada, in the baby section on the walking say was a ruck full of staff for sale and the say for people to pass were so small ? well I fell badly I didn’t see clothes on the floor I feel badly no one from this target help me it is unbelievable how many people work in this target and can’t make the waking are clean for customers to pass and not even help their customers when they fell

On the weekend when it's busiest they usually only have 2 lanes open and the self checkout line is 40ft long.

Every time I’m looking for something specific and ask a staff if they have it in the back, they always have it. Like thanks but are y’all magic or what? Nice staff, had one give me life advice once. Never forgetting that.

Im a huge WWE fan, I went in looking for WWE toys and just so happened to run into some staff worker named Daniel. I believe he works in the back but was out on the floor that day. Huge WWE fan just like me. Not only did he help me find the toys, we bonded over WWE. Definitely, doing a great job hiring staff workers like Daniel!

If you just come to shop its great but dealing with customer service is a nightmare! If you plan to deal with customer service do yourself a favor go to the dulles Target they are amazing there.

Never enough registers open ever, 4 self checkouts?? Why can't you figure out how to do the most important part, take my money? Takes 2 minutes to shop 15 to check out

Would have given a 5 star rating, but they charged me for 10 bags I didn’t want online and there was no way around it. They claimed I will get a refund since my item had a handle and I didn’t want a bag. Grrrrrrr

Love the curb side pick up. Able to have items deliver to my car within a few minutes unlike a few other places I have tried. Nice employees and everything I ordered was in the bag.

Every time I place an order for pick up, I see Nicole getting the job done quickly! I'm always happy when I see her because she is fast, helpful and offers amazing customer service! Keep it up Nicole!

Regina at Customer Service is awesome. I had a tiny issue which was 100% my failure to read the small print. She solved it right on the spot in under 3 minutes. Amazing customer service. I work in retail, so I know it's hard to get people who want to work and do a good job for their companies. If I get desperate enough at my job, I might just try to come poach Regina to work for me (not really Target, don't worry, but seriously though she's one to hold on to!)
